The build-up was long but worked with the plot and made it more relatable and real. The dialogue didn't interrupt but added to the pleasure, nobody was screaming like banshees and nothing looked unrealistic. Also, some people have a foot fetish and foot worship is part of (D) Dominance in BDSM. Just because this wasn't as "hardcore " and anal-crazy as something from Kink.com doesn't mean it wasn't BDSM.
