I can't even begin to tell u how much of my wasted youth I would've spent on Pornography is there were more black chicks. There's been so many pornos I've wanted to buy over the years (mainly from Evil Angel) but I couldn't becuz I didn't see any black girls in it. You might not like how I said it but it's the truth. I'm definitely certain that I'm not the only 1 who feels this way.
Since the other thread was stopped, which is odd since it was less of a trainwreck than this one, I'll continue the topic:Well obviously no one wants to be told, "Hey I don't like your race so that's why I won't do scenes with you." But that's what's behind many of their decisions. And I'd be fine with it since most of us know that's the real reason anyway. And if they were honest then we could find the solution, namely waiting until racial animus against Blacks fades away in another couple of decades or hire non-American women who don't have racial hangups, which I believe some studios have done.Paying a girl more $ to do a scene with someone who has more melanin than her is ridiculous and should stop.Jesse Jane is a top contact girl so she's in a unique position. She can do the snooze films she does for DP and make more than enough money. About the other non-contract girls, given the racial demographics in the industry they can also afford to racially discriminate and still do ok financially.
news flash homie, it already HAS. you're about 30/40 years too late lol. it's the people with money, not the people on ADT who run this mainstream game.

If it had, this absurd discussion wouldn't exist. Anyway the racial issues of the USA have filtered down to the adult industry, which is why the discrimination persists. So give it another 30 years before such nonsense gets weeded out. Edited by - Solar4 on 11/27/2011 12:47:57 AM

Indeed it will but the Adult Film Industry isn't exactly the best depiction of the United States either.
I'm not sure which ones have racial hangups, and it's probably not worth getting into the weeds on it, but while waiting for racial discrimination to lessen in the USA even more, producers can just import women from other countries who don't have racial hangups. And they can probably do so for a lower price. So instead of paying Amy Reid $5000 or whatever crazy price she was paid for her first IR scene you could pay 6 women from non-American countries $800 a piece.
I'd rather the IR category not even exist as it's exclusionary and highly disrespectful. Furthermore it's not even applied in a consistent way, for example: White/Asian scene = Considered Normal Asian/Latino scene = Considered Normal X Race/Black scene = Considered IR. Edited by - Solar4 on 11/27/2011 7:12:51 PM
Spoken like a person who has absolutely no idea that 'most' people are only most people that look like him. The 'practice' is incorrect and needs to be changed. Asian, Latino and Brazilian are nationalities, the point is that only blacks are considered a different RACE in porn, and race is this weird thing that nobody can seem to qualify anyway, it's just goofs that know somebody is darker than they are. The former categories may be listed for nationalities but are not considered 'interracial' scenes according to porn standards, nor are you going to be able to rationalize why it's ok to do so. When a scene is labeled 'IR' you and I know what you are getting and it's not Asian, Latino and Brazilian. It shows a degree of cluelessness to specify only one group a different race and claim that is synonymous with MILF, BBW and lesbian. It also shows the degree to which societal isms have become so normal that even stuff that's outlandish can be considered everyday fare. That is all.

For me, when I see an "IR" tag on a title, it reminds me of segregated water fountains, in the Southern United States, in the 60's, when I was young. It is time for producers to drop the "IR" tag in titles.

For me "IR" tag is like warning to not watch this movie.
IR is a marketing tag to help viewers easily find the type of porn they are shopping for. If you are not a fan of IR porn, you should be thankful for the categorization because the label helps you to avoid it more easily, Similarly I appreciate that the porn store has sections for gay, lesbian, fetish, clearance, vintage, etc. It's convenient for everyone. I like convenience. If I were king I'd make a category for "skinny chicks" (so I can avoid), and "wearing high heels" (so I can find), and "constant closeups" (so I can avoid) and POV (so I can avoid). We need more categories, not fewer. Edited by - ninja1 on 12/5/2011 12:03:35 PM

You just don't get that 'black' isn't the only race, do you?
Yes I get that black isn't the only race. But/And I also get that we're talking porn, not sociology. Ever heard of KISS? Expanding the definition of "porn race" to match the definition of "real-world race" would introduce (IMO) unnecessary complexity just to appease the agendaists, who (probably) have no economic impact either way. In what way will your porn buying change when the pornmakers correct their definition of IR to match the real-world definition of IR?
Technically not even the Whites in Europe are "White Race" ,some are Gauls/Celts ,other are Latins other are Germans , other Northern plus add Hungarians and others, you might think at them as Whites but it's not that, they are of different races , also in Africa , Blacks are divided into different races a Hutu is different from a Tutsi for example also a black from India is different from both so we have to deal with this the color of skin is not a race it is at best a group of Peoples sharing this particular character , same for redheads og blue eyes it's not a race. However a porn is a product to be sold so to categorize is a way to inform a potential customer about where he can found what he wants , it has to be accurate or it will lose its reliability . So what you , all of you, mean when you say IR? An Asian and a Latino? An Asian and a White? A White and a Latino? An Asian and an Arab? or a Black and a White including into Whites anything from Latino to Jews passing through WASPs? Now what a porn producer should advertise to sell an IR movie to those who may want it? What should be the content of such movie? What would be the expected content of such movie? Funny you mention agenda because that sounds just like a racial 'agendaist' answer, marginalize one group and figure out how it makes sense. There IS no 'porn race', it was made up, thus there is no 'expanding' of it. It shouldn't be used because it doesn't make sense except to people who have an agenda of identifying whether a black person is in a film.
There is often a marked difference between legal, professional, and academic definitions or interpretations and common or dictionary definitions. If you look up "racism" in the dictionary it does not mention economic leverage. I think it comes down to a basic and probably natural and understandable xenophia. Racism, prejudice, and discrimination are all linked but not at all synonymous with one another. If you think because Ivy League sociology departments allegedly would reject the notion that certain people of color might hate, judge, or discriminate white people or people of another color for any reason, then I think you are perhaps being both naive and (at least with intent) elitist. People often don't like other groups of people for varying reasons, independent of economics.

