+1 Hell to the yeah Flash props to you on this comment. I get sick and tired of this same type of BS behavior as well, and when it comes to this specific situation with Ana Rose, with all the photos and the evidence, the rape was blatantly obvious, yet misogynistic folks with selfish attitudes are trying to find a hard away around this... it's agonizing and disgusting.

The "rape was blatantly obvious?" Huh? How so? Another person on set and in the same scene would beg to differ.
LOS ANGELES - After recent tweets by performer Ana Rose implying that her "do's and dont's" were not properly observed by scene partner Markus Dupree on June 21, a third performer who was also part of the shoot, Adria Rae, has come forward and spoken with XBIZ about that day. Two days after the shoot in question, Rose posted two tweets implying that a prexisting medical condition had been exacerbated as a result of the alleged incident.
Rose later identified her scene partner as Dupree, but did not mention that a third performer had been present or that it was a B/G/G scene. While both Rose and Dupree have not yet responded to an XBIZ request for comment, Rae did go on the record about the shoot. Rae described the shoot to XBIZ as "pretty average" and a "normal" day on set. She said she was excited to work with Rose for the first time and had requested Dupree in the past.
"We've worked together a handful of times," she said of Dupree.
According to Rae, the three performers sat down with the director at the beginning of the day to discuss details of the shoot. During the meeting, Rae recalls Rose mentioning that she didn't "really like" to have vaginal sex while also shooting anal, and that she could only do vaginal sex "for a while."
"She hadn't made it a point that she didn't want to do any vaginal sex," said Rae. "She made it sound like she just didn't want to do as much." According to Rae, neither a preexisting medical condition nor any kind of discomfort was mentioned during the group conversation with the director on set that day. She claims that Rose agreed to and completed one vaginal sex position with Dupree and that the scene subsequently "went by great." "I had no idea she was in pain until I saw her tweet because we just carried on like any normal scene," said Rae.
"I feel caught between a rock and a hard place now because during the scene I didn't hear her say anything that would raise an alarm," said Rae. "It was my understanding that she didn't want to do as much vaginal sex but not none at all."
On June 24, Rose shared two photos saying they were before and after shots of her vagina, the second of which depicted swelling that she attributed to a popped cyst - caused, she suggested, by vaginal sex during the shoot.
Rae provided XBIZ with a detailed account of her recollections of that day, up until the time when everyone left set.
According to Rae, Dupree left before them, shortly after finishing his part.
When one follower inquired on Twitter why she didn't immediately stop the scene, Rose stated, "The sets are already stressful enough. We were cutting too much and the air was tense. I didn't wanna add to it."
"Of course," said Rae. "Everyone is trying to get the scene done because it's a long, stressful day already. The set is very accommodating though - if we want to cut for anything they will. Nobody wants to see anyone get hurt or be in pain."
Rae further shared with XBIZ that during their final scene of the day, a girl-girl anal tease with sex toys, complications arose which caused Rae to stop the scene.
As she remembers, Rose offered to continue. "Ana said she was okay," recalled Rae. "I told her she could keep going [solo] if she wanted to but I wanted to stop." At that point, the shoot wrapped for the day according to Rae.
"I respect and admire both Ana and Markus," Rae stressed, "but in this situation I don't feel he abused her boundaries."
"From what I saw," Rae concluded, "this was an issue of miscommunication."
Things happen whether you call 911 or not , it's the stamp needed for things to be true , especially over someone under possible menace to be taken out of business if they do.

^I'm curious, what exactly are you saying. I've read it 3 times now and still can't make heads or tails of it.
You lynch mob guys and girl have also set up a go fund me account for Dupree's widow and family by now, haven't you?

