I'm not surprised that LP fans can watch the same women appear doing the same thing over and over because like so many porn fans those fans seem to be much more about the sex act moreso than the women. I think they just want to see a body getting stuffed. They're into that sex act. I'd say the number of penises plowing into a butt is the most important aspect of those scenes for most of LP fans. Dick size is more important than the actual performers and even performance. They don't care about the looks of the girl. I definitely don't think they care if the girl is enjoying themselves. I don't think they care about creativity in the scene. As long as the camera catches the act of multiple penises in and out the girl's holes rapidly, I think those fans are content. Of course there are fans who complain about the old stuff being better. But if you notice they stick around and keep watching the stuff they claim isn't that good anymore.
None of this is unusual though. It seems most fans on this site are all about the sex act or director moreso than the girls. Actually, for many fans the male talent is more important than the girls. Seems like many fans here care most about dick size, sex acts, and directors more than the girls. The girls are just objects to do things to. I'm pretty much the opposite. With me the girl is far more important to me. I will follow a girl as she jumps from studio to studio. That girl will give a different type of performance from studio to studio. So I don't get bored with porn or have the types of complaints that many people have here because I'm always watching a wide variety of scenes. There are studios that I acknowledge do great stuff but that great stuff doesn't mean anything to me if it's not a girl I have an interest in watching.
I can't explain it either, but from what I've observed, if you go to the LP forum, it has a completely different atmosphere compared to this adult dvd talk forum. 80% of the users on that LP forum would have been banned over here long time ago. They are really aggressive and disrespectful with the way they post. Their avatars are completely hardcore with no soul at all. Maybe the forum describes the type of fanbase LP appeals to.

Can't speak for all the other LP fans. However, I am a fan of LP because it produces quality anal degradation/ganbang stuff with great facial or cim finishes. As I stated earlier This kind of content that hasn't really been pumped out by anyone since the golden dvd era of porn. So they definitely fill a niche in my opinion.
I think LP takes influence from European producers like Yves Le Castel, Christopher Clark, and Rocco. American examples could include max hardcore, Jim Powers, Skeeter Kerkove or even Jules Jordan. These producers are either no longer operating or no longer producing content as extreme as the stuff they used to produce.

Evil Angel and Elegant Angel in its prime used to do the same thing too, and like InstantClassic said, in America they used to find that hardcore anal talent with bigger boobs, bigger asses, and curvier waist-hip ratios. I don't know about the girls. But I don't think the content will change anymore. I'm not an expert, but I think it's a matter of money. I'd say Jules Jordan is the best example of this. He was THE anal director and everything he shoots now is vag-only stuff with himself or Dredd. Brazzers is another good example. A large network with a huge catalogue. But nowadays, every scene is the same. Comedy vag only porn. Some goes for Elegant Angel..without the comedy factor. Directors and studios are no longer willing, or able, to pay the extra dollar anymore. Perhaps porn needs a different sales model in order to generate more money and thus become more versatile again.

However......your characterisation of the site in terms of the types and sizes of models and the types of fans is absolute tosh. At the same time lower down the thread you extol the virtues of Trueanal (exactly the same guy in every scene doing pretty much exactly the same moves from the same angles) and Tushy (overrun with exactly the same sort of models that you criticise LP for using). What you say about JJ and Brazzers is probably true but what we've seen increasingly in recent years is that the anal content is more concentrated on 'niche' sites like Tushy, Trueanal, Evil Angel and LP. To get the variety you need to switch between sites rather than just follow one.
I still stand behind what I said. Except for the "softer" "vanilla" scenes that don't have extreme sex or anal, the vast majority of LP's output is very, very repetitious. There are a the few one on one scenes, and a few with watersports or fisting but from what I see most of the gangbang scenes are virtually the same. There are quite a few girls who have done numerous scenes and many of those scenes are identical. Yeah, there might be scenes with 2 or 3 girls but overall I don't see how anyone can make much of an argument that LP offers plenty of variety. I don't even think that's a bad thing per se. They clearly have an audience and have been successful. The main point I was trying to make is that LP's audience is willing to put up with this because they deliver content they may not be able to get elsewhere. It's not something I would want to watch on a regular basis but I'm not their target audience and I'm not wanting them to change to suit what I would want to see. They have a business model and found a niche that works for them and as long as it works they should keep doing it. Same as JULES JORDAN, EVIL ANGEL, ELEGANT ANGEL, BLACKED or whoever. I may not understand why some people like it but that's the nature of people. To each their own.

