first of all i want to make it clear that in general i have nothing against rough sex (choking , slapping , maxhardcore , meatholes , jm , etc) as long as both sides are willing to do it .

as to steven french , i never liked seeing him perform , i just hated the way he treats the girls but that's just me. but after i read this post of alex devine in the extremegirlforum it really pissed me off and i thought others should know about it.

here's what she wrote -

Ok, I am finally going to reply to this....
DONKEY PUNCH was the most brutal, depressing, scarey scene that I have ever done. I have tried to block it out from my memory due to the severe abuse I recieved during the filming. I had been made to believe that the scene was going to be more sex, penetration, and rough as opposed to being 'beat up' with a few penetrations. The guy, Steve French has a natural hatred towards women in the sense that he has always been known to be more brutal than EVER needed. I agreed to do the scene thinking it was less beating, except the 'punch' in the head. If you noticed, steve had worn his solid gold ring the entire time, and continued to punch me with it. I actually stopped the scene while it was being filmed because I was in too much pain. I begged for him to remove the ring but he refused. That almost made me walk off the set and say 'fuck it'. I sucked it up and wanted to finish so i would be paid. Witht he ring on his hand still, we continued the scene.
**Now i am not sure how much you all know about me, but I have had some major surgeries on my head. One was on the lower back right of my skull.... The doctor never replaced the bone there because it grows back on its own. It had been several years since that surgery, and i now have grown a strong cartilage in place of my missing bone.

I had specifically explained that Steve could not hit that spot, and that anywhere else on my head was fine. I explained this to him as well, showing him on my head the places. He acknowledged the request of mine.
As the pop happened he punched me several times in the head. Exactly where he was told not to. He did it with the ring on too.
*you can hear me scream in pain 'wrong side! ow, ow, wrong side!' in the movie and trailer.
I had to re-do the pop shot/donkey punch for 'better footage' while in pain, and he wore the damn ring again.

At the end of my scene they had me sit on the couch with the directors and explain that I was ok and was willing to do the scene. I was in tears

I sincerely hope that no one enjoys that scene. I want to cry when I think about it.

How about throwing the director in there with him for allowing the brutality to continue. And the producer too, for thinking of such a concept. This is not rough sex delivered in the heat of passion. Just a calculated assault. Some people have no shame.

Personally I don't want to see this kind of porn, so I don't watch it. Should I sit here and bash it... That's debatable. But the way I see it, there was one key phrase in here - "I sucked it up and wanted to finish so i would be paid."

Crazy me, if I would have had surgery on my head , I wouldn't have agreed to be in a movie where there was going to be punches thrown at it .

I'm not defending anyone here, I'm just saying this from how I see it. I even asked my wife about it (she read the post) and she agreed with my assessment. Ah well, what can you do?

Regardless, I wish both Steve and Alex Devine the best, I have nothing against either of them. Neither has done anything to me personally and this is "hear-say". This kind of reminds me of that "Erik Everhard raped Corina Davis/Taylor" thread....

In any contract eveything must be agreed in free will , if I say yes to something and then I'm forced to do the same thing but over my intentions it's not a free will. I mean Imay agree to be hit but not to have an arm broken for example, it's obvious to me .

EDIT I second loop in this everything must be written in that kind of movies before doing anything , any mistreatment must be punished hardly.

I agree the movie should have been explained more so everyone know what they are getting into, but again she could have walked way. But she didn't, she chose the almighty dollar over her pain and suffering; at least at the time. Now it sounds like she regrets it. I don't blame her, but it's a decision she made and must live with at this point.

If someone needs money is not a reason to mistreat her.

What if i found people starving for example: you want bread? then have a leg broken . You're not going away then you agree let me take this baseball bat now.

i don't think it's about the "almighty dollar" as much as if she got naked, got fucked, and halfway thru realized that it was not what was expected...

do you walk away with nothing after what you have been through already ?

or try to deal with it to at least get paid?

it's a tough place to be...

No, that's not just you.

I remember seeing this guy with Jersey Jaxin in Cum Drippers #8 , and it was very obvious that Jersey didn't like him one bit. Jersey is one of my favorites, and this French guy ruined the scene.

personally i would rather walk away with nothing and not let the director and other talent working on there make money off of a scene i had found disturbing...surely just knowing other people are watching this and getting off on it, would be enough to just walk away if you hated it so much?