No one who watches porn that likes seeing black guys bang white girls gives a shit what the title is. They have all kinds of titles that sound like big hung black dudes ravaging little white girls. It's the fetish. Find the black guy with the biggest cock and have him stretch out some white girls holes. Some guys just love watching it. I don't even look at a human with dark skin nailing a girl with light skin as a inter-racial. But some people still consider it taboo. Might last a few more generations. I don't know. I buy films for the girls. I don't care whose screwing them unless they're boring. Most of the dudes with huge cocks are boring fucking the girls anyway. I'd much rather watch Rocco or Manuel screw a girl with all the kissing, toe sucking, oral, and other tease stuff than watch Mandingo or Lex slam away at a girl with the sole attraction the size of their dick. I'm not watching for the dick. Pumper and LT are more exciting to watch than Lex and Mandingo because they engage in the tease and show the girl off. But to each his own. There must be a really big market out there probably made up of white males that love to watch a black guy with a huge cock fuck a white woman. Otherwise that type of porn wouldn't sell so well and you wouldn't see sites like Cuckolded husbands and the like with black dudes nailing their wives. I personally enjoy black women. I'm happy when guys like Manuel Ferrara and Erik Everhard mix it up with women of varying ethnicities. I notice stuff like this and like their porn more. Wish Rocco enjoyed ethnic women more, but he seems to stick with white women or maybe he can only find white women to deal with his insane sexual exploits. I don't know. I know a lot of black women shy away from the really hardcore stuff. A more recent director I'm enjoying is Mike Adriano because he mixes up the ethnicity nicely as well. He even did one of the best black female series I've seen to date with Black Anal Beauties. He really makes the girls look good and gets them to do some nasty anal sex. Which I like. Every fetish is served. It's not all served the same. Most of the porn companies serve a niche. We all know DP stays away from the inter-racial and focuses on fake-breasted white women, mostly blonde. They market to couples and white dudes. I just don't get the obsession with attempting to force a market to act a certain way rather than simply finding ways to make a profit with the type of porn you enjoy. If you want to make money from a smaller market like white dudes that like black women, then make some really great porn with hot chicks to serve that market. And if black women want to expand their opportunities in the porn world, then learn to serve the gonzo beast. It's a rare girl that can get a quality contract situation black or any other ethnicity. Look at women like Isis Taylor or Jessie Rogers. They're both gorgeous women that don't fit the perfect profile, and for that reason they're probably not getting contracts with DP. Those companies hand pick their girls to appeal to the largest possible demographic, which sadly isn't ethnic women in the United States or Europe, probably the two biggest markets for porn. It's not fair. But I'm not sure how you could change it unless some guy finds that perfect ethnic girl with the personality, looks, and networking skills to appeal to a large consumer base. I thought Lacey Duvalle would pull it off, but I could tell in her interviews she didn't quite have the charisma to go with her looks. It's all important which is why DP is so careful about who they sign and promote. Porn's a business first. The market sets the demand. There are few businesses as purely capitalistic as porn. Most of the time the government doesn't even want to get involved unless they don't have a choice. So it's a free for all. For me, it's not the taboo, or the violation that I like. I just happen to appreciate the visual contrast between the light and dark. It makes the sex act itself pop out. All the stereotypical BS that producers stick into many IR scenes is little more than a distraction to me.

I nominate Jack Napier to perform the leading role in the soon-to-be-announced Herman Cain parody. Jack Napier is hilarious! As for this on-going discussion about the IR tag, I'm one white guy who is sick of this b.s., it is racist, and needs to end. Progress is being made, yet, we have not reached "the mountain top" as visioned by Dr. King. Trace our DNA back far enough and we are all brothers.

