BUT READ THIS FIRST ive known june 14 .should dropped in i guess .its be noted ( in case i missed a post w) that was out on bound for a previous domestic violence. so no jail Time is stunning but sees in a facility to continue care which she started beore the sentencing . thats why it took 2 yrs 2 sentence her. she was guilty off the hop. twit posted AND kept it AND the guy was top list most wanted at 1st it was kinda the cops investigating then they heard about footage from bailsman or P.O. im not 100% but close..so she kept porn AND there was some agreement she was 2 be as close 2 the judges expectation of as functional member of society .not high on weed,thats just normal to her and i think it was harder to leave it behind slowing her first court dates which probably a yr .usual time with no trial/jury .she said end of last i heard she was taking sometime off .i think thats she supposed to be sentenced (and why no coverage of this ill get to that)and she had a med issue which she did twit, tweet or posted .Only way u putting that is med or death in family so got court date pushed .its only explanation it took 2 YEARS for one court date . Example the deal i made 20 yrs ago for booze and overall disregard 4 bylaws as well as being a shit head was. pled guilty.a go to court in a yr !so i could be with mu daughter and work kids have financial support).the big one is dont fight charges. (its about saving court costs in the end and if someone changes deal youre blacklisted 4 ever >trust me l know) and my sentence would be i get probation or UP 2 5 yrs .handshake deal.. i fd around a bit and they dont FUCK around they almost thu the book at me .i got lucky . how ? ask me ill answer i comments or follow up. back to marsha. she came from court and its fly right or burn so she did what she was to do 1st time .do 3 months work (fuck) at reg schedule .make good money .another 3 to phase out work and 6 had months off to prepare and be at judges mercy .if she would have showed up and they could say she didn't fulfill her end....deals over its an incentive ladenened deal a ten 10 yr test .1st she had to prove she earned the deal. courts are win/win on this and the main reason ..money .avoid plea , arraignment ,trial months, wellbeing and recommendation hearing and sentencing saved then in the 100s of thousands..people say its not enough but what it if actully works .shes in jail trust me its almost worse way worse.k now insert veins back into neck let me finish Back to me .i was on 24 hr house arrest 1st 3 months no work random phone calls if i missed they brought dogs (twice) kicked doors in 4 times two screen doors a bath and bed door and i had me pay tossed my house whenever they wanted , strip search me in front of my kids. i had to pay for angle monitor and upkeep (batt died it was 450$) im not saying i didn't deserve it just stating i should have did the time not deal with the evil . handshake deal was them saying we make the rules now i was so worried about jail i never thought about their few the streets outside . how bad could it be.im outside im free couldn't be farther from the truth. after House arrest was over it was even worse i was walking the streets way easier to trip up. wanna know other 9 mos ask and ill comment or ill add content im tired .so back to her 10 yrs..its long..long as ull ever hear. its the longest ive ever heard. .lawyers advise against it and repeat offenders no better ( u often hear "ill just do the time) cus ur free after .i know with that crime her conditions are not good and in a month yr she will regret this cuz it worse then getting 3--5 . she got 5 she'd have been out in two. she fucks this uptheres a straight tovjail clause and she'll do a couple months but second time its jail to stay .say she forfeits tthe deal and the penalty is the original 5 yrs ? ur thinking what a waste of time .she just get out in two like you just said, they deal is whole package once u fuck up youve broken the deal so now the 5 rs u would have had (w/no blemishes )is bnow five yrs with 2 breaches.uve proven u cant following the rules. u think we trust u now?? time off is time off for good behavior .ITS NOT A RIGHT (oops) its a privilege and she lost hers .so its a deal setup to fail unless she totally turns it around like cant jaywalk 4 ten years .i promise u ...shes in hell and she will be theres no getting probation shortened. if she would have just pled and got sentenced ? shed be her free telling the srory . shes 1.drug test 2..urine sample 2 times a week @ probation officer 3. house arrest or curfew .4. no contact w/other felons (contact keyword )u dont have to no him just be near himv.it varies with cop by law u in same store an u in contact people on same bus have convicted .usually buscis ok same car not. 6. cant leave state no passport 6. reg sex offender .councilor s, classes and courses 8. reevaluation every three to six months by a judge wfo ar anytime revoke your deal. 9.cant vote(prob a good thing) 10.adopt 11.family get togethers w/any under age u guys seeing it.. 0k so she does all this . clean as a whistle .then shes rehabilitated far as im concerned. . two many things go wrong outside. easy loose focus .inside is easy shut mouth head down .21 year old admitted cum-slut admitted cant live w/o cannibis user .if she goes yr with breaking deal ill be shocked she goes 10 then the court system worked and u all get yr justice either way...but wtf do i know. why u never heard about this case? easy answer next post.