On the other hand i havent been in that situation so who really knows what i would do. It doesn't sit quite right with me though, that even though she agreed to go through with it, she was not enjoying it, and yet the ring never came off...compromise? just doesn't seem nice, but then you can't jail people for not being nice apparently.

oh well...i am off to find something less serious to read now !

As a watcher of porn/porn industry for many years, I can attest that there have always been people--male & females--in the porn industry (directors, producers, performers) who like to see/participate in abusing women on a porn set. They have existed since the days before porn went video, and became REALLY cheap to make--and opened the doors to more productions, and more abusers. The fact that fans continue to buy "rough sex" videos (in part) allows these haters to continue to practice their trade. Bottom line: if Steven French is an abuser, he's not alone.

Also, as the Alex Devine post suggests, many female performers are afraid of walking off sets...they'll get labeled as "flakes," druggies, divas, etc. The rare exception is Janine who walked off the set of her (Vivid) shoot with Rocco, when he disrepected her--too rough sex and deliberately torn condom. Of course, soon afterwards, she and Vivid could not "reach agreement" on a new contract.

Also, I recall an instance about eight years ago when a performer (Rachel something) threatened to sue Anabolic because of the physical punching/beating she took on their set. The threat of a lawsuit "went away"--and so did the girl. She never worked in porn again.

Both incidents suggest the high price a female performer will pay for standing up for her rights NOT to be abused or get beat up on a porn set!

It has always been a complete mystery to me why these things get done to these beautiful girls in the business. I mean, many of them look like a goddess, an angel ! They should be adored by the guys , considering their beauty and the fact, that many of us guys will never get the chance to get intimate with them !
Some hairpulling or something is O.K. if the girl likes it too . But many things simply go too far !! There should always be someone with the stature of a L.A. or New York City police officer for the girls safety on the set, to protect them from these guys. If the girls get treated bad, so they could get the guy straight off from the set.
But the producers also should stop guys from doing that shit. Even if the scene has to be stoped.
The next thing is: Do producers really think that it makes the scene or the girl's acting better, if the girls have to do things they are forced to do ? The whole thing will affect bad on the scene. I don't get it !

From original post - "I agreed to do the scene thinking it was less beating, except the 'punch' in the head."

That tells me she knew there was going to be physical sex. Is physical (rough) sex mistreatment? Depends on the girl and her limits I guess.

As for her walking out on the set... I agree with piercedpixie1. And I agree it's a tough call, but you ultimately make a decision - either I leave with my limits not passed OR stay and hope things don't go too much further so I can get my money.

Two of the most corruptive things is money and power. Porn is about both, some just handle all aspects better than other.

And for what it's worth, I agree with lukemason here, I would NEVER hit a woman in anger or what ever. Now if she liked to be slapped and choked in bed, well I don't see that as hitting.... Maybe I'm crazy, but I know I was brought up not to hit women and I don't - well not in that context

Got to say this.
I don't give a fuck about a contract, if some wee tit of a guy is going to punch a babe i bet it doesn't say that in the contract so she or anyone else can walk and they can do nowt not least because of the repercussons of it being made more widely public so more people actually know what is happening.

Loads of other babes would back the babe and no doubt many guys would too within the industry.

Take a stand and kick this shite to fuck forever.
These guys set the standards for why porn has become more 'accepted' by many previously closed shop people.
What nobody needs is a bad advert like this.

Rape, whether real or fantasy, is unacceptable in terms of viewing content in most countries and there is very little difference between this shite and that.

Take some responsiblity and get this kind of 'material' to fuck.

The Bastille was demolished very shortly after the revolution. they started the process 2 days after it (july 16th, 1789).
only a small pile of stones is all that remains of the Bastille.
These remains have been moved from their original location to a park about 500 metres southwest of the original location of the fort.

Well DAC, comparing snuff and overly rough sex is a great comparison... Jesus Christ...

My point was I'm no judge to deem things right and wrong. Are there some things right and wrong for me? Yes, but what's right for me isn't necessarily right for you and visa versa.

