For people who my be interested, in the September 2011 issue of Playboy, there is a article where the writer tracks down Amber Lynn, Asia Carrera, Kay Parker, and Nina Nartley (even though she is not fully retired). Gives a little insight what they are up to since leaving the industry.

I knew Tricia Yen personally, she was a fairly popular starlet in the 90's. I know she retired, studied linguistics, and eventually moved to Tunisia I believe. Others turn to escorting, some take mainstream jobs, others marry and become moms and housewives. I guess like any profession in entertainment, it depends on the core of their personality. Ginger Lynn became a mainstream actress for a bit...I think she was even in some video game.

Truth be told Millions of men would love to save a Working Girl but regardless of where a Working Girl is from or how deep in the game she is or isn't (nevermind her sexuality) its damn near impossible and not even really worth looking in to.
