"Whereas back in those days, there was a lot blatant in-your-face bigotry and prejudice, today the bias and prejudice of some is more prevalently evidenced as a function of the subconscious. Some folks have biases that they don't realize, acknowledge or totally understand. I would like to think that subconscious bias is what is at play in the porn industry concerning the topic under discussion. Maybe that is naive thinking. Maybe it is hoping for the best in people and staying to remain optimistic for the future in terms of societal evolution." AGAIN, I FULLY AGREE. NICELY PUT. "Proves my point about black women in porn. Black women have not had the spotlight enough that fans have become familiar and comfortable with them as objects of sexual fantasy. To see them you are required to seek them out specifically. Its a matter of exposure." Excactly! Rosco Fuji, you are as ignorant as Hitler was Caucasian bias. Those lists are made up off what people have seen. There are hundreds of beautiful black women in all-black porn movies. But you don't watch them do you? Threatens your manhood much? Haha. Fool. "I find it very interesting that a recent list called "Who has the best Ass" didn't have any current black actresses." I laugh everytime I see those lists. What makes those lists even funnier is that many of the white women who has "black asses" often have implants. Most black women are just born with amazing backdrops. All this boils down to one thing. America is still full of crap.

I noticed that as well, so my list was mostly white girls otherwise it would have been all latino and black girls.

I think that if you asked guys to name their top 10 sexy mainstream movie actresses, a significant number, if not all, would have Halle Berry on their lists. So what is up with porn fans? Is it promotion? Are there African American women who are contract girls?
That's a good questions. I see Jada Fire, Marie Luv, Naomi Banxxx, Monique and Sinnamon Love pretty much all over the place. I would think a contract situation would pretty much restrict the actress to working for the contractor, such as Jessica Drake being contracted to Wicked. Jada Fire and Marie Luv are in such demand, I don't think a contract commitment would be to their advantage anyway. That is, I don't think that there is a company that would pay them enough to make being a contract babe worth their while. Those are the only two I could see being in a damn good negotiating position to even have the possibility of a contract. Given the history of this company, those two dynamite sexual beings probably could not fathom having a company own their ass. It would be tantamount to a step backwards.

Blah, blah blah! You have no idea what you are talking about. As the old saying goes, "it's better to keep you mouth shut and be thought a fool, than open your mouth and prove it." Hundreds of beautiful black women in porn?? On what planet? Certainly not this one. And you're right I don't watch all black porn for several reasons: 1, I'm white and all black porn is targeted to blacks, so I'm kind of not really the target market. 2, For the most part, the black women that I do know and are attracted to are more along the lines of respectable women and not Ghetto Bitches, or Phat Azz Ghetto Ho's etc etc. 3. In general, I just don't find most of the black women in porn remotely attractive. I don't care for the "look" of them. By look, I mean the weight issues, the large breasts with super huge misshapened aureoles, the unkempt brillo pad looking pubic hair.
Rosco, your sentiments about black women go far the respectable parameters of expressing personal preferences. Your statements about black porn actress reflect not only the severe space limitation within your brain and heart, but also with an unfamiliarity with African American women in general. I am glad that I do not feel that the work of Stormy, Ninn, Armstrong, Drake etc... are targeted towards whites only. Porn is targeted toward whoever can feel the sex of it. Period. Your statement No.1 will therefore be submitted for the 2009 Assinine Statement of the Year candidate. The statements No. 2 and No. 3 you crapped out of your small skull-pretending-to-house-intelligent-gray-matter is indeed too small to dignify with a response.

