Lilly Bell & Eve Sweet have great chemistry and it is a good scene, but there's nothing particularly 'Slayed' about it. It is SINO ('Slayed In Name Only'). The original concept of Slayed as articulated by Laurent Sky was that Slayed was a full-on cinema line and not a video product. Explaining Slayed as a cinema product in 2021 Laurent Sky stated: "when you step on set, you feel you're on a real motion picture movie-or like you're stepping onto a music video set or a high-end TV series." The recent KGB scene with Vanna Bardot and Olivia Jay aimed toward the original concept and stylization. In contrast the Lilly & Eve scene displays no 'studio element' or even much 'production' at all: two girls by a pool completely undress, go indoors and get on bed. Having exclusively watched girl-girl for 30 years, I have seen that shtick ad nauseam.
Despite the the inconsistency in Slayed's output, it is is still preferable to me than other girl-girl companies that produce monotonous and dull output wasting stella talent or cartoony nonsense.

I would actually subscribe to Slayed long-term if I could count on the performers to look and act similar to how Lilly Bell and Eve Sweet did. It had some genuineness to it. It's difficult to find GG shoots where
1. the performers seem open to engaging with each other and have moments where it seems like they are genuinely communicating
and
2. they are allowed to just have sex, keep the corny exaggeration low, and successfully display some believability at times during the shoot without the cartoon BS
^I agree with you. Probably more likely to happen with KGB, who likes to let the action flow and capture it as it does so. Laurent Sky, for all his brilliance, likes to micromanage the sex and see more of a 'performance' in the fullest sense of the word (judging by the BTS on Slayed). Consequently, KGB's approach relies heavily on there being an inherent connection between the models, whereas Laurent Sky's approach is more likely to cover up any lack of connection. Swings and Roundabouts?

The shoot with Freya and Nicole Vaunt was pretty decent. And that surprised me a little because the GG shoot i bought from Nicole's Manyvids was a bit lame (and mis-tagged). But i liked her in the Bellsa shoot with Freya, overall. I'd say something similar about that shoot and BellesaPlus that I said about Lilly Bell/Eve Sweet and Slayed. I just watched the scene and I don't see anything weird on it. It's well shot and both Valentina Nappi and Nicole Vaunt are good. My only guess is that at the beginning of the scene you can hear a song. Maybe is a copyright infringment and they have been forced to retire the scene so they could edit the song and put other in its place? I guess we will see in a couple of weeks.

Nothing jumps out. I thought the scene was mediocre. Unusually for Slayed, the models are styled differently: Nicole Vaunt in stockings and boots; Valentina Nappi without stockings and in heels. I profoundly disliked Vaunt wearing gloves for the first 16 minutes of the 34 minutes. The walk-in wardrobe setting was gorgeous, but 11 minutes in they move to a white bed in a beige bedroom with a conspicuous wall socket.Slayed is just a muddled mess these days. Slayed is the neglected relative of the VMG family.
Interesting point - Is the brand's deterioration some management-inspired self fulfilling prophecy? Possibily; perhaps probably. Slayed definitely seems under-resourced compared to other VMG sites.

I mean, we know what it is. The site wasn't selling to back up the level of production costs. That's why they reduced to two releases per month.
I hypothesize that BG fans are only going to watch so much of an initial GG launch before the novelty wears off and they go back to what they are mainly into.

^The majority of the sites are wasting the talent that is there. Many of these women have cool/engaging personalities that we don't get to see in GG content and it would be much more entertaining to see how the actual personalities of the women acting as themselves come together than the retarded theatre all the sites are so invested in. What reminds me of this is that Eve Sweet and Lilly Bell seemed to accomplish showing their personalities, actually communicating, and getting along during their performance.
