That's a classic fallacy. The mere fact a company is operating is not proof that it is being run competently. Go watch any of those reality shows where they send a celebrity expert to help an ailing business and see how long businesses can limp along in total incompetence. Companies rarely go out of business overnight. It usually takes years of disarray before they finally go bust. I don't know how healthy the Vixen business is, but I do know that constantly changing your product is not usually a sign that it's in good hands. There are plenty of ways to stay afloat as the customer base dwindles: alter your pricing, introduce new products, merge product lines, chase new customers, chase lost revenue streams, lower costs... by the way, did you ever get any commitment from them to return to 6 updates a month instead of the cheaper to produce 4? At least you know that if they never return to 6 updates a month it'll be because they've determined it's popular with their silent satisfied customers.
^ Also true that the mere fact that a company isn't operating the way that YOU like doesn't make them incompetent. If you don't like their work or the 'changes' as you perceive them just vote with your feet.

Jordan is hot asf so would be kinda hard to make any scene with her a bad one. but her scenes still kinda show that she's new to being in front of the camera, a lot of times she keeps inadvertently looking right at the camera, lol. not sure if that was part of the roleplay or if it was accidental.
I'm with the people who hate the sweaters and Cobalt blue/red dresses. I think costuming in porn has really gone downhill. It's a big underrated part of the scene. To be fair it's never been BlackedRaw's strength but now it's definitely a weakness.

All of your points are quite valid. And I would say you demonstrated more imagination in your last paragraph than both sites combined have done in 7 years. But a lot of us fans could probably do a pretty good job of that, too.
I don't think so , choices would create demand that isn't there yet, Blacked became popular exactly because they did that and didn't the very same stuff many others were doing , it was new were it to be a clone of Dogfart would have remained at the same level.
I'll use a simple example , if you like oranges and a seller is giving you three different kind of those and so does the other seller at the corner , you may think it's because the demand is there , but then another seller have Apples, Watermelons , Bananas and just one kind of orange all of a sudden he gets more customers than everyone else ,then people came complaining his oranges aren't quite good or at least not as good as the others and gives less choices about it, he resents that and begun to remove bananas to add more different oranges , now he has three kind of oranges and a different fruit every now and then, he can still claim he's different because that one apple or ananas he sells but in reality he's became all the same with the other sellers. People keeps buying those oranges but it's not the real demand, it's just the only choice available.
Blaked didn't become as big as it is because he copied everyone else , he did so because it was different, now that difference is almost gone
^^ I think the major difference BLACKED did was take the stuff other ir sites did but made it classier and had more polish. The old scenes had plenty of cheating scenarios. BLACKEDRAW had always had that and I think better for it because it added something. The difference that they introduced was the girl talking to the viewer through the phone footage. I havent been subscribed since last year so I can't say if they have that back in the videos. Not saying the dirty talk has to be cuckold/cheating related but there should be something "raw" otherwise its just bland. I think that is why in general the scenes with European girls fall flat is there is no dirty talking.
Edit: Upon further review it wasnt so much cuck stuff that was present in the start of BLACKED but more like girl sex with black guy for first time is the theme of a lot of the early descriptions for the videos. First ir and exclusives were a major difference. The new management took that away and I think that is a huge thing that now makes these sites more like any other site.

In any case, im also sure that the people that make time to comment on this site or on their site actually DO CARE about the product. I think WE are a part of population they should WORSHIP/KISS OUR ASSES rather than encourage us to write them emails/suggestions/etc that go unanswered. Heck, as a part time job, I even offered to reply to their incoming emails just so the customers know they are recognized. MOVING ALONG: If a first-time-girl is shooting with blackedraw, I feel that there's an opportunity to tell a subscription-like story. That is, to introduce us to new girl, and then let her introduce herself to us. And then, follow her escapades, perhaps even questions/answer feature included. The last scene was just as good as I expected. Harden is a solid newcomer and the girls were on fire.
If they did what you were proposing, I'd definitely resubscribe. Ultimately I walked away from VMG brands because they just don't have any edge to them anymore. It was always fairly safe stuff, but now their scenes just seem boring. The cuck stuff has most certainly been a negative aspect - not because I'm concerned with racism or anything like that, but because it's boring.
The plots are so rote and lack any edge, spice or uniqueness. Somehow Blacked and BlackedRaw can make a woman sexually humiliating and cuckolding the portrayed love of her life seem mundane. I'm not asking for world class acting but there's more that can be done. Maybe she's recording the video to send to his entire office to humiliate him? Maybe the husband is a racist and that's why she's specifically chosen a black man? Maybe she's always been black only? Maybe the cuck has genuine ED and lets his wife do it begrudgingly? Agreed entirely. Kylie is one of the best new girls to come into the industry and I've followed her career ever since the beginning. She's special and her debut for BlackedRaw showed just that. My request for them is to pair her up with Sly Diggler in her solo scene. I truly hope that Blacked & BlackedRaw see this and will make that happen!

It's wild how two people can watch the same video and come out with a completely different conclusion.
I'm completely on the opposite end. I thought this scene was extremely awkward, it seemed to me that Jordan was not into it whatsoever. And the male talent picked up on it too, as he had trouble getting fully hard, which AFAIK hasn't been a problem in his other scenes.
I don't think this scene would have ever been released if it wasn't her first IR.
Check out her 2nd IR scene with Rob Piper in "Black Massive Cocks 7". It's not a scene of the year candidate by any means but she puts in a much more enthusiastic performance and I never got the "going through the motions" feeling with this one as I did with her Raw scene.
But, to each their own.