Rosco has obviously not watched any black-on-black porn since what, the 80s maybe? There are loads of good looking black women in porn, Roxy Reynolds is one of my favourite porn performers period. I'm white and found myself watching black-on-black porn because 1) the women were hot 2) they had nice asses 3) the sex wasn't as obsessed with degradation and anal as 'regular' porn.
There is a Porn Pool thread call Vivid, in which someone from the company is asking for serious input from the porn loving mass. Along the lines of this thread here on the Blk Women not being embraced by White porn makers, I offered the Vivid dude this advise: Vivid: Diversify your films. There are some black porn actresses out their that can not only fuck with the best of them, but can also act. While I'm very thankful that there are companies out their like Vivid and Wicked that are still producing plot-driven sex features, it is discouraging to see that more than 99 percent of them are predominently white with some Hispanics and Orientals added. An African American porn actress has been a rarity. This is no knock on the ladies from the white, Hispanic or Oriental groups, but simply a statement that porn features should get with the 21st century and look more representative of the country. That means also being inclusive of black porn actresses. Be bold enough to go outside of the tiny minority of black women -- Jada Fire, Marie Luv, Monique -- who seem to be among the very few to be able to get themselves in a cast of other white women in features. Might I recommend: = Jasmine Cashmire, who has distinguished herself as an actress in the all-black sex-thriller feature "Ramsom" = Mona Devine, who has inspired some confidence in her acting potential in numerous vigenettes. = Olivia Winters, who showed she can carry dialogue and sex equally well in Afro-Centric's "Desperate Blackwives 4" = Lavish Styles,Lacey D., Angel Eyes, Sydnee Capri, Naomi Knoxxxx (or Banxxx), Courtney Divine, Sinammon Love, Vivica Coxx, Vanessa Monet, Roxy Reynolds, Candace Von, Kitten (if she hasn't retired), India are all good bets for porn features.
Godwin's Law huh...well I learned a new concept here. That is kind of the bent I take with the use of the term "racist," "racism," and "bigotry." Not that it doesn't exist, but it doesn't always applied in the full ugly meaning of the word. With respect to the current conversation on the hitherto lack of opportunities extended to black porn actresses into the arena of better paying features/projects and bigger company hitherto all-white female casts, since through these threads characterizations of racism have been inferred and also blatantly charged, the definition could provide a litmus test of sorts. Racism -- 1.) a doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior; 2.) a policy, government, etc., based on such a doctrine; 3.) hatred or intolerance of another race or other races. Bigotry -- 1.) stubborn and complete intolerance of any creed , belief, or opinion that differs from one's own. 2.) actions, beliefs, prejudices, etc. of a bigot. (Both definitions taken from the Random House College Dictionary...sorry that is all I had on my desk, but it will do for the present conversation I believe). Given the above definitions, the following questions are particularly salient in this discussion: Is it a "racist" decision by porn filmmakers that it would prefer to target the white male market and is it "racist" to further conclude that the most effective way to do it would be maintain the female side of the camera as lily white as possible? Or is it simply a pragmatic marketing decision designed to get the most monetary bang out of the investments in porn projects? I think one would have to get into head and hearts of each porn filmmaker to figure out whether the way they proceed with their pornography enterprise is a function of racism or business priority (or a combination of both). While I absolutely don't agree with a business conclusion that excluding black porn helps advance marketing efforts targeting white males, I don't think in and of itself that indicates "racism" as much it is clearly discriminatory (and I might add, rather narrow business thinking). Although "discrimination" and "racism" have been a casually linked historically in the U.S., it is not a given that discrimination is always a function of racism. Therefore if I were on the Pornography Supreme Court, I would render a legal opinion that absent some other action to indicate the omission of black porn actresses is based on a racist belief or doctrine, the best we can say about this sad phenomenon is that it is most definitely a "discriminatory" business decision. And it is that business decision that I disagree with. Also, while I might not like the fact that some filmmakers target white males or whites in general, I cannot ignore the fact that a free enterprise system is law of the land in the U.S., and for the most part that system is a good thing. A communist I am not. A far deeper and more profound philosophical examination of this could be done, but I have already blown a couple of brain cell circuits on this, so I am going get a cup of coffee. Godwn's Law refers to the careless use of Hitler as a characterization. I have often thought there should be a similar concept for the not-well-thought-through use of the terms racist, racism and bigotry. If one wants to combat racism, then we all need to understand what both biological science and anthropology tell us, which is, that there is no such thing. Race is a concept developed largely in European Christian nations as a way to justify the inhuman treatment of others with their own religious beliefs. It is not an objective means of differentiating human populations. Obama made a great point regarding this, in an interview when at the slave castle in Ghana, when he pointed out the church built right above the slave quarters. How can an icon to holiness exist directly above so much suffering? An "ist" attached to the end of a word turns that word into a label, such as "socialist]" or Capitalist, which is assigned to people as a way of describing what their particular belief is. Logically, therefore, people who believe that race is a means of describing groups of people are in fact racists. If one wants to stop racism stop believing in its legitimacy. I agree with what another poster in this thread who commented, directors and producers only produce what they think is sexy, not necessarily what others do. The variations in human sexuality, are far to nuanced then the typically assembly line way that most porn is now produced. If one grew up in an environment that worshiped women with fair or pale skin pigmentation as sexual objects, chances are that they are going to carry that forward for the rest of their lives. Porn makers are no different. The dieing porn industry, which is the subject of more then a few threads on this forum, is victim of too many directors/directors, with jaded and single minded concepts of sex. Don't forget Pinky, and Cherokee D'Ass, and others with "nonstandard" body types. They may not fit the mould for feature-worthy (hence probably why you didn't list them), but every movie can use a bit of spice from time to time. And many of us who like those girls would rent/buy a Vivid DVD just to see them in a different type of production than the usual fare they get stuck in, even if we would normally never consider watching a Vivid (or anyone else's) feature. I know I would.
I hear you. My list was not designed to be exhaustive, but to give as much of the representative possibilities as would be allowed at that moment by space, time and the extent of my quick recall from the top of my head. However, in trying to recall some good possibilities, I was not only thinking of looks and sexual athleticism/credibility, but also personality and acting ability (especially in the area of credible delivery of dialogue lines). I think those of us that watch enough porn have encountered numerous porn actress that are better suited for gonzo sex than plotted features. Those -- who will mercifully go unnamed here -- were not purposely included on that list. Nevertheless, now that you mention Pinky, I agree that she would be a possibility. Cherokee D'Ass I have to check out some more. I have seen her, but for whatever reason, she failed to leave an erotic imprint in my brain. Even if a pron actress does not have inherent acting skills, it can be developed. Unfortunately many black porn actresses are not getting the opportunity develop those skills. While there are some all-black features, sadly they are not in overabundance.

