I'm not on a diet for superficial reasons related to my physical appearance but eating healthy is very important to me. I also don't smoke. As far as work outs go, I'm using the facility at my university. I run and swim, mostly because it helps me reduce stress and anxiety related to school and exams etc. I'm working out 3 times a week after class and I'm not doing anything special.
