It looks like BiBi had her baby 6 days ago and it looks like everything went well. She's never said if she's thinking about coming back to porn. Most of me would guess she isn't, but her boyfriend/fiance/baby's father is apparently Jenna Jameson's ex-husband's (aka Justin Sterling's) brother, so there's at least a chance. Who knows?
