Mothers and Daughters (filmed 9/15/11) starred everyone at DP but Bibi (I've seen talk that it was meant to be Jesse Jane's retirement film, and Jesse wouldn't have Bibi on set - they didn't call a truce on their drama until AVN 2012), so she didn't do any filming that month, instead shooting 2 films in July (she only had 1 scene in Jack's POV, so there should be another out there) and either Cola or The Pill was her (mislabeled) August project. That means there are still missing projects from February, April, and May. One is Code of Honor, but DP didn't list production dates on the trailer. So by my count there are up to 7 scenes still out there. Are her scenes still included in COHXXX? She's in the trailer for about a second, but isn't listed in any of their promotional material. DP also filmed it with Tasha Reign, and that wouldn't be the first time the two of them were considered interchangeable. Supposedly she's working in sales for a water damage repair company in Arizona while dating a guy whose bio says he helped found Angie's List. She's also tweeted about being roofied while continuing to work as a house dancer in AZ. And now she's being hired/showing up to do promo work for a porn company? Who knows- but her drama still seems more interesting than most out there (though the Lisa Ann/Gracie Glam feud might be able to challenge that). DP or not, hope she still films a few more scenes. Still, the central concepts of contract law are easy to understand, and one may be relevant to your view of Bibi's situation: Illegal contracts are unenforceable. I don't know the details of Bibi's contract with DP, but non-compete clauses are difficult to enforce because a person has the right to work in his or her chosen profession, and a former employer can't prevent you from working. Each State deals with non-compete clauses differently, but I wouldn't be surprised if California (a fairly liberal State) looked upon them with extreme suspicion. Of course there are other issues, like trademarks, termination clauses, etc. I'm sure BIbi/Britney understands that if she wants to work again, the first thing she needs to do is take her contract to a lawyer who has experience reading employment contracts in the state of California. I certainly can't speak without knowing any of the details of her contract or California law, but I would be very surprised if DP could prevent her from practicing her trade. Edited to add bolding. But now Jones carries a renewed optimism. “I really needed to ground myself and figure out what I really wanted in life and take some time and really think about things,” she explained. “I decided what I really want is to be back in the adult industry and to make a career out of it. So I worked things out with them.” Noting that what she missed most was “being on the set and the whole experience,” Jones added, “I worked things out to be better for me.