You need to lay off the condescending tone. Something you rarely do.

Pull yourself away from the "feelings" you have about violence (or for Alex), and the fact still remains she did it for the money. Hell she even admitted to having thoughts of walking out, but she didn't... Regardless, she's obviously not happy about the physical violence she went through, I wouldn't be either, but she got paid to do the scene. Now it's over.

If I had "some major surgeries on my head", I can't think of an amount of money that would be worth allowing someone to punch me in the affected area.

And Steven French needs some limbs broken.

allright here are my 2 cents.

i know Steven, have worked several times with him, and never had a problem. very sweet guy.

i dont know Alex on the other hand...although i ve heard crazy stories about her being locked in a bathroom for half hour on set, doing drugs and being out of her mind.
i m not saying it s true- just what i heard, and we know how gossip goes sometimes.

i ve been, on a director's side,in a situation where the girl i was shooting went through a really strong scene, never complained during it, smiled and asked for more, and after the shoot it was a whole different story.

basically blamed me for not respecting her limits (hello, you know you can say stop when you dont like something?)

blamed me for letting her drink on set (when she showed up on my set at 9 am with an almost empty bottle of wine)

etc... so i m kind of weirded out by that story.

it d be interesting to ask the director what exactly happened.

sometimes girls tend to make up or exagerate stories. seen it more than a couple of times. fortunately, there s always the unedited original tape , and/or witnesses.

I'm not trying to give anyone a free pass here on the violence thing because I'm not, but Christ, Alex is a big girl. I think she can take care of herself. If she can't then she shouldn't be in the adult business . I still think if she was so upset about all this she should have left the set, as difficult as that may have been.

And speaking of violence, to give you a small perspective, I have a 3 year old son. The boy has never had a hand laid on him, I don't believe in whipping. I think it's the pot calling the kettle black if I do that to teach him not to hit or to not do things I don't want him to...

Look, all I know is I deem what is right and wrong for me , not for you or anyone else, and I don't wish others to do it for me .

Just look at it this way, if the government takes away our porn and says it's obscene, do you think that's right of them to decide what is too obscene for you and me to watch? I don't.

P.S. Please, everyone remember, I'm not for or against anyone involved here. I'm just calling this like I see it.

In a stroke of serendipity, I just cracked open a large peanut shell only to discover a small peanut inside. Just goes to show that you don't know what you're getting until you get there.

Seeing as how most of the power seems to reside with the producers/directors of porn and very little with the performers, I have to question how free one actually is to walk away in the middle of a shoot. Sure, if you don't give a fig where you're next meal is coming from anybody can quit their job. Reality tends to dictate a more compromising approach, though. I'm sure gritting one's teeth and bearing it is something most of us have done on the job at least once.

Having said that, I do take Melissa's point, as well as Quaze's, et al, that flakiness abounds in the jizz biz. What this suggests to me is that the more outré acts should be reserved for performers who are more of a known quantity.

PS - Of course, getting rid of the more unwholesome agents wouldn't be a bad thing either.

PPS - Personally, I think a donkey punch deserves a kick in the nuts. When those whacky producers step in front of the camera to let the gals retaliate in kind then I might be tempted to watch one of their "amusing" efforts.

After she decided to finish the scene, she should have finished it, then left and found a big motherfucker to go over there and wait for this guy to leave--and beat the fuck out of him. That's what people like this need.

Having said that, I think it would be great if all the good looking talent would just stop working for these assholes. Then they would be forced to choose between filming obscure, ugly talent, or cleaning it up a bit. As long as these girls keep accepting the scenes (and the agents sending them), these guys will continue. At a minimum, they could ask for half up front (non-refundable) for showing up and starting the scene, and the other half at completion. If you think about it, there's an incentive for these sadistic pukes to turn it up towards the end and hope they'll walk out (I assume they own the footage and the release is signed).

