Clayra: I know you've been busy, however I love to see your Tuesday pics. I know your agenda is gonna be full now that you are going in to your fashion program. I wish you nothing but the best in that, I just really hope you will keep all of your fans enjoying a steady stream of adult films which we have come to enjoy. Thanks Huskerhat! Believe me, I wish my phone would ring with an offer of just about anything, DP, Gangbang, or anal included. Sadly, it isn't happening, and it takes money to make money. If I want to work, I need to get tested. On average, outside of LA, that's $200. Then I need to fly to wherever I'm shooting, and that's out of my own pocket as well. In the end, a shoot needs to pay at least 600-700 to be worth the investment, and that's just to make back the test, travel costs, and whatever other expenses I incur. That doesn't make it impossible, but in this economy, it is far FAR easier to offer a younger local girl a last minute scene than it is to book me. It sucks, but if things start turning around, I'm ready and rearing to go! My BA program won't take too much out of me. I've already got one, so this time I'm just focusing on specific training. Things like pattern drafting and the history of fashion design. No math classes, or random philosophy courses to take, just get in and get it done. Ok Clayra, truth be told, you'd be doing yourself a big favor if you book a gym at least 3 days a week and tone up. Seriously, if you tightend up your legs, arms and tummy a bit plus cut down on meat and junk foods and instead eat more fruits and veg. I think you missed the premise of my reply, which is a direct response to Clayra's frustration at why her phone is not ringing with work offers. If someone has a concern, I would not tell that person what I 'think' they want to hear. I'll tell them what they need to know. Please remember that doing nothing -> changes nothing.
^I'm not sure where you got the idea that Clayra needs to lose weight and tone up. I think you've spent too much time watching underweight performers to really appreciate what a natural looking woman is suppose to look like. I don't think Clayra is any different than most performers at the moment. Their telephone isn't ringing as often as they'd like. The economy is still in serious trouble and food, electricity and other necessities usually win over porn. I don't think Clayra needs to change a darn thing. She looks spectacular the way she is. I actually think if she got all toned and everything that would make her less of a comodity. Clayra please don't get all caught up in all of the comments about your looks. It's good to listen to opinions however do whatever you feel comfortable with. I don't think the concept of her not getting that many bites is just due more to her geographic location rather than anything else. I am sure if she was in LA for say a couple of months continuously, she would be one of the hottest commodities. Personally I love your look. I love soft bodies with all natural curves and I don't think I would have paid as much attention if you were all hard in the belly and if your boob looked hard. I consider that somewhat of a turnoff. Thanks for the supportive words guys, I really appreciate it! Sorry I've been away. When times get tough in this biz, a lot of girls fall back on stripping. I fall back on freelance art projects, and I've been busy making Halloween costumes and airbrushing for a local bakery. Not as sexy I guess, unless you're into girls covered in thread waste or baked goods :P That said, maybe I could work out more, but would it really change much? Probably not. I'm about the same size/weight/measurements as Bree Olson, but she's a contract girl, so she's going to have work. The other day, I saw a Tweet from Katie St. Ives. Katie is hot, skinny, and younger than me. She CAN pass for under 18 if she wants. She lives in LA, she's represented by one of the best agents in the business (Spiegler) and she is an amazing performer. And according to her own tweets, she's having a hard time finding work right now too. My biggest problem is, and always will be, location. The economy has also made it harder to get work for everyone, and being far away doesn't help. On the other hand, I'm flying back out to NYC next month to shoot more with Kendra Fierce (Kendra Starr), Monster Filmz, and a bunch of others out there. Whatever is happening in LA, NYC seems to be doing well, and it's only about an hour or so on a plane for me. In the mean time, I've missed a Tuesday or two, so let's look at some tits! Thanks! That brings up a good question for the fans that I've had for a while: How do you guys keep track of and find new talent that you like? Is it through ADT exclusively, or are there other sites you use?
Well I do photography, and a pretty surprising amount of regular models get into porn, I've either shot with or tried to shoot with a bunch of new girls before they even get into porn. ADT is usually the second place, then agency sites, and then beyond that it is all just about consuming unhealthy amounts of porn constantly and seeing all these new faces, then trying to find more about them.
Hell, I still do a lot more photog stuff than I do porn. Part of its the economy, and part is the location. I'm half way to NYC today though, so more porn is coming :) Thanks for the votes! If it gets me out in front of more people who make porn, even just a few more, it'll all be worth it. I'm a little shocked I haven't been asked to do a DP since February!

