However, I don't eat meat or dairy and abstain from overly fatty or fried foods for health reasons. So I don't know if diet particularly has an effect on a satisfying anal session. If I had ever done that, I probably would have starved to death in my early career. If you do your enema thoroughly, it should be fine. Everybody is different, I personally like to use a shower enema with warm water. If you prefer cold water, I don't see how it would make a difference other than getting you more comfortable. When I travel or when I'm not at home I use a small enema bottle that one can buy in the sex store. The key is to get to know your own body. Some people metabolize food faster than others and therefore need to clean more often or closer before anal intercourse. Also eating a banana or two can help to calm your bowel.