I recently rented a Meatholes movie before I knew what it was about--I just rented it because it had Dascha in it. Then I find out this is an abusive series by some pencil dick, lisping asshole who hides behind a muffled voice. In addition to Dascha (who really didn't take much of his shit) it also had a couple of other girls I like--Deja Daire, Katie Rae, and Tiffany Minx. It was kind of like watching a train wreck. I wanted to watch it to see how bad he was, but I wasn't turned on at all--I just continued getting more and more pissed at the guy. A lot of his abuse was more mental than physical--he succeeded in making every girl cry but Dashca--he didn't get near her and I'm guessing she brought her own male talent (Dillon Day). In a way, I sort of lose desire for a girl who chooses to stoop to this stuff. I also recently viewed Courtney Simpson's Max Hardcore scene from a free link. I knew I didn't like Max's stuff, but as much as liked her, I had to see her only anal. With the exception of the 1st few minutes, the whole scene is disgusting. How could a star like her be so desperate that she would do a scene like that? There's a full 5 minutes of him pissing in her mouth, snot and puke running down her face, up her nose, in her hair. I hate to be judgmental, but I think people who get off to this are sick. It really lowered her appeal to me--I hope she made a lot of money off that scene.

So girls, next time you think you are that desperate that you need to do one of these scenes for these guys, go show up at a tittie bar and dance a few hours--you can probably make just as much money and increase your fan base more.

I can't wait for the follow-up, Ball Kick!

I do enjoy some rough sex, but Donkey Punch is even too much for me. Just watching the trailer repulsed me.

On the other side of the coin, who in their right mind would sign on to do a movie called Donkey Punch?

Pushing the envelope may have finally reached it's end. Maybe we can go back to just making quality porn. Rough stuff included!

Did my condescension damage your obviously delicate feelings regarding your own ego as much as a donkey punch to your thick head might?... I don't know Alex Devine. Just like Melissa, who also WASN'T THERE & only has gossip blaming the victim to offer. I only care about her in the abstract as a fellow human being.

Reread her description of the scene. Continually punching her in the soft spot on her head with a metal ring while she's begging him to stop? & the "directors" become criminal accesories by not stopping this scene but standing there videotaping it like Chuck Haidl's idea of some really cool dudes? That situation could have quite easily become literal snuff porn, just like when Khan used to choke out the girls before he got scared off.

In this situation, "what's right for me isn't necessarily right for you" is not on any level a logical or even sane response. If I think it's okay to rape & dismember three-year-old children, or cheat people out of their life savings a la Charles Keating, & you don't, do our "opinions" carry equal moral value? Do we "agree to disagree," & do you let me continue my destructive actions?

BASED ON HER OWN DESCRIPTION -- not to mention the proof of the trailer & the words of those who seen this clever little gem of a video -- this is NOT "overly rough sex." It's hatred, plain & simple. & the so-called "directors" sat there, no doubt giggling, & let it happen. & now are trying to profit from it. What a cesspool porn has become in some quarters of the valley!

"She got paid to do the scene, now it's over"?

Where the hell do people like you come from, exactly?

alex is known for doing all the rough stuff in porn - gs , meatholes , puking , spitting , chocking , slapping , whatever (maybe u should take her to the hellfire , i'm sure she won't have problems dealing with your abuse). so when she's saying something like that i tend to believe her and not the guy. she didn't complain about the rough treatment she got , only for the specific thing she asked him not to do.

as for her drug habits (whether it's true or not) it's not irrelevent at all (most pornstars do drugs)and throwing this to the discussion was very ugly of u to say(i remember when someone in the other forum tried to say similar things about u - u and your fans -including me-didn't like it at all)

Your condescension damages your reputation as well as your movies
Well she knew she was going to get punched, she says that in her post.... Now the ring is a different story. If in fact he was asked to take it off and he didn't, that is a problem.
You are talking about illegal activities, this movie isn't illegal. If it is illegal then please take this DVD to the police and have these guys arrested! It's documented proof of the "beating".
I have never talked to anyone who has seen this movie, only those who have seen the trailer (which I have and it disgusted me). And I'm willing to bet those directors are profiting from it, but if she would have walked out.... Well she could have put a nice dent in those profits because they would have had to re-do a lot of shit - costing them even more money.
DAC, what ever you do, never take the high road.... But to answer your question, I come from under a rock, I'm a lowly scumbag - Is that what you want to hear? Regardless, my point still stands and notice I didn't say "get over it" - that is something she will have to do on her own terms and it isn't going to be easy. Getting over any trauma isn't.

