GirlFriends Films Review - Women Seeking Women #194
Since I've seen the latest 7 GFF releases either via On Demand or DVD, I'm sharing my thoughts on each, starting with this one, WSW #194.
So I have been a GFF fan since their first release which I think was back in 2006, and I own every DVD release from then to now. While I watch many other studios that make lesbian content, GFF is my favorite of them all for many reasons so I like to consider myself somewhat of an expert on their casting, style, content, etc.
GFF scenes typically include the following elements that for me make for a superior lesbian scene: intimate holding, long kissing play, long oral play, 69, face sitting, tribbing (sorry but I love it), and whenever rimming and foot worship are included, that's extra thick icing on the cake.
With that said...
I'm giving this release 4 out of 4 stars; 1 star per scene rating its action/casting/quality.
Each scene include the major elements I love to see in each G/G performance. All 4 pairings are very solid with the best two being between Chloe Amour/Sarah Taylor and Ember Snow/Krystal Sparks with both being extremely hot. Chloe Amour has always been one of the sexiest women ever in adult since her Reality Kings lesbian scene work and she's even more beautiful today. If GFF wants to have her featured in each of their releases, I wouldn't mind one bit.
Additional pluses for me were:
- GFF continues to showcase full bodied actresses, with Riley Nixon and Ashlyn Peaks who's thick bodies compliment each other quite nicely and make for a really arousing scene. - Jessica Starling gives another hot performance for GFF with actress Kitty Lynn, who I haven't seen before this but gives a decent performance here. - Ember Snow has never looked better and her breast enlargement is absolute perfection.
So if you are a GFF fan like me, you're obviously going to add this one to your collection. For those that purchase by scene, the two must see scenes are with Chloe/Sarah and Ember/Krystal but this one is worth owning all 4 scenes.

Sadly yes there are toys which is totally unnecessary. New Sensations puts toys in many of their scenes I suppose to help sell their own toy offerings, wish they'd stop that practice though.
GirlFriends Films Review - Lesbian Daughter In-Laws #5
Without question, not only is this release 4 out of 4 stars (1 star per scene rating its action/casting/quality) but IMHO, includes the best GFF scene release in 2023.
All 4 scenes definitely include the major elements I love seeing in G/G performances. The standout scene here for me is Alyssia Vera and Ameena Green. From start to finish, I think this scene is so exceptional with an incredibly passionate seduction to kick things off that leads to fantastic oral and 69 action. If you love sensual action, this scene has it in droves. This scene makes this release more that worth it to own it all but the other three scenes are also pretty terrific. Alyssia Vera has all the ability to become a major performer in the industry so I hope she is in it for the long run. Ameena Green is also incredibly hot and I am equally hoping we'll see a ton more lesbian performances from her as well.
Eva Long/Aubry Babcock give a succulent performance here with Aubry really showing a great deal of energy for a newer performer throughout the scene. Eva shows why she's such an incredible performer especially in the positions she puts Aubry in while performing oral on her, hot stuff for sure.
The red hot Octavia Red is smoking with Krystal Sparks as they combine for some fine action. Kay Carter, who I am loving in all her GFF G/G scenes to date, has another fun pairing, this time with Lucy Doll. The only downer on this scene is a wand being used twice but fortunately it's not shown for too long.
This DVD just arrived today as well and it will be the one I watch tonight after having previously bought the VOD. If you love superior lesbian content, you should have this release in your library, it's awesome.

The reason why they laughed and talked throughout the scene is bc they are showing their natural chemistry. Thats what we want is for an authentic sex scene. If they werent doing it then I would seriously think something must be wrong. I cant say Ive seen too many Kenzie Taylor scenes but Ive followed Kenna long enough to know thats her personality and I love it. But seeing as both of them are super close thats how they truly are together. Thats why I feel like many should follow performers closely and not just watching their scenes to see how their real personalities is and who are they super close too.

I just want to point out too that I think its a crime Kenna never won Female Performer of the Year. Two crimes when it comes to awards 1) Kenna never winning Female Performer of the Year and 2) Cherie DeVille never being in the category for Female Performer of the Year. I feel like Kenna does such great work that she deserves that award. Im glad she finally took part of the We Like Girls series and Scarlett being in it twice gives me hope that Kenna can one day be back for the series. But all around really good scene. I love how Kenna and Kenzie was just enjoying themselves together. Thats the most important thing. Nothing fake about it imo.

