^ in this case I just wanted to figure out, if I understood him clearly (with no intention to be despiteful or sth), English is not my first language. Beyond that, I found porn discussions more amusing than only watching and it sometimes leads me to a bit odd thoughts.

I hate the color grading and lighting styles from the past few years. They either look too washed out, too dull, or too dark in an attempt to make the scene look like a big budget movie. I miss the early HD days from 2006-2011 when the colors were more natural looking. I really enjoyed the "look" that Red Light District, Diabolic, Anabolic, Platinum X had from that era.
Here are some screenshots from 2007 to show you what I mean. Granted, it's not even 1080p, but I'll gladly take this look over a 4K scene with muted colors and an overly backlit backdrop. Take note of the furniture here too. Very colorful. Now they're all grey and white.
I wouldn't be able to tell you from which studio those scene are from but I am certain that they were all from mainstream studios because I clearly remember seeing that in many different videos over multiple years. Erik Everhard, Rocco and James Deen are three male performers who have done that in multiple videos.

I hate but I respect and understand the trend to use so much young and petite girls, with flat breast and small ass.
I much prefer older porn from 90s and 00s because the girls looked like women, dressed like women. I much prefer seeing a glamourous woman doing dirty things than your small 19yo with braces, pink socks, flashy yellow top in a super bright scene with spit and a foot on her face. No elegance. ^I couldn't agree more. Of course I don't hate these girls. But they are everywhere. Skinny, tiny, small boobs, small butts..Trends come and go. But this one has taken over the entire industry. And that is a pity.
^ & ^^ That's part of the reason why I spend a lot more time watching scenes from small/mid sized companies. Other than Bang Bros, no mainstream companies are shooting women like Alexis Andrews or Virgo Peridot. Also companies lack scenes with black or Asian women in general, or all their scenes are with white guys, or they only get the skinny women.
(Also the smaller companies are a lot more responsive to model suggestions.)
If WCP really does start producing scenes again then hopefully they'll be getting those kinds of performers.

The 'TinySize' trend. I will never understand the appeal of skinny, almost fragile, curveless female bodies. To each his own, but unfortunately almost every big studio jumps on this trend.
I have no issues with tiny porn stars (skinny, no ass, no boobs) more so if they are good performers and show enthusiasm (Vina Sky comes to mind). I would prefer if there was more variety though, have more scenes with curvy and extra curvy women and not just tiny porn stars everywhere. Also did Mick Blue clone himself? Decent performer but seems to be in over half the new releases the last few months.
Not so much something I hate, just a nitpick: "watermarks" on the video. Y'know, where they have the site name or the logo on the screen. If you've got to have it, okay you've got to have it, I can deal with it. But if every video on your site is going to have it, at least make the cameraman aware of where it is going to be, so that he or she can account for it in his viewfinder and not constantly put the action where it is going to be covered up by the watermark.

I have a theory about gangbangs and blowbangs where there is more cock that pussy on display, the fans of these scenes secretly are more obsessed with cock that most women are but then again that seems to happen with alot of fans given the comments about how the male talent wasn't rock hard etc.
The issue is HDR and exposure. A lot of video is being shot with cameras that are not being properly configured for SDR acquisition - SDR is what video cameras used in 2007 and earlier and it was pretty much automatic back then - and if you shoot HDR video, you have to re-grade it for both SDR and HDR. Lansky and his bros always bragged about using an Arri Alexa mini, when it was clear in their hazy videos that they had no idea how to handle the footage properly, which is why much of their stuff has had muted or washed out colors that make the vids look like your second example. A lot of RED ONE footage looked pretty awful because none of the post-production people knew how to grade it and didn't have access to proper monitors for it, so you can dig up a lot of DTV films from 2007-2012 that look pretty bad. When Joone (Digital Playground) got one of those cameras for Robby D. and used it for the features they were shooting, he apparently made sure the company had what they needed to handle the footage properly, because the footage from those productions looks pretty good.
^ Just imagine porn being shot in Panavision 70mm film! We know it'll never happen because it's so expensive, because it would be like looking through a beautiful window.
The closest you can get to that is the Panavision DXL2, which can do 60FPS at 8K, with a 65mm sensor. While you can shoot porn with that, like Lansky and Friends have with their Arri Alexa Mini, a digital cinema camera really isn't the ideal choice for shooting porn content, unless you are using something small with auto-focus, like RED's new KOMODO camera, which may become the new workhorse for the high-end sites.