I've only seen the trailer, but I did read the whole thread from Alex herself. I think she sums it up pretty well a few posts after the one that was copied into this forum:

"Thank you all. I am the only one that I can really be mad at. The scene itself was ultimately a decision that I made."

If a guy hits me with his car while I'm crossing the road at a crosswalk, I can be pissed off at him. If he hits me with his car when I jump out from behind a bush and directly into the path of speeding car, all the while yelling "NOT IN THE FACE," Ummmmmm.....kinda hard to be pissed at HIM.

Your argument has no point, & I couldn't give less of a shit what you think of my movies, or if you buy them. I realize it's all academic to you & trolling like this is jolly good fun. Hope your three-year-old doesn't grow up & perhaps make bad life decisions that lead to him getting beaten about the head when he was just trying to pay his rent with an intense fuck scene -- will you be in HIS corner when that day comes? Or just engage in a smartass back & forth on the internet about it instead?

As for "where you come from," it was a rhetorical question, of course -- if you had anything resembling wit in your arsenal you might have said, for instance, "From Peoria!" or somesuch, but if indeed you'd like to hold forth on whatever trauma or neglect in your youth inspired this sociopathic strain of thought, please do entertain us ... i.e., did you torture small animals as a child? I'm sure it'll be as funny as a concussion!

By the way, did you notice that except for Melissa's gossip over Alex's purported ways -- & never listen to one porn girl when she talks about another's drug habits, especially when she's never even met the other -- that there isn't a single person in this thread that comes anywhere near your point of view? Which of course raises the obvious possibility that you're not a sociopath, but merely seeking attention by adopting an outrageous contrarian viewpoint ... Okay, I used to do that in the Seventh Grade, too! Cool, man!

As for anyone who pisses & moans over the government taking away their right to wank -- supporting this kind of indefensible shit is the finest leverage you could hand the Attorney General. Nobody in porn in their right mind would go "hand this in" to the authorities. Me, I'm speaking out within the community to say "This is too far." I leave the gross restoration of balance to Karma. It works.

Not really an accurate analogy. This would be more like if you stepped into the ring with a pro boxer to do some sparring and he kicked you in the nuts. You would have every reason to be pissed, even if you went in expecting you would be getting a bit of a beating.

Depends....none of us has seen the contract. Did she agree to let him beat her in the head? If my pro-boxing engagement says "I can be beaten anywhere, made to cry, etc" but then I have issues about it later.....well I think the fault is at least going to be 50/50 if not more so on ME for being an idiot and signing such an agreement in the first place.

My issue isn't about who was right and who was wrong. It's about taking responsibility for our OWN actions, or lack thereof. Alex posted herself that she's to blame. I'm sure the guy doing the punching is to blame as well. But at the very worst, it's a 50/50 deal. Seems our societal values are too weak these days to even consider the concept of "shared blame." Someone has to be the bad guy...just not us right? All WE want to be is the "victim" in a losing scenario. Because victims are sooooo much more in vogue these days. Makes us "special" and all.

Actually, I believe 7th grade was all about going with "flock mentality" and blending in, sacrificing your own sense of self-recognition just so you can get along. Those that didn't agree with the status quo were outcasts and considered different enough to ridicule. Kind of like you judging from how you defend your posts while ridiculing anothers.

I actually like the rough porn but it should be reserved for the women who actually dig it (and they do exist).

Personally, however, this guy should not be working in porn because it doesn't sound like he knows the difference between fantasy and reality. Nobody should have to explain to a grown man that if she specifically asked him not to do a certain thing, it's a line that should not have been crossed. If nothing else, the director should have stepped in and stopped it.

This was not her fault and it's a cop out to blame her. This is the type of thing that can do serious damage to all porn because there are people who would like nothing better than to use this as an example of everything that's wrong with porn. In reality, there aren't many men who would actually enjoy this scene if they knew she was actually being abused against her wishes. She could have been seriously injured by this moron. It is just too easy to say she knew what she was getting herself into. If you read it, she specifically asked the guy to take it easy before the scene even started and he agreed (according to her). It all lays at his feet.