I will say that the Adria Rae interview does muddy the waters quite a bit.
Ana's claim was that she specifically asked for there to be no vaginal sex. Adria says that in the pre-scene conversation, Ana only said she preferred not to do much vaginal sex. Obviously there is a difference.
Having said that, it's not automatic where the "miscommunication", as Adria called it, had occurred.
Ana also said that she communicated her desire the day before the scene to the director and Markus. Adria was likely not privy to that conversation if it took place, and she certainly doesn't mention anything about it in her interview. Maybe only being present for the second half of a conversation leaves you with a different impression of someone's intentions. Also, Ana says that her agent was a part of that conversation, and her agent backed up her claims on twitter. That lends credence to her statement. On the other hand, her agent is Hussie models, who don't have the best reputation.
Still, I wonder if this day-before conversation happened via text/email/direct messages. If so, it would be easy for either party to show it and say "hey this is the truth".
Also, according to Adria's interview, Markus and Ana did an entire position's worth of vaginal shooting before they finished up and went to anal. That doesn't sound like it was just one or two thrusts. It sounds like it was a few minutes.
This means that on two separate occasions, Ana agreed with the male talent that he wouldn't put his dick in a particular hole (this time the pussy, the time with excogi it was the ass) and when the male talent put his dick in the wrong hole, she gave no indication that she was displeased, for several minutes. The first time was her first b/g shoot. Most people understood that maybe she was in shock and not sure what to do, as she explained. But this is not her first shoot this time. Why would she do the same thing?
I want to be clear: I'm not blaming Ana for Markus putting his dick where he wasn't supposed to (if that's the truth). That's on Markus. But this borders on a bit of a "fool me once" sort of scenario, no?
At the very least, we have learned that if someone is doing something to Ana during a scene that she doesn't like, she won't give any indication that she doesn't like it. And that's problematic if she's going to continue to work in porn. There are people that don't belong in porn, and maybe Ana fits into that category because of her unwillingness to say "no" even when her health is in danger.
But... all of the above is predicated on the assumption that Adria's version of events is the truth. Do we have reason to trust Adria over Ana? I don't know.
^That's reasonable. I would say Adria is more reliable because she is mentioning a lot of details and sounds logical(and considering her own troubles in the past she would not stick up for someone in porn who doesn't deserve it) while Ana has been in similar trouble before and only wrote a couple of short tweets making claims.
^^ Reasonable as usual. I am uncomfortable with people throwing the word "rape" around in this thread in connection to the Ana story. Has she used that term to describe what happened? Not as far as I know, but maybe I missed it.
If this is a reference to me, I don't know what it is based on. I have barely commented on this topic and when I have, I did not express anything about Dupree's guilt or innocence. I even went back through the thread to check.
Sorry killbill for replying to this, but I don't like being described as part of a "lynch" mob.
It's interesting that Louie Smalls got let go from his contract and put on girl's no-lists for actions that are at most childish and unprofessional while nothing similar has happened to this guy yet, as far as I know. It makes you think!
^ Didn't know about Louie what happened ? is there any thread about this?
Dupree is also a director and a producer he creates job for a number of people the crew on set for example and many actresses , might be backed up by some agent too, those getting their girls and dudes hired often by him. Luie is just an expendable worker , same as many starlets. If some brass want to show they care ,they're likely to punish minimal offence and fake ignorance of the bigger ones
MOD: In the thread is not where to handle complaints about moderation.

The water was already muddy to begin with. Earlier in this thread, I asked the question, "If it's true that Markus penetrated her vagina against her wishes, then what was she doing the whole time that he was fucking her? Did she tell him to stop? Did she cut the scene? Was she cool with it when it happened and finished the scene?"
According to the interview, we have our answer. It always seemed odd to me that Ana would be so ardent about stressing what supposedly happened before the scene, but make absolutely no comment about what happened during the scene other than to say that Markus fucked her pussy. When I read that, the first question that came into my mind was, "What did you when he did that?" If she did not stop or object to it, and instead agreed for it to happen, then she has to bear accountability for her decisions.
As for who is more trustworthy, let's just say that there is a lot of information that Ana omitted from her version of the events, which normally does raise questions about credibility. Not only did she make no mention of what happened during the scene when the vaginal penetration occurred, but she also neglected to mention that another performer was present at the scene. Considering that the other performer is now contradicting Ana's version of events, it does cause one to question her reasons for omitting that information. She also posted pictures of her infected vagina as a means of assigning guilt to Markus which, unfortunately, many people accepted as proof enough of his guilt. The problem there was that the pictures do not prove that Markus penetrated her without her consent, which was her accusation. My question is this: Had her vagina never become infected, would she have had a problem with the fact that vaginal sex occurred during the scene? Going by the information that we have so far, my hypothesis is that vaginal sex did occur during the scene without any resistance or lack of consent from the female performer. Afterward, when she realized that she had a physical infection which she described as painful and would require medical attention, she then needed to someone to blame for it. That's my guess.
Ah. After reams of vociferous argumentation and studied umbrage through numerous posts, here's where you've ended up.

