After George FLoyd the agencies have taken ir off of stars model cards and sites like Blacked have put out statements saying they don't pay more for ir anymore. We wouldn't be privy to know if they still do the practice in private. I suspect there are still performers who are not going to do "ir" and would only be enticed to if they were paid more. This could be a determinate to a site like Blackedraw if it limits the pool of stars. However I think covid is doing that too and/or they just have gotten lazy.
^ take Emma Hix for example, she's shot 5 scenes for other Vixen sites, only 1 for Blacked and none for Blacked Raw. She has tons of IR scenes on other sites.
Vixen just doesn't prioritize Blacked Raw or even Blacked for that matter. You can go on just about any new girl's Onlyfans and see IR, the pay isn't an issue.

In 2018, Lansky directed 7 scenes for Blacked or BlackedRAW. Three of them had a cheating or cuckold theme to it. In the Blacked website, there is a tag for cheating, with 118 scenes in it, while the cuckold tag has 17. That is 135 scenes, which is a bit more than 30% of the scenes there, and considering that poor tagging is a problem in porn websites, it wouldn't be far-fetched to think they didn't tag every scene with those themes.
It is a considerable part of what they are. Maybe some fans' favorite scenes had those themes, but because they were great, it was barely noticeable. Specially because, you know, you can skip the intro and miss nothing.
Blacked came along after the industry had been riding that cuckold fetish in interracial porn for the best part of a decade, beginning in the late 2000's. Dogfart, Evil Angel, Digital Sin, Zero Tolerance, Reality Junkies... they were all on that train.
