^Sweet, sounds like Serene may begetting back behind the camera and hopefully doing what I've been wanting to see in G/G for awhile; and emphasis on 1st G/G scenes. Cautiously optimistic.
Definitely a great idea for Serene. The other movies she's directed have all been standouts, and she's the perfect kind of performer for rookie G/G actresses.

I never understood why GFF couldn't keep Magdalene St Michaels and Elexis Monroe at the center of their universe, throw in Georgia Jones, Karla Kush, Alison Rey - GFF could experience a resurgence that would force SHV and GW to have to raise their game. Competition makes you have to constantly innovate rather than risk getting stale and losing viewers. On a different note, Serene Siren could give GFF an edge with actual first time lesbian encounters. I'm hopeful that this is a modest sign that GFF is finally starting to develop an erotic arsenal to retake its spot closer to the top of the genre that it dominated for years. Add Jenna Sativa to the list of people who should be contracted to GFF, I mean so many delightful possibilities.
Eve Marlowe has yet to have a single lesbian encounter on her resume according to IAFD so GFF could change that.
Haley Spades and Alison Rey is a pairing that would be a cuteness overload.

Also think Jordan Maxx and Kenna James would absolutely sizzle
Silvia Sage & Sophia Burns - Sophia has yet to lose her G/G cherry in the business and there's no better way than with GFF.
Vanna Bardot & Vanessa Sky - yes I note the similarity in the names but I just think those two killer bodies would be heavenly if put together.

So The Official Casting Call is for ladies to have fun with Serene herself. I hope this includes some pre-interviews ala the Lesbian Sex series. And if all goes well, maybe other veteran performers can get some newbies of their own.

I notice Ashley Lane has NEVER shot with GFF - I have the perfect person for her to work with who would also be a GFF newbie - Erin Everheart.
If we could coax Georgia Jones back into action, Amber Stark and Claire Roos are two people I think she could make magic with, find a way to bring out the best in both of them.
Purchased this earlier in the week. Anyone who's a Serene fan absolutely should pick this up. All four scenes are super high energy with lots of passion. It's too soon to say if they're finally turning the corner, but this movie definitely is more like the GFF of the Dan-era.
Things have been kinda quiet with 3rd contract star Alyx Star. Unless she has some unreleased movies where she gets a lot of action, she may be getting the short end of the stick.

She has not been marked as a contract star on their website for at least a month, if not two or three. And that's interesting because her scenes get likes from the GFF members at a rate only rivaled by Serene Siren. I would be mad about it because Alyx is super beautiful to me, but her performances always came off very exaggerated and for me that kills a scene, so I'm neither here not there on it. I do wonder what happened though, because feedback on her scenes seemed very positive. I figure they would have fought hard to keep her on.
^Interesting. Don't know what it could be, but maybe she was wasn't actually ready to commit to being a contract star.
Serene has been steadily working with them for awhile and is even allowed to direct, so it makes sense to me they felt comfortable pulling the trigger with her, and Aubree seems to have also come through fine.
So unless she's heavily a featured in some movies soon, maybe they just quietly let her out of her contract.

She's almost definitely out of contract. When you look at the Girls section of the site, Prinzzess, Serene Siren, and Aubree Valentine all have special pictures labeled Contract. Alyx's used to be marked the same way, but it isn't now.
^Alright, then I'm guessing no replacement. Hard enough to have a healthy mix of new girls, proven stars, and returns, when you have to give 3 contract stars enough scenes.

You guys complain about every little things, wow. do you want her to be in every scenes? then you'll be complaining you see her too much.
You know what would be great if they shoot the scenes in 35mm films but that's not going to happen. Google 70's porn the scenes weren't that long even shorter but they looked great in films.
^Yes! I'm out on the other scenes, but that Alex Coal x Lilly Bell match-up will be a must-have! Two excellent performers who don't have to fake it all that much in a scene together? Take my money!
Finally got around to watching Lacy & Serene's new scene in "Lesbian Massage Club 1". I'll go out on a limb and say that anyone who misses the days of high-passion GF scenes will be in for a treat. No frills to start, the scene kicks off with the two of them passionately making out. The best part is that from the jump you can tell the flirting & sensual talk between them is not like the other over-the-top silliness that is sadly too common. (I've mentioned it before, but they're close friends IRL and you can definitely see the connection here). At a couple different points during the build up to the sex, if you turn up the volume you can hear Lacy whisper Serene's name under her breath which makes it even better. 10/10 cannot recommend this one enough.
^Yeah I'm not sure I get what they're doing there. She tweeted this on the 20th. So, either something's changed or they're still referring to her as a contract star when it's not actually true. Seems like kind of a slimy thing to do if she's not in fact still under contract.

Do Skow/Moose run the GFF Twitter account themselves? What are the odds that the social media person is in a position to know contract situations immediately?
^Dunno, but they send promotional tweets so often, you'd think they would be in the know. Plus she is still listed as a contract star on the website. So unless they re-did her contract, either they are really lagging or purposely doing false advertising.