Agreed, Not a big fan of Marcus or even his past and recent antics, but this "mee-too" movement has allowed the word "rape" to be thrown around freely. Ana's situation seems more like "sexual assault" or "sexual misconduct"... doubt he could ever be convicted of "rape".
"A movement" can't throw anything around, freely or otherwise. Do you mean to say that a bunch of angry women are failing to make the same kinds of important legal distinctions that you do?
Such as between "rape" and . . . um . . . "sexual assault"?
If "doubt he could ever be convicted" means that no one will put a male porn performer in jail for fucking a female porn performer in a place where she asked not to be fucked, then I'm sure that's correct as practical matter. But that's a function of law enforcement not giving a shit, problems of evidence, etc. -- none of which has anything to do with what constitutes rape as a definitional matter. In any case, "doubt he could ever be convicted" isn't a very high bar, is it?
^^Probably because nothing unusual happened on set(unless it's common for performers to insist on performing while having risky health problems). I don't think anybody at this point still believes(they may want to) that she told him that she did not want ANY vaginal sex to occur.
^&^^&^^^ You realise that the scene you are referring to is not the one in question. Ana shot a previous scene with Dupree for Tushy but that one was released in May and the one in question was shot in June.
Well Pat, that would make some sense, I will check out the June scene in the future.
I don't know Markus Dupree so I am not taking a stance of defending or attacking for that matter what he may or may not have done.
Just as a fan of adult vids I have seen a variety of scenes with him and have yet to see one that I thought was over the top.
In this social media age we live in any claim of bad behavior is immediately believed rather true or not

Oh yeah, especially on this thread. Then when refuting facts were presented, it was crickets and then backpedaling to try to justify the original claims.
^ Ana is backed up by her Agent who was there when they were dealing about the scene , Adria was there when she talked about the deal but not when the deal has been discussed , this according to the reconstruction posted here. So yes Adria does not back up Ana but she can only testify about what she witnessed herself ,but not what happened prior to that
^Adria said she wasn't told about the no-vag issue. She obviously would have been told beforehand as she was part of the scene but she said she wasn't told, that's where Ana's claims don't add up. Not to mention that when it was happening in the scene she never told him to stop or anything like that. So someone is lying here and logic says it's not Adria. I think at this point you have to be gullible to think she supposedly told everyone over and over that it would be no vag at all and Markus just blatantly ignored her and not only fucked her vaginally but did it for a prolonged period of time on camera and nobody gave any objection including her and her supposed agent. That's a fantasy world. That's why nearly everybody with their blow torch has abandoned this thread. The story makes no sense.

^I'll say that the claims made about the scene are much more suspect with what Aidra had to say. However while I was very quick to jump on the anti-Marcus bandwagon, others here were just as quick to blame Ana for doing the scene. There is straight up misogyny on display in this thread.
^I don't care about Markus all that much, I actually skip his scenes because I don't like his style(it's that euro style where the male is way too involved in the scene i.e. manuel, rocco etc.). But it's his scene partner's responsibility to signal to him to stop doing something they don't want to do, and clearly Ana didn't. And like killbill said she now has a history where she's either unable to communicate during a scene or what I think is she's not telling the truth. Both or either one make her unfit to work in this business.
She didn't need to know unless it was a strap-on scene , Adria didn't have to penetrate her. I'm sure the catering wasn't informed either