I don't troll. I have been here a long time and if you have seen my past posts you would know this. I'm merely giving my point of view and I'm being attacked by someone who has a radical diffrent point of view. Someone who thinks because they are "witty" it makes their point of view right and mine wrong. As for my son (or daughter), if they had gotten into this identical situation, I would hold them accountable for such action. Would I be happy about it? No, but I would remind myself this was their decision. However I would have given them a good scolding for doing something so damn dumb when they could of just asked me for help if money was an issue....
I'm not witty, never claimed to be. Glad to see you understand that now. And I certainly don't see how me saying Alex should have walked out of the scene or not done the scene at all, makes me antisocial. I expect Alex (and all other adults) to be grown up about this, and from her post saying she has no one to blame for this but herself is evidence that she is.
I don't care to "follow the heard", I never have. I form my own thoughts and opinions based upon what I know and think. And I know for a fact there are some here who agree with me but just didn't say it... I know my wife and 3 or 4 buddies (male and female) agree with me. I also recall a few people who think she shouldn't have done the shoot (3SB) or she should have walked off the set (pixie) - I don't see how their views are too far from mine.

Regardless, my point STILL STAND she did this for money and she got that money. The damage is done, now lets get on with the recovery.

I'm not pissing and moaning, I'm making a point about someone or somebody making decisions for me...

I agree with you this shit shouldn't be made, and I don't like it, nor would I watch it, but I revert back to past posts in this thread - I'm not the judge of what should and shouldn't be made. Legally speaking, as long as it's within the bounds set.... It works; but not for everyone of course.

I disagree on this is all his fault. I think it's at least a 50/50 blame game and I would go so far to say that the director and anyone else on the set was to blame too. If in fact Alex said "don't hit me here" and anyone heard it, that person should have stepped in, but they didn't, including Alex.

I do agree this could cause serious injury, but again, in her post she said she knew she was going to get punched!

All in all though, this is still all "hear-say".

Punching girls in the back of the head just isn't "porn" to me.

It makes me think:

A) Some people should not be performing in porn
B) Some people should not be shooting porn
C) Some people should not be watching porn

I love crazy rough insane Rocco movies and I love watching someone like Melissa do crazy scenes -- I can see the endorphins rocketing through her eyes -- but just because there are people who know how to produce this stuff in a way that is cool and consensual (and strokable), doesn't mean that there aren't idiots (talent as well as producers) who stupidly let themselves be taken advantage of/gleefully take advantage of ...

Drawing no specific conclusions about anyone discussed in this thread, just putting that out there as what I feel after reading all these posts.

If you took a few seconds, you could figure out which studio produced it and visit their website, rather than making an ass of yourself.

I'm sure this won't be a popular post, but I've never been concerned with popularity. Picman makes a good point, but it's also assumptive.

It's my opinion that anyone in porn takes risks. You risk infection, humilliation and abuse. In most cases the abuse could be mental, but in Alexs' case it could be physical.

If you frequent rough productions, I would assume sooner or later you could get hurt. It's almost like being a stuntman. The majority of women that do rouhg scenes on rough sites frequently are the ones who can't get steady work with the A & B studios. It's the same premise as M. Hardcore. How many women have made it big to then go & shoot with Max...?

By no means am I saying she asked for it, but I am saying it was a hazzard of the genre she frequnted. Also, if someone refused to comply with her request, she should have bounced, or had a better agent or agency that would have arbitrated on her behalf.

It's unfortunate what has happened, but my guess is lots of women complain, hell if you watch BTS you see even the biggest stars asking male talent to go easy or slow down.

All performers should take care of themselves, and in this case a performer allowed a bad situation to get worse.

I'm more faniliar with hollywood. In porn aren't the producers and Directors the same person more often than not? Eithr way, if she voiced concern to them and it was ignored, then I whole heartedly agree with P-Man.

Vic Morrow got his head chopped off by a helicopter blade ... I guess that's acceptable risk, too.

I'd like to think that having sex on camera for money is a little less hazardous than professional movie stunt work. But maybe I'm just old-fashioned that way. More and more, I'm starting to think porn is just "Iraq for girls," except girls get to go to Iraq now, too. And we all know what kind of shit happens there.