Let's create a rule where we identify one group of people in porn and make it so they are considered the only race. There is the 'race' of those guys and then everybody else. You mean you don't like it? Tough! Them's the rules! * Gets back to steering girls away from the 'other race' while pretending to be friends with black performers * - Some random agent LOL @ 'interracial'. Apparently you know not what I think nor what I wrote. Racial discrimination is not racism unless it exists in the context of a racist social system. An African-American is a racist in America if he discriminates against another African-American on the basis of race.
In America, the definition of many words change quite quickly. What you claim as the definition of racism, is not what the Civil Rights monement about. Racial oppression is the only thing people of color in this country have fought about. It is the historical record. The movement started in the late 40s. It was strategized in the 50s. It was determined that no long term socio-economic gains could be made, no maater which laws were passed, if there was no success made in changing prevailing social attitudes. Surely, the word racist includes agents of racial oppression. 'Racial opression' is the term used by Martin Luther King. BTW, the reference to the Ivy League insitutions was made in response to the moron who claimed that if I believed racsim is solely economic that I must hate rich white men. Therefore I cited institutions coveted by rich white men. Maybe I am Ivy League educated, maybe not. But I could not name the 8 Ivy League schools when I started college. Also, while in high school, I threw each of the 3 letters from Harvard into the trash un-opened.
The entire educational system in America is thoroughly racist.
I don't understand what would be racist about this? No black person was nominated because no one made a good enough scene, saying it's racist is the dumbest argument ever. These people made the best performances, no matter the race, hair color, shoe size or anything. Dumbest post ever.
this is one of the most stupid comments i have seen on this site since joining its impossible for black americans to be rascist over white americans cause of economics? wtf????? does every white/black person have the same economic value? no rich black people? no poor white people? wow...if this is the attitude of americans, no wonder its in the state its in.
It's not racist, but this is exactly why the UrbanX awards were created. Cause black talent doesn't ever really get recognized. Unless your like Jada Fire or someone equivalent who's been banging white dudes.

It's not the attitude of Americans. It's the attitude of a very small number of ridiculous academics and far left people, whose interest is basically to excuse, or distract attention from, violent and other criminal acts committed by blacks against members of other ethnic groups, and motivated primarily or exclusively by hatred toward those other ethnic groups. So they adopt a contrived re-definition of "racism" which has nothing to do with how most people use and understand that term, and bingo, the gang of black kids from the projects that attack some elderly Chinese person waiting for the bus just for shits and giggles, or that rampage outside the State Fair punching every white face they see, suddenly are magically not racists, even though they're acting out of pure animus towards other ethnic groups. It's an absurdity. Edited by - Harri Patel on 12/8/2011 12:05:43 AM

Some of you are making no sense whatsoever lol. I'm sitting here undeturbed giggling at the racist and prejudice people in these threads. I guess white people still have some animosity and fear that other races will take over another form of entertainment again. Y'all are over here defining the term of "racism" and writing books on what racism really means *giggles*. We all know what racism is and means as I'm 1000% sure we've all been a part of it or been around, let alone witnessed it. To over think it is some Jedi mind tricks shit foreal foreal (I'm already hip). Some people truly do have preferences though and it has nothing to do with ignorance. Like, I think some white rappers and producers are talented and have made classics but the likely-hood of u seeing me blasting an Eminem album or a Yelawolf album is pretty much slim to none (even tho they have skills and I respect their craft). Just like there's some black women out there who really don't even think twice about black men and vise-versa.
Same thing goes with everything in life. Some people are more comfortable just hiring Latinos and Mexicans to do their garden work or give them tattoos, it has nothing to do with racism. But we all know that, some white people just get a kick out of black people fighting back [see: xvideos video comments], this thread is no different it's all the same thing. All u can really do is sit back and yawn and put em in their place from time to time.
It is what it is though. Only white people invest this much unnessary energy into dumb shit like racism becuz they're scared of their own insecurities or they were just brainwashed from the jump. Debating someone who's racist or is just flat out prejudice [difference] is like looking in the mirror and arguing with yourself lol.
There are words and terms being tossed around and it seems some of you have a different understanding of what those words mean. Racism, preference, discrimination, bias, etc., all have different meanings even though they share some of the same elements and some people use them all to mean the same thing. I think people just like throwing around the term "racist" because it's the strongest word. But I believe part of the term "racist" has to do in part with the ability to actually affect another race and perhaps keep them down. Girls who choose not have sex with a black man isn't "racist" in those terms but she can be "biased" or "discriminate" which isn't nearly as bad as being racist. Racisim implies actually having the intent to keep a race down and not wanting to have sex with another race doesn't/can't do that. I know it's fun to throw out the words "racism" and "racist" because it makes the people who these words are being thrown at seem a bit more evil so these some of these ridiculous rants seem more justified but it's just sillines from agnry people who are upset that people don't do and behave the way they want them to. The bottom line is some girls don't want to have sex with certain people and even though some don't like it and some may feel their reasons aren't good enough it's free country and they have the right to have sex with whoever they want or don't want to. It doesn't mean they hate that race or even ahve anything against them. I don't want to have sex with fat women, otherwise I have no problem with them. Some guys don't want to have sex with girls with flat butts, that doesn't mean they hate girls with flat butts. Some guys don't want to date or have sex with girls who are taller than them. Does it automactically mean people hate or are against all people they aren't sexually attracted to or want to have sex with?