As I said above, I'm really not the target market of black on black porn. B on B porn is considered a Niche line, started for the most part to to satisfy the demand expressed by the black porn watching community that wanted to watch black couples having sex on film. The overall opinion was that black couples didn't really want to watch "white" porn. If B on B porn was such a high demand item, every company would have a B on B line, no different than a Latin line, a midget line, a big girl line, an Asian line or a teen line. As been mentioned on this site before porn producers will go to where the money is, but since most don't, it provides an opportunity for companies like Black Ice to fill the demand for B on B. The current trend is to be making the "Not the Brady Bunch!" type of things because they sell. "Not the Cosbys" was made because the orignal show was non offensive to blacks and whites, and half the original cast was bi-racial. If B on B was truly a big seller, we'd have a "Not Good Times" a hell of a lot sooner than, "Not Hell's Kitchen." Just an observation though, you have your reasons for watching B on B and you feel the women are hot, the reasons you give for watching are more or less the same reasons I mentioned above that I don't watch. Why are your reasons right and mine wrong? I find it really amusing that I was quoting a respected producer on why he doesn't use black women in porn and I get called a racist and compared to Hitler. I'm due to put in another request for titles to review for this site in another week or so. I'm willing to review a B on B title from any producer if someone can suggest a series for me to check out just so I can say I've reviewed it. I'll watch it twice and offer an objective review. If I'm proven wrong, I'll admit it, but on the other hand, if I don't like it, I'll expect my reasons on why I don't like it to be respected. Deal? Edited by - rosco fuji on 7/14/2009 1:54:56 PM

I'm calling BS on the concept of not including a black porn performer other than the top 5 names on any list other because they don't have "acting ability." Jada Fire isn't hired for her acting ability, it's because she "Squirts." It's porn and they are paid to fuck not act. Except of course things like Pirates where the acting takes priority over the sex. In this post, you've more or less answered your original query, with the following lines: I have seen her, but for whatever reason, she failed to leave an erotic imprint in my brain. While there are some all-black features, sadly they are not in overabundance. If black actresses aren't leaving an erotic imprint in your brain, and you love them, that's more or less the reason B on B features don't exist. They don't sell because other than a few names, no lasting thoughts about them.
A) You're right. B) I thought of going back to change it earlier; I also thought of reworking the sentence entirely because I wanted it to sound funnier, but I said ah forget it, I've got enough other shit to do. I've been finding I do that more and more lately with shit I notice wrong/awkward about my posts - I used to be so anal about making them sound perfect, have no typos, etc.
The producer you quoted is laboring under the same delusion you are. I see why you believe him.
Ahh,You want someone to find a movie featuring a black female you would find attractive?. I don't think that's would be possible, black women are not white if you take my meaning.
You are a reviewer? Sooooo you review movies, you don't review movie featuring blacks. I see.