Better than pointless rancor.
If she has a pattern of making questionable accusations against her fellow performers, which now appears to be the case, then I can't imagine that there would be too many directors willing to take a risk on working with her.
Also, if it's OK for people to demand that Markus be blacklisted based on a Twitter accusation, then it's ridiculous to say that Ana shouldn't be blacklisted when her accusations are found not be credible.
^ Producers, agents and directors can talk with the crews involved along with the other performers and they know them personally, I don't think they rely on social media , point often is do they bother to actually do something?
given the sheer numbers of alleged abuse and the none reaction to those aside maybe blacklist the performers who dare say anything , I'd say they don't give a fuck. And I'm not even talking of social media , some performers have been judged for real life abuse and are on probation , still working though.
There are some exceptions that I remember director Alexander De Voe has been kicked out of Evil Angel after some allegation of sexual harassing and assaults on his sets involving him and his crew were found true.
Male performer Clover is nowhere to be found after repeated accusation of aggressive behaviour , plus he used to beat his girlfriend and this had him. I don't remember if he's serving time or just kicked out and banned , either way he is one of those who's out of business
First of all Ana claimed that she told everyone on set about it, we know that's not true now as Adria said she was never told. If Adria wasn't told she could have unknowlingly penetrated Ana with her fingers or rubbed her the wrong way, it was an FFM scene where they would have sex obviously. You're trying to play dumb about it now but it's obvious that she would have 100% had to tell Adria about her condition beforehand and she didn't, and nobody including her reacted on set even though 'everybody was told'. It's obvious to everyone now. The story is false and she is gonna have to learn to take responsibility if she wants to continue working in the business.
^ Still,we're putting ON HER what was on the Director, he surely was at the meeting with her and her Agent , he's the one telling everybody on set what to do and what not , he was the one who SHOULD HAVE WARNED those interested about what they must avoid.
Not her
Furthermore " I told everybody"is also a figure of speech , maybe one was in the bathroom and didn't hear , still those in the room did

I don't know if it is obvious, but I do strongly agree with the responsibility aspect.
^We'll never know the true story because the industry will make sure that we never do. It took how many years before the various stories involving Harvey Weinstein came to light and we are talking about the mainstream entertainment industry where many of his victims are millionaires with powerful agents.
I don't know where Ana's responsibilities begin and where everybody involve takes over but regardless of who is ultimately to blame. This is another black mark on an industry that has been accumulating a lot more of them in the last few years than in it did in the previous decades. It's also important to note that Ana Tweeted that she is tired of living two days ago.
"ExploitedCollegeGirls, Ana Rose Settle Dispute After Accusations Are Made" https://www.xbiz.com/news/234724/exploitedcollegegirls-ana-rose-settle-dispute-after-accusations-are-made
Definitely starting to look like there may be a pattern of miscommunication with this performer.
^ Well she's gotten fucked up the ass owithout getting paid for thaton her very first scene from a crew taking advantage of her lack of experience and naivety. She couldn't talk to her agent and had no guidance
I don't think it's a matter of being fit,it's rather a matter of some exploitative assholes in the Industry
Besides when someone begins to talk about taking her own life , we should take this very seriously , it's happening awfully too often lately
^Sadly there is very little that can be done to help her and anybody else in her position because (Anti)Social Media is designed to make the lives of the people who are on it miserable because there is never a lack of assholes willing to say the most disturbing, disgusting thing and even if you block one than another springs up to take his place.

Or, one could not look at social media all the time to worry about what others are saying about them.
you could easily have avoided this comment , your thinking was very apparent already, and doesn't even come to doubt when suicide is hinted, kinda callous I'd say
Areyou saying someone in showbiz shouldn't do PR and try to promote herself and gain fans?
Amazing, really.

Earlier in this thread, Markus was criticized for not addressing the accusations on social media, or ever saying anything at all on there for that matter other than posting his scenes. Maybe he has the right idea.
