HungLo, i agree 1000% with all that you said. I don't get why any woman, especially a minority, would exclude their entire ethnicity. Especially when its porn. Sorry about your experience awall. Don't know which part of America you find these women, but it does appear a bit extreme to me. That said: 1) What is perceived from porn and what actually happens in real life are often very different things. 2) Once the woman sees that a guy has good resources and at least a normal personality, she tends go for him. HungLo, How about deleting old content while putting in material every week or month? That way, there is a constant amount of content on your site, and those customers that stay for the long run get more of your products. You can start to do this when your site has reached a decent amount of photos and videos. If new customers want your old content, you can offer to sell it to them on an individual basis. You can also poll your customers from time to time on their favorite clips and compile them into DVD products. Your site is looking good. Best wishes.

^HungLo, After building up a good amount of content, say around 50 video clips, you can then retire the old content as you replace it with new content. To give new customers a chance to access the old content, you can periodically bring back some old material in a separate archive section and rotate through those retired files over and over. That way, if a customer truly stays with your site long enough, he will have the chance to access all your products. If it takes a year for a customer to have the opportunity to see every shoot you have done, then that customer may just stay for a year. I am sure you will have many good ideas on how to manage your site. Just make it interesting while still giving your viewers an incentive to stay with your site. Deleting old content is definitely a bad idea. I know you want to keep people from joining a year later just to download all the content so why not just make all the vids available from your site only, i.e. streaming or some other method? Sure SOME people will be able to copy these streams but it would be so few and insignificant, maybe 1 out of 100 or so. This will give people an even better reason to sign up for long-term memberships, much better than having only a few videos per month on a rotating basis.
