Its implying that black isn't pure. That all you need is a percentage of it to be called black. Those girls are not black but are mixed.

^Is Obama the first black president? Skin Diamond's father is black (look him up) and Obama's father was, so it's a relevant question. Just because Skin is racially mixed doesn't mean that she cannot identify as black or that others ought not to identify her as such. My daughter is biracial, and sometimes she identifies as black, sometimes she doesn't, but she certainly has every right to identify as black. Once you begin talking about racial purity you sound like you're espousing a black version of Aryanism.

How does that make sense? Her mother is white yet she identifies herself as black. Sorry but black isn't part black and whatever other race you want to throw on there. Obama is not a black president
Half his DNA comes from a white person.

^ Do you know how many people in America are 100% of one race? Almost none.
Even that white supremacist guy who wanted to start a whites-only town found out he is 14% black.
Every black person who doesn't have skin as dark as night is part something else (often white). That's what happens when slave masters had hundreds of years of slave women they could fuck whenever they wanted to.
You might as well say African-Americans are not black if we're going by your standard.
Unless you're from a part of the world that has never had any large amounts of mixing with another culture, there's a good chance you're not 100% anything either.

Just heard THIS "rap" about Cassidy Banks and if you go on her twitter he sent her a corny ass video performing the song!...LOL he's thirsting but does this dude not know that she refuses to work with black men in her industry of work? (smh) I mean the other day i came across an immoral scene and low and behold she was there bouncing excitedly on porn Dan!!..i guess he's ok but AVN winners like Lex and Rob Piper aren't!...and hey as long as she tells her "fans" that she'll "work with a black man one day" they'll take that bone and run a mile with it (rolleyes).
I really do wonder where this whole thing with black women refusing to work with black men started? Are agents telling them not to work with black men just like they are apparently telling white and other ethnic ladies not to? Or are these women so desperate to be like their white counterparts that they'll even follow a discriminatory tradition despite it being against men of their own race?
The whole thing is crazy but as long as Cassidy Banks, Jezabell Vessir, Anya Ivy, Adrian Maya, Ava Sanchez, Jaye Austin, Neo Milk etc continue to practice this trend then sadly others are bound to follow...the real shame though is the Florida Porn industry are also pushing this agenda!..they hire black women and they make them work with anyone but a black man...it's either white or latin men, fullstop.

^No, they likely would not. You're right.
I probably should have substituted "race" in that post with "(pre-colonial) regional DNA". (See The Genographic Project.)
At any rate, my point was to say that whatever that poster's idea of "pure" is, there is a good chance that no one he/she knows is "purely" of one race or regional ancestry or whatever other marker one wishes to use (or not use) to delineate people.
We're a big global soup.

What does any of this have to do with the fact that those girls are scientifically not black?

^ My point is that all girls in porn are scientifically not black.
And all girls in porn are scientifically not white.
We've all got mixed DNA at this point, unless you're from the most remote outposts in the Arctic or something.

As I have had to state way too many times in threads, do not argue about who you consider black enough to be black. If you don't feel someone is black enough, keep your opinion to yourself.

Maybe this can save us?
How To Be Black
“If you don't buy this book, you're a racist.” - Science
In February 2012, How To Be Black became Baratunde’s first book published by someone not named Baratunde. Released by Harper in digital, audio, and print formats, the book became a New York Times best-seller. NPR’s Terry Gross talked with Baratunde about the book, recorded that conversation, and distributed it to the world.
The book is a comedic memoir, chronicling Baratunde’s coming-of-blackness from his early childhood raised by an Afrocentric single mother in Washington, D.C. through his education at The Sidwell Friends School and Harvard and into his first job making PowerPoint presentations in a field known as “consulting.”
The biographical story is periodically punctuated by satirical “lessons learned” chapters such as “How To Be The Black Friend,” “How To Speak For All Black People,” and “How To Be The (Next) Black President.” Finally, the book includes interviews with a panel of black experts, which is to say, black people (plus one white Canadian male as a scientific control group).
The book is written for anyone who can read, possesses intelligence, loves to laugh, and has ever felt a distance between who they know themselves to be and what the world expects.

"Why do you talk like that?"
in response to Has Anyone Ever Questioned Your Authentic Blackness
The first time I ever ran into this issue was first grade. At that time, my family lived in a poorer part of the city and I went to a majority Black school. I often had exchanges like this:
“Why do you talk like that?”
“Like what?”
“Proper”
“…Um”
“Are you mixed?”
Being a little kid, I didn’t really see how those two questions related, but needless to say, they were always paired together. It was if the only way to explain why I talked “proper” was for me to be of some other race.
In high school, it wasn’t so subtle. I went to a school in the suburbs where almost everyone was White, Christian, and middle class. I once had a classmate (he was White) question me about my taste in music. After saying I didn’t listen to a lot of rap, he replied, “Are you really Black? You don’t talk Black. You don’t listen to rap. I don’t think you’re Black.”
Y'know, because my race is defined by only those things. I’m only glad I never thought to change myself into something I wasn’t.

This is stupid. Black people carry all the dominant genes, thus, its more likely that biracial children look and therefore, identify as black. Halle berry is an example of this. I didn't even know she was half white until she'd been out for a long time. Walking down the street, Pres. Obama is a black man. Yes his mother is white, but which would look more ridiculous, him identifying as white, or as black? Don't be simple about it.