1. Okay, the producer I was quoting was the legendary pioneer visionary pornographer Bruce Seven when asked as to why he didn't have black girls in his all girl romps. He said point blank,, "I'd love to, but there are not that many attractive black women in porn to put together a full cast." Paraphrasing slightly, but that was the gist of what he was saying. 2. Why wouldn't that be possible? We've been told by one person there are hundreds of hot black women in porn, and another said there are boatloads of hot black girls. It shouldn't be that hard to find a few skinny flat chested black girls that are completely smooth. And I'm sorry, but you have to explain what your meaning is about "black women are not white" so I don't misinterpret. 3. Yes I review movies on this site. Search my name and you'll find that I review a wide variety of different styles. I review each title on its own merits. Hell, I even reviewed a Granny gangbang film. Check the recent reviews on the home page. I just posted a Black Cocks & White Asses review. Overall, I have roughly 30 reviews posted here, and 12 of them have a black theme to them. I've liked some, I've not liked some, but it's the job of the reviewer to keep an open mind when writing a review and be objective. The best part about reviewing for this site is that you get to select from a wide variety of titles/genres/production companies. In this regard, Steph and Drew are very generous about letting their reviewers pick whatever floats their boat.
Rosco, the way you twist around what people say and repeat it out of context, it makes me believe that you must be an elected official or a attorney. I was speaking of one woman. There are plenty of porn actress -- white, black, Hispanic, oriental -- who get my attention and remain in my recall. There are less black porn features because there are less black porn producers. But there are some, and some black porn actresses have distinguished themselves well while other show potential for development. Your preferences where porn is concerned are truly yours; and you are entitled to them. You and I simply have to agree to disagree about black porn actresses.

I have loved a lot of the black on black porn I have seen. Really the best asses and as you said often time less degrading than a lot of the white on white porn you see. I don't buy at all that black woman on white guy is a smaller market because it's some niche and there isn't the market demand. There is racism, how intentional I don't know, in the industry that keeps it so segregated. Hot women are hot women, and hot sex is hot sex. That's all there is to it.

I'm not surprised Bruce Seven said that, I saw an interview with him in Gregory Dark's Fallen Angels documentary and he was an ignorant shithead. Plus, as I guessed from your statements earlier, he did all of his work in the 80s/90s. I remember black-on-black porn from that era and it did stink, but to be fair almost all porn from that video era stunk, including most of Bruce Seven's shitty pseudo-lesbian porn, imo. I think it is pretty clear the 'ole Rosco here is not a feasible candidate to be selected as a judge for the Miss Black America Pageant. Rosco's aversion to black porn actresses notwithstanding, one can only hope that some industry folks are paying some attention to this thread topic and will take it under serious advisement to give some black porn actresses an opportunity to show they are every bit as capable in acting, sexually talented and just a beautiful as their white, Hispanic and Oriental porn counterparts. That's interesting. I ask for a some referals on a certain type of black actress that I'd consider beautiful and appealing, but none are presented. Instead I get told to go look at different types of red cars. Who are these beautiful black women in porn that are invisible to me?
Scientifically, it is said that there isn't enough genetic difference between white people and black people to call us different races. However, there are enough obvious physical differences between us that there will always be tension and troublemakers. Any differences at all between people will always be highlighted and magnified by certain people. There are even problems between white people from one country and white people from another country. If it isn't one thing, it's another. People are always looking to amplify any differences at all in order to make excuses not to like someone. Race may not be a scientifically sound concept but neither is religion. Some people will believe what they want to believe. We can't pretend black people aren't black and white people aren't white. It would be nice but it just won't work.
Yes! there are no sub-species, but there are sub-species. Only in America. If races/sub-species didn't exist. All the black racists wouldn't be clamoring this thread.