They were being their authentic self which is what we want right? We dont want no fake action. We complain about G/G not being good bc the girls fake and some are really no all that convincing. Well Kenna and Kenzie were being themselves. I dont mind the scene being the length it was bc of them being their authentic self. When you are being who you are the scene dont have to be long. Plus watching it didnt feel like it was short. I enjoyed the playfulness of the two. I learned something new when it comes to Kenna and her burping.
Also something I learned the other day I saw in this scene. When one person is attracted to another person you can see something when they smile they have wrinkles called crows feet wrinkles on side of the eyes. You can see that when Kenna was laughing. Like she was cracking up hard. So again I enjoyed it.

I watched the Kenna‐Kenzie video. Their interactions were sort of cute. The sex was current-day-GG style, but I found it less annoying than most Adulttime stuff. I don't really seek out either performer these days, but for those that are into them it's probably more than solid.
Switching topics, someone mentioned directors ruining the genre; I do think Bree Mills and StillsByAlan did, in a way, honestly. The way they taught performers to act on screen has been extremely detrimental due to how popular and influential their site became. But of course, it is really the market, the broadest audience, that decided that their silly over-the-top cartoon performance content is what should survive and thrive.
They also influenced how scenes are paced, the angles used, and many other things. This was all fine when the performances were good, but it became increasingly problematic as the main draw - the sex, got placed on the back burner. There is a reason why G/G peaked years ago, and this is definitely one of them.
Sweetheart Video (SHV) Release - Squirting Lesbians #7
As with Girlfriends Films, I have also been an SHV fan since their beginnings and own every lesbian-themed DVD release from them. Thanks to the direction and leadership of Mike Quasar (and with features directed by Ricky Greenwood as well), the SHV content has been superior for several years now and is top notch lesbian erotica.
For this 7th edition in the Squirting Lesbian series (presently available on VOD), the casting is 8 for 8 as you have some of the best actresses performing today.
In scene 1, Bunny Madison and Melissa Stratton look so incredibly stunning paired together, with their combined beauty being a sight to behold before they even begin any action. Both provide a very intimate scene focused on very satisfying oral action.
Scene 2 features Aiden Ashley and Lumi Ray where both providing very real, very impassioned performances. This scene is the usual fare you'll see with the We Love Girls scenes, which is of course by their design. If WLG happens to pair two of your favorites together, it has great appeal but most scenes are usually just featuring 1 popular actress with another actress you may not love but like well enough, which is OK but doesn't necessarily make for a great scene. I don't think it's going out on much of a limb to say Kenna James is a big favorite with most lesbian erotica fans since she's been so fantastic since she started. So if Kenna is a fave, you'll want to see her in action here at the very least. For me, Kenzie Taylor is fine enough but probably not an actress that would be my first choice in casting for G/G scenes as there are many other actresses that provide far more impassioned lesbian performances and are seen consistenly in G/G releases. There IS usually a lot of talking/laughing in the WLG scenes which would be better minimized if they would just make the scenes longer so that more sex action is shown. This scene is only 27m which leave barely 20 minutes of action and sorry but 20m of action in a sex scene is just not enough, never will be. I've read some comments on this page stating that they don't even view scenes that are under 30 minutes, which I fully understand. Any quality scene needs to have enough time allocated to include all of the needed elements in order to be arousing. Scenes with only a 15-20m or less length time are just inadequate to be either arousing or entertaining, IMHO.

The talking in the Kenna-Kenzie video was fine compared to the usual junk. Today is Kenna birthday so in her honor what is your fav G/G scene of hers and why?

Speaking of Kenna James, Girlsway just added a scene with her and Blake Blossom for February 1st. The scene looks good but it's let down by a stupid story (a stupid story on Girlsway? get outta town). There's also one with Penny Barber, Liz Jordan & Jill Kassidy. They've overdone it a bit with Liz's makeup. I mean, she's a naturally beautiful woman, there's no need to make her over like a dead geisha.

I don't know what my absolute #1 Kenna scene is (tbf there IS a lot of them) but one of the ones I go back to quite a lot is "My New Family pt2" with Melody Marks for All Her Luv.
