Exactly, I think it was just miscommunciation not malicious.
So many things can be resolved when people actually have to sit in front of each other and respectully talk and listen (and of course a lot can't be resolved).
I've seen a lot of potentially explosive situations defused by some effective mediation, it is when people won't even agree to meet and talk that things go nowhere productive.
Social media is a terrible way to address personal conflict, usually a lot of the mediation I had to help with came from people taking their issues to social media instead of the person they had an issue with. It is a rampant issue these days.
@Mike, you should actually keep a written record of those interactions (including dates) and let your supervisor, union rep or workplace mediator (if you have one) know about them in case it comes back to bite you in the ass in the future.
Right, but people do use Twitter and others more and more intensively. It is a bad trend. I don't know which girls do you mean, but as far as I know, most of the performer are based in LA or LA area. It doesn't matter if most performers are still in California. There is still a net effect of performers leaving the area or being unavailable to shoot. Plus, in the past months, there hasn't been the usual addition of new performers that happens in every typical month. You can probably expect fewer women to be thinking of traveling to start a porn career for the rest of the year. All of this is simple math that means that there is less available talent than there would normally be. But I look forward to seeing who the hottest stars are who respond to the tweet.

Traveling around the United States is still not as safe as it is in some other countries. Although some businesses are opening in the US, the virus is still a tremendous threat, and will be until at least 2021. It is still not allowed to travel across the whole US,even problems to travel to Europe right now. Regarding the virus I know I am always up-to-date about scientic news and progresses. traveling is not impossible if that's what you are asking, but many of the smarter girls or those not from California have been elsewhere, and probably are not rushing back during unsafe conditions to shoot one scene for Raw. Even with things opening up, there are fewer shooting opportunities at this time than there would be when the business has been fully open for a while.
I hope what I am saying makes sense. I am sure the majority are still in the area, but if even 15% are not available, it has a big effect on the schedule and how fast we can expect to see a new movie.

Her next tweet is complaining about how Manuel has a new "interview out today" (yesterday - June 24). The article she tweeted from simply has quotes from the statement Manuel put out weeks ago.

So she was right, but for me a hard lesson never more involving in such an issue as someone who stands outside and have no internal stuff, background, informations. I dont' know Veronica in person and can't say how she is, I watched her movies. Who is right or wrong, I really don't know. I just want to help and fall, foolishly in a trapp, made by myself. This scene with Jenny and Ginger, I still have to watch, but I've got it. As a NCIS fan, Gibbs would say Rule no XXX "never involve yourself in a case" LOL. I wish Manuel would bring all his Raw movies over from Evil and remaster them all to at least 720p. On EA site Raw 3 is 480p but on Manuel's site it's 720p and looks considerable sharper.

Really toxic and awfully terrible things for a performer to read about themselves. ^ In short, the need to be comparing performers unnecessarily. That's right, the schedules of different directors really can't be compared.
What I think is curious about how Manuel does Raw is that it seems like he wants to shoot all the scenes for the DVD in the span of two weeks or so. That cuts the pool of available performers by at least 50% compared to if he was preparing to release the DVDs throughout the year, i.e. waiting for the top choice performers to be available over a span of three months, still being able to release four DVDs a year this way. But Manuel's attitude is more like, "we're making the next Raw now, who should I cast?"
That is in regards to past/normal years and obviously the situation this year is different. It is simply great that Manuel is able to cast the women that he wants to that are available at this time. Excited for every scene.

As has been mentioned many times in this thread the reason Manuel does cast a lot of new performers is because he's picking women he has chemistry with so he's generally going to have already done a scene, if not multiple scenes and they are going to tend to be experienced as those are the performers who can relax enough in a scene to create real chemistry.
Manuel has other lines he can use to feature new performers, RAW is for something different.
I noticed that in a recent Manuel scene with Annabel Redd for HardX they seemed to vibe off of each other, she'd be a great addition to RAW.
Honestly I don't see why Manuel doesn't just do Raw and and maybe one other series focused on anal or something. It's obviously his biggest selling title. Raw has plenty of POV so the the Fucking POV series is sort of redundant and limits the sex IMO. It's hard to go back to watching regular scenes with so many minutes of cowgirl, doggy and missionary and a cumshot after seeing this type of scene. Much hotter seeing people just fuck, get into it and not always angling for the camera.