Clyara sorry for the late reply, but I tend to get a lot of my information from iafd. I visit that very regularly and being as I enjoy European porn so much (mainly because of the whole DP and anal thing) I go to Eurobabes.com and similar sites, although I do keep up, like others do with sites such as realitykings and brazzers. They seem to have more of the all natural bodies such as yourself with all of the nice curves and very down to earth. I used to go to the adult book stores a lot but anymore you can find most if not all you want on the adult dvd online rental sites such as sugardvd or xrent. As for models. It's really hard to tell who's doing what. For instance if I go to type9, they might have girls that SAY in the resume they'll do anal, but you know they probably won't just based on how long they might have had that up. That being said. I find my tastes are not at all different from a lot of other contributors to the star crossed forum, which still leaves me wishing I could shout it on the rooftop for putting you in another hot anal or DP scene, because I really loved your scene. So, my NYC trip was an awesome success for the most part. I had a lot of fun with SHM shooting for their site Undressed Angels, and I had the best time ever eating out Indigo, who's intelligence and awesome tattoos (she has a 42 on her back, and if you know what that means, you know I had a dorkgasm on the spot) were a huge turn on. In the end, I should have avoided Facial Abuse. Public Disgrace a few months back was rough and I loved it. They were the ultimate professionals, never let me feel like I was in danger, and never illicited a "flight or fight" response from me. I walked away from that shoot with some bruises, but all were tied into some sexy memories I'll always have. Facial Abuse was the polar opposite of that. It's not okay, I'm not a fan, and I'll never support or recommend their brand of "we do this every night, so it must be okay" logic, and any girl that thinks about it should see the pics I posted. Looking at these photos, tells so much more than words ever will your personal sacrifice. Thank you thank you thank you again for going the extra mile and posting photos of that side of porn some of us either would rather turn our heads away from or simply don't just care to get involved in. On a personal level I have to say some of the photos are a little heartbreaking for me because while I may never have the extreme good fortune to get to know you in person, it hurts my feelings a little to see anybody do that to you whether it involves sexual excitement from inflicting pain or not. I feel a very special kinship with you in the sense that you dedicate a lot of your time to go the extra mile to address most of your fans comments one by one. And that means a lot to me. I do it too to some extent (no one is THAT interested in the boring crap that happens in my day), but the one thing I'll never do is misrepresent myself by lying about a bad experience. It might make me some enemies, but then do I really need those people to like me? No way. I'm still doing shoots, I just plan to be far more careful in the future. I took a chance on this one because I trusted someone it turned out I shouldn't have. More on that when I get to @lazyboy @Mninblk7 Yay! You made it! Pamela Rose Productions is by far one of the best examples I have of how taking a chance on something that sounds odd can pay off. My first reaction to it was a bit alarming. "They want me to sink in quicksand?!?" I asked myself. I do a lot of research (okay, I let my man do most of the research because that's what he does for a living and he's good at it) and Pamela Rose turned out to be great. I've had a lot of fun working for the site, and I've made some great friends for life with them. Even if I quit modeling and performing today, I'd keep in touch with them! Also, I would trade a mosquito infested clay pit for this weather ANY day! @jpfan I have to agree. There's a fine line between putting on a show that involves some pain, and just getting off on hurting people. When you're fooling around with someone you care about and they ask you to smack their ass, they aren't asking you to beat the shit out of them. Normal people understand that. Even when you're in the S&M scene, people use safe words because they actually RESPECT and CARE about the safety and comfort of their partners. There was none of that with Facial Abuse. Just a desire to beat the shit out of women, and a waiver to sign saying you won't sue them for it. That's not sexy, it's sick. @lazboy Ah, but therein lies the problem. I'd done research on them, and had decided to pass on ever working for them. Part of me wondered if it was similar to the Kink or insex sites that I like where the models really are in control and the "abuse" is consensual and mostly for show. There's an enjoyment to those sites, and I think girls come away from those experiences having really enjoyed themselves. Even with that curiosity, I wasn't willing to give it a go. Then, a model I know from NYC talked to me about it and assured me that they were really actually great guys and a lot of fun. That it wasn't as bad as it looked or what I may have heard, and I should check it out. They were offering a payday of $1200 for an hours worth of work, and she could set it up for a %10 fee. That's pretty standard for an agency when they find you work. I accepted based on her reassurances and the fact that she'd be there with me. She'd done Latina Abuse for them, so she knew what they were about. It was first hand knowledge, what I was taught in college to look at as empirical data, and I took it. There's no accounting for greed in data gathering though, and I got suckered. She got stoned while driving us there, didn't think once of canceling when it took four hours for the camera guy to show up, and didn't have my back in any way other than to offer me a shoulder to cry on before trying to convince me to continue the scene. I got sold out for a potential $120 pay day, and I will not work with her again. It turns out she also has beef with an agency we both work with in LA, and so that whole 20/20 hindsight thing is kicking in. Yes, I should have followed my gut and never done it in the first place, and I'd be lying if I said that the whole ordeal hasn't got me thinking about hanging it up too. We're entering the slow period of the biz right now, so we'll see in a few months how it all shakes out. I'm supposed to call Valley Babes today and talk about a future trip out west, so who knows. Okay, enough seriousness! :) I had an awesome shoot yesterday, and though there's nothing explicit, I wanted to share a few pics.