What really is "funny" about this kind of threads is that those mixed whose ancestors were no less slaves than those who deem themselves "full black" are actually experiencing a double sided racism , rejection and discrimination, as it would seem whites see them as black and treat them accordingly while blacks see them as "half whites" and treat them accordingly , refusal in both cases when it's not despise even.

This is not true. There are many people that aren't of mixed race. Take Africans for example.

How's it stupid? You're trying to claim that a person with a white mother is black like Africans or people that are fool blooded. You don't identify Halle and Obama as either race as they're clearly a mix of the two. Also I don't think you have an appreciation for black people. Compare Halle Berry to an African from Sudan and youll see that she has a lot more white features than black.

You mean in a place where men have multiple wives and sexually available servants, were rape has been common for centuries (and still is) either after tribal wars or some aroused white passing by and especially the slavers in western central Africa
those inhabitants aren't mixed?
anyway what's wrong with being mixed?
I'm European , my family , lucky us, was certified Aryan back then yet we know first hand that nothing good would come from purity of race search , never had in history , actually the whole world knows first hand the kind of hatred such thing will bring

Black women are not turning away from porn Jezabel has a Black on Black scene coming up with Prince. Cassidy plans one also. The market is demanding Black on Black if the present companies don't supply it someone will. Race is and always has been a business proposition whites were brought here to work the fields when they could not do it Blacks and Asians were brought in but capitalist were 1. stuck with white people who could not work the fields 2. stuck with justifying slavery when they just won independence from England and race has been a issue every since.

So you identify whites only as American whites , last I checked most Europeans never fought England for Freedom and basically never had racial slavery in European territory and only few of them had an empire overseas and some well out of the era when racial slavery was sustained

your education missed some centuries, but remember your Bible if you have any, the Jewish were enslaved by the Egyptians and by the Babylonians long before any European nation existed , none of them was European , and slavery already existed in China, in Persia and all over the world.
The world you use in a European language , being in fact that Language European is of course of European origin, but different words with the very same meaning exist in other languages who aren't Europeans , Arabian, Hebrew, Chinese and so on.
Furthermore slavery is one thing , racial slavery another , a black Egyptian could very well have a white slave , same for the Romans who were enslaved by their enemies as well

The Bible is not a factual historical document...what is the Chinese word for slave... ancient Egyptians and Asians paid their workers they were not slaves the idea they were slaves is not true. Point is Black women are not turning away from Black porn.

This whole thing about who is what or who had slaves and who didn't is quite pointless as it pertains to this thread. End of the day people are people and getting stuck on this whole racial or ethnic identity thing is more divisive and destructive to any reasonable conversation that can be had on such subjects. Besides the porn industry is going to classify any ethnically ambiguous person as they fit male or female.
More to the subject of the thread fredgee is right as a whole those black women that choose to enter into the porn industry are not turning their backs on black porn but that is not to say that there are not a select few that have gone down that route so far in their careers, as is their choice. The problem is that with so little black porn being produced now a days any new black female performer is not getting introduced to fans. The other problem is that the girls that don't perform with black men seem to get much more attention than those that do, and I am not talking just among black porn fans I am talking overall. They seem to be the ones that get requested to work with some of the bigger studios and with bigger name directors.

The only time I've seen a mixed race person be "rejected" by the black community, is when they try to put less emphasis on the fact that they're black. Example: tiger woods. Even in his case, the black community hasn't fully rejected him.

Its common logic. If halle or obama were like "i'm white". people would be like "wtf?". Black, is a description. Walking down the street, they are a black woman and a black man. Yeah they're of mixed parentage, but they are black. No amount of racial anxiety will change that.

I like how you just blanket the enitre fucking colossal continent of Africa, under the banner of polygamy and "rape has been comment for centuries". You're only partially right. Rape has been a problem in some regions in some countries in Africa, ever since european nations intentionally redrew nation lines. Oh jesus, a self proclaimed "aryan".... I thought i detected a hint of intentional ignorance from you.

.....did....did you just cite the bible as a record of historical events?!?!?! The bible....that same book that says "jewish" slaves built the pyramids out of mud and straw? Yet today, we know that on average, each block on the great pyramids weigh between 2 andg 5 tons. That same book that tells us that 2 of every animal repopulated the earth after the globe was drowned for 40 days and nights. That same book that tells us that 8 family members...repopulated the earth after the flood......

Can you please transfer this thread into the "World News & Nonsense" forum? It obviously belongs there, considering its recent development... and it has nothing more to do with porn.
Thank you.

The Bible never mentions anything about the building of the pyramids, but I agree with you that the Exodus narrative, etc. is in no way historically reliable. Actually, the consensus among mainstream Biblical scholars and archaeologists is that the Biblical account of Israelite slavery in Egypt is not historical. The Jewish scholar Richard Elliott Friedman has theorized that the origin of the Exodus tradition can be traced back to a small tribe of Levites who left Egypt at some point and eventually joined the Israelites, but even if his theory is true it is still a far, far cry from what is found in the Bible. In fact, it would seem that most Biblical scripture belongs to the realm of fiction.
