Ya know what bothers me the most about Hushhush's use of the N bomb and other slurs? It's that they made good porn and don't really need this bullshit. Actually, when someone uses the word in a way that is obviously meant to insult black folks, I just take it as their way of saying "I'm a moron". I don't believe black people are bad so even if that's what they think they're saying, it's lost on me.

in the context of this title, absolutely. off topic, most ignorant caucasians i've observed casually refer to black people as niggers -- african american or otherwise, USUALLY otherwise -- simply because they think it's 'short for' black person. like, nigger is a contraction of negro, and negro is a formal term. i'm not excusing this in anyway, but outside the states the word seems to be used commonly with somewhat less negative connotations.
I think its alright its explict and it has mass appeal, it has original appeal. I see what you are saying but, if they used the spelling NIGGA as opposed to the ER at the end, they might get away with the rap theme. But to spell NI**ER, it is offensive. Also another obsevation is if you are black and you call another black person nigga, it's alright or accepted, if you are white and you call a black person nigga, it is generally not alright. As one black friend of mine told me, "don't call nigga, nigga, unless you're a nigga , nigga".

Sales seem okay. Sales Rank in the Hand Job Genre put it at 17 out of 138 titles currently for sale. Reviews totalling 19 put it at 3/5 stars. The title is offensive to some people it seems but not to others. However looking at the context the intent was to highlight that girls like black penis because its big. So no harm there. Hush Hush are a quality porn outfit and I love all their interracial lines. Sorry folks but I WANT tasteless nasty porn and the language used is a huge turn-on for me and my girlfriend also (yes she is that rare thing - as big a hardcore porn fan as me and proud of it!). The N word coming from anybody's mouth that isn't black is going to be a touchy subject. Personally (I'm black) I limit my use of the word in mixed company, but that's just me. At the end of the day, I'm not in favor of censorship and from the looks of this thread, Hush Hush did their job--which was to get people talking about, and ultimately buying this release. I'm not really into the race themes in porn, so I don't support. Those who are, will support. Life goes on and with the state of the world today, there are more horrific things that deserve my outrage.

People--on this forum, and probably the real world--are upset, and understandably so. What you may not understand--and I preface this by saying I'm not upset while I'm typing this--is that a couple of real life issues are at play here (even though the acting is fake) 1. A LOT of black people are trying to get away from the stereotype that black men are little more than 'gangstas' and thugs. To see that personified on screen, porn or otherwise, bothers people. 2. In terms of interracial, black men have been killed in America for doing as little as staring at a white woman (see Emmett Till). But if other people like it, I love it. I'm not in favor of censorship.