I wouldn't get too excited by Lanksy's work because the stuff he feeds his girls to say in their scenes ruins them. All spontaneity and feeling is gone nowadays.
Earlier Tushy scenes were much, much better IMO. (The late Nicole Clitman with Xander was incredible!)
That being said the same holds true for LP as well with Monika Wild being the last performer I can think of to be TRULY into her scenes.

I just tried a few things and here are some observations. If you enter legal porno in Google then it will take you to the standard page where it currently says under maintenance but the tab now uses the words legal video and not legal porno. Every link on the maintenance page gives you an error message except for the forum button because that one brings me to HugeDomains.com
A couple of the main pages are back but the forum and suggest buttons are still down and there is a message that streaming and downloading may be down as well. Of course the last updates are dated June 23.

^The amazing thing about a statement like that is that it answers less questions than it creates them. Here are some examples of questions. Did the attackers steal personal info of members? What kind of security did they have that they were vulnerable to this kind of attack? What kind of improvement will they implement that will now protect them from future attacks? Why didn't they use their social media to advise everyone of what happened?
There is still no tweet discussing the attack. There is still no mention of when they think they can be online again? Are they going to overlook the last two days of issues when they go back online so that members don't lose those two days worth of downloads?
didn't even help me this time, I bought the Anna de Ville scene 5 minutes after release but then the DL failed and didn't work until an hour later when I had to leave. Coming back 5 hours later, the site was down. Maybe only a coincidence though, I frequently had a problem when trying to download a scene right after it had been published.
Any website can fail. If a behemoth like Facebook or Twitter can go down for hours at a time, so can Legalporno. The difference is that Legalporno doesn't have a 24/7 tech support staff ready to fix the problem at a moment's notice.
I agree, it will eventually be back up and running and damage will possibly be minimized for active buyers and subscribers. Let's just say the overall information policy is subject for future improvement.
It looks like a lot of the site is up and running again. The search feature doesn't work yet but I'm sure LP staff have bigger issues than that to deal with for the next while. But at least they seem to have substantially recovered.

Completely agree with you about Lansky's work. From a cinematography pov his work is great, though this partly down to the fact he uses really expensive gear relative to what most porn is shot with. However, the valley girl intros are really offputting for me. Because of this, I stand by my earlier comment that Mike Adriano is the only American producer consistently putting out great anal scenes
I have to disagree with you over your LP criticism though. The consistency of the scenes ie same colors, positions, etc is what I like about their work. For me, great porn is about finding a formula and then rinse and repeat with different girls. I admit they do reuse the same girls a lot. However, Giorgio at least who is my favorite LP director tends to add a new spin for each scene or at least a new kinky outfit to admire. Outfit fetishism is a big part of LP.
Also, LP has developed their formula by listening to their fans more than any other network I know of. For instance, the fact that the girls now usually have their high heels on throughout the scene has come about from fan request. It helps when you have an active forum to gather feedback from
No, what they did learn from the feedback was to mix it up more and also have scenes where the girls lose their outfits completely progressing to the end of the shoot or at least show their feet. So now you have a good chance to find everything from a performer you like and who tends to return more often.

I seriously doubt the camera Lansky uses has anything to do with the way is videos look. It's more of a question of pre-scene prep and post scene editing.