I like to say that there is a greater genetic difference between tall people and short people then there is between these imaginary races. In the US the differences that divide us are social and economic. Edited to add word "genetic". Edited by - Clam Digger on 7/15/2009 8:36:39 PM

Another one of those heated race threads: All I would say, that going back to the thread's original point, I'd love to see a much greater number of black performers embraced in generally white-centric filmmaking. I know Michael Stefano has a thing for black women and casts many with his performances. It's not what I'd even consider a niche, and the white male performer aspect serves as the vicarious stand-in for me (which is the point anyway), so I like it. Needs to be far more of this.
Yeah Dubious_Leftovers, it is sadly fascinating how a conversation that relates to the issue of race can really bring some toxic ugliness out of people. That was not what I intended when I authored the original thread, but then again, I can't say I am surprised by some of the racially charged responses. My intention was to attract some hopefully intelligent perspectives on the issue and maybe even some insiders' thought on the relative disenfranchisement of black female porn actresses. Fortunately, (the diatribes notwithstanding) there have been some interesting thoughts on the subject, and I hope more is forth coming. I also hope some scriptwriter takes my idea about a historic porn feature on Thomas Jefferson and his fair skinned slave mistress with whom he fathered several children.

Some other FINE current black actresses: Misty Stone (Slim body, excellent skin tone, bubble-but-fit booty, looks a lot like Whitney Houston) http://www.freeones.com/html/m_links/Misty_Stone/ Stacey Adams (BIG natural tits) http://www.freeones.com/html/s_links/Stacy_Adams/ BabyCakes (Height-Weight proportionate; large natural tits; round ass; pretty face) http://www.deliciousgalleries.com/bn31/gally6.htm Diamond Jackson (Beautiful face, decent fake tits, killer toned body) http://www.freeones.com/html/d_links/Diamond_Jackson/ Monica Foster (Slim, good skin, youthful & "cheerful" face) http://www.freeones.com/html/m_links/Monica_Foster/ IMHO, Misty Stone is one of the most hidden treasures amongst all the recent black girls. She is sexy enough to be a contract star. A firm, tight body and a truly gorgeous face. Her set from inthecrack.com really demonstrates all her positive qualities. :) Check out this link for a few pics from that set. (not her official site, just some TGP): http://www.clubmistystone.com/solo/misty-stone-for-in-the-crackcom/
Those are some young and good actress you mention there. I would add Vivica Coxxx as well. She fucks as if its a competition. She also lets shine something a number of porn actresses either refuse to show or don't have -- an interesting personality. As a matter of fact, if I could pick one porn actress I could just sit down and just have a discussion with Vivica Coxxx would be the one.

Understandable. But how many black spouses let their husbands ram their assholes and then swallow their cum afterwards? Perhaps a few, but not many I would venture. Plenty of black dudes, myself included, love seeing sexy black women get freaky.
What the fuck? I take it you didn't comprehend what I wrote? In plain English, I said there are no different species but as long as there are any differences at all for people to argue over, there will always be prejudice, discrimination and hatred. And it isn't "only in America" that people make a mountain out of a molehill. It's just human nature.
I figure this is a good place to work my agenda in. Ever since joining this board I've been on a one man crusade to get more IR B/G/G movies. One Black starlet, One White starlet. I'm sick of picking one or the other. I'm greedy, I want both. I know both black and white fans would want some of these movies made. I would love to see either Jules Jordan, Belladonna or Van Styles make title. 69 Flavas is the only series I can't think of devoted to IR pairings. Most of the time it ended up being a BF with LF or AF. Anyway most of the scene were pretty hit or miss. The Adrianna Nicole/Monique, Gianna/Delotta and Alicia Tyler/Paulina James/Kiwi scene were all great. Typing that reminded me of an episode of HBO's Cat house. This Redneck looking guy comes in and all the ladies line of in front of him. He chooses the black girl Danielle(damn good choice IMO) and Bridget the Midget. They asked why he chose that he says "I'll probably never get a chance to fuck a black chick or a midget, so picked both of them". Awesome.

That's too funny, but so true. A co-worker and I met Bridget in Las Vegas and chatted with her for about 2 minutes or so. After she left and we both acknowledged to one another that we knew who she was, we debated as to whether we'd fuck her or not. The concensus was that yes, because how often do you get to fuck a midget or a porn star. Hooking up with her would have killed 2 birds with one stone.
I think there's a easy fix to this situation. All the directors have to is put a blk girl in the 3sum scenes periodically. start with one in the first few of his movies see if anyone raises hell.If not keep raising the amount of scenes they put them in.If you give folks a little taste at a time they seem to adjust a lot eaiser. besides all that bulshit, I love to see a blk woman and a white bumping muffs.Thank you for you attention

Haha. You have no depth so you retaliate with old sayings? You have no allies in this discussion. Have you noticed? Bruce Seven was born in 1946. His thoughts are as outdated as he is.
