When you were starting out, before you became the world's greatest porn director, which directors (and movies or scenes) did you look to as examples of good porn?
Something I've just noticed that's wild to me about the lack of facialized scenes over the past few years....
I was looking at Freya Parker's modelling profile on her agency's page (ATMLA) and noticed she's available for blowbangs (which I would love to see) and then I saw you can search by category to see who's available for what.
Turns out that on their talent roster there are 62 female performers who have said they're available for blowbang scenes, including some hugely requested names...
Tommy King, Demi Hawks, Freya Parker, Vanna Bardot, Sophia Burns, Kendra Cole, Emma Starletto, Cherry Kiss to name a few.
Some of these girls have actively said they want to do blowbangs on social media, and have been requested a lot by facialized fans. Why are we not seeing more scenes? Seems really bizarre to me..

I don't think it is related to her being bored with shooting them, if any it would be a nice change from shooting all the BG. I think it is more related to production cost. Blowbangs and gangbangs are rare these days. Jules Jordan used to have Praise The Load & The Brother Load. Interracial Blowbang is also not releasing recently anymore. I wish more studios would release blowbangs. We need 2 volumes of Facialized a year, a new installment where girl girl action turns into a 2 woman blowbang, showcases with a blowbang. But I guess those days are gone due to high production costs, lack of paying members and OnlyFans.
I have a few subscriptions, and switch sometimes between studios, but it is also impossible to be a member of all the studios out there. The majority of the studios is releasing regular BG, so nice or different locations (beach, abandoned warehouse,...), blowbang, gangbang or dp can tip me to switch. If I can make a suggestion, they need to find a convincing point to get more members to be able to produce more scenes. Like you can win tickets to AVN, year free membership, follow the shooting of a scene or win a blowjob from a pornstar. I would be lifetime member if I would win a blowjob from Aline Lopez :).

You have to think economically. This is no longer 2008, when studio porn was booming. In addition to piracy, there are also self-marketing platforms and the death of physical data mediums. Of course the girls claim to want to shoot everything - although most of the stuff on these agency sites is bullshit - it's just that many of these multi-person scenes are no longer lucrative for studios.
^ Frankly, I've never been a particular fan of blowbangs or the Facialized series but there are some out there who are. What would save a ton of wasted time/energy/disappointment would be if Mason just came out and said, 'I'll only be doing x of these scenes each year and this is because of x.' Then everyone would know. As I said, I don't really care but it does seem as if every year the people who do get strung along for the sake of keeping their interest/excitement. As it is the thread is continually snarled up with speculation, 'Facialized' suggestion lists etc that are pretty much meaningless. It's like waiting for Christmas but not knowing what date it actually is and whether it happens every year, making a list but Santa not really taking any notice!
^ I think the way you put it sums it up about as well as I've seen it put. And admittedly, I am definitely one of these people, I am a massive Facialized fan and look forward to each and every Facialized scene and will frequently put lists together (although not as frequently as some) with the hopes of throwing some good names out there that may end up (hopefully) in a Facialized scene.
But how you put it is exactly correct, without any sort of explanation or comment about what we can expect from Facialized going forward, whether it be 4-8 scenes a year, whether it is 2-4 scenes a year or whether it is that it is on a shooting hiatus at the moment. Whatever the reason or where it will go in the future no one has anything to go off of. So a series that is notorious for sort of happening in a sense "out of nowhere", there's a lot of stringing ourselves (the super fans) along because it is sort of "you never know when it may happen, so staying on top of it is the best way to go" sort of thought process.
I am not saying expecting an explanation of any kind is realistic or assumed will happen, because I don't really anticipate getting one. But the lack of it is exactly what keeps the comments and interest constantly percolating under the surface where it bubbles up from time to time into a frenzy without Mason even commenting. There are obviously people who are not fans of the Facialized series and they're entitled to their opinions and there is no one that is denying there is a passionate base of Facialized fanatics that cling on to any hope a new Facialized right around the corner.
Here's to hoping we get some kind of update, hopefully from Mason, about it one way or the other for the sake of all in the thread.
I like the blowbangs and Facializeds but let's be honest, the pandemic, onlyfans and other things strike hard on some studios include XEmpire/Mason. We have less scenes in general, I don't like to be harsh on Mason because I know she's great director and try the hardest to give us quality over quantity now so we are in new "era" for some studios like her "formerly boss" Elegant Angel was affected and different now, no dp, less threesomes, less showcases, even less anal...

I wonder whether it will ever go in the other direction again. Where AI will also be knocking on the door in the future. There are now so many studios where I no longer even check for updates. Because I know what to expect and what not to expect. And unfortunately, HardX is one of them.

It seems more important to get one piece right than to create multiple series. To reduce production costs, it seems appropriate to put the Gangbang and Blowbang scenes in the Star Showcase rather than making them into a series.
^ considering the last proper scene was mid November, and the next scene will be a compilation, we might have 4 months between scenes. So one might conclude, lesbianx is dead, which makes the promo on adulttime, to pay $150 for a lifetime subscription to the site, as long as you keep your adulttime subscription even more comical. Unless of course all the other sites are included as well, which I didn't check, but maybe they shouldn't advertise with lesbianx.
