I understand that opinion completely, its definitely a cultural thing. But its hard to deny the focus on sensuality and horny-ness that Japan tries to bring in all of the porn, not just lesbian.
Absolutely your opinion and I respect it but for me, I wholeheartedly disagree with the premise of ever including a man in any G/G scene. After reading comments/feedback on many platforms over the years, to any lesbian erotica truist, including men in a lesbian scene is touching the third rail, a cardinal sin, a scene killer and the worst thing you can do to ruin a lesbian scene. I have absolutely no interest in seeing a man in any lesbian scene ever as it is completely unnecessary. Only in B/G porn should men be included, otherwise keep them out of lesbian scenes.
Those GFF scenes that did include men are also the worst quality scenes GFF made. The inclusion of men in any lesbian scene does nothing to add to the quality of the scene. I have watched a ton of lesbian erotica for several decades now, probably more than nearly all of those who read/comment regularly here and I can, without question, say that I have never seen a lesbian scene that included a man that was enjoyable.
As for Girlsway, when I was a site member, I had several discussions with one of their top Administrators and senior staff members (Frank) about this very topic and Girlsway's take on it. Frank was in the Girlsway movie The Turning, scene 6, as the husband who you may remember is seen dead on the floor by the hands of his wife (Dana Vespoli). While you can only see his feet and legs, you do not see the rest of him in the scene, because they admittedly knew that showing men in Girlsway scenes was very unpopular with Girlsway members, as shared via a great deal of members' feedback. Frank shared with me back then that Girlsway would no longer be including men in their scenes, even for storylines.
We've all been commenting lately here how lesbian porn is "not as good as it used to be" and in many cases, that's exactly right, but adding men to lesbian scenes is certainly not going to improve it. Look at Brazzers, and now Reality Kings, who are including more and more men in their recent lesbian scenes and how lousy their content has become, not just because of male inclusion but it's definitely a big part of why their content is unsatisfying.
While I do believe in the idea of "to each their own" when it comes to their personal preferences, there are just some basic elements that should remain constant, and for lesbian porn men should not be seen, mentioned or heard...imho.

^In regards to Girlsway, there was a scene with Carter Cruise where at the beginning she's on the couch making out with her boyfriend. Now to me that is taking it way too far. Afaik with most scenes that had guys in they did their best to hide their faces, which is a bit better but still not ideal. That was a great scene though with Karlee Grey. That scene was actually where I got my username from lol.

I don't really care if a dude is in a video as long as they gtfo before the sex starts. A percentage of today's content, especially from mindgeek, looks like the producers are thinking:
"You see this guy? He's watching the ladies have sex. They are doing it for him. He's you. You are him! Do you see him?"

Purchased a couple of scenes from Alex Coal on OF as she's having a sale for Valentines Day. They're both for SheSeducedMe, the first one is on the site now and the 2nd one will be soon. The first one is with Leah Gotti. I really did quite like the sex but it took WAY too long with the story. The scene was 41 minutes but there was only, I'd say, 22 minutes or so of actual sex, that is a very poor return imo. I mean, how hard is it, a girl gets stood up by her boyfriend and her friend seduces her, done. There's even a part when Leah's character flat out says "I don't like girls". The 2nd scene is with Leah Gotti, Lilly Bell and Nova Flame. This was much better, it was 10 minutes shorter but it got to the sex much quicker. A lot of positions (maybe TOO many) but it all looked incredibly sexy but the problem is, because there's so much action going on, the camera can't catch everything so I found myself wanting to see what wasn't on camera as well as what was on. For the first half it's pretty much like having 2 scenes going on at the same time and it doesn't really work. On the other hand it means there is always something sexy to look at, so there is that. I find that as long as there is a even # of women in a scene it is more likely to be good. There is an incredibly hot part where Leah is giving head to Nova while Alex is giving head to Lilly and Leah and Lilly hold hands. So it's 2 sets of girls where a girl who is giving to someone is holding hands with a girl who is receiving from someone else. I would just post a screenshot to explain it but I'm not allowed to. Anyway 2 decent scenes but the 2nd one was better.
That is sadly very true. I have always loved scenes with hot older women seducing reluctant, shy and nervous girlies but these are pretty much non existent now. It used to be what Girlfriends Films specialised in. I checked out the trailer for a Dyked (TeamSkeet) scene with Scarlett Alexis & Cassie Del Isla and Scarlett still has a medical dressing on her boob from her surgery. I also watched the latest scene for FamilyHookups with Chanel Camryn & Coco Lovelock. All I can say is, I'm glad my sub ends soon. It has that editing shit like the last scene I mentioned a few weeks ago. I assume how they do it is they cut camera to set up the next position because it seems to happen between positions, now to me that sounds like the wrong way to film a scene. They do all that and they STILL fuck it up, there's a moment where during a transition you can see Coco look at the camera ready to stop. I definitely know what you mean. But unfortunately thats how it can be when a performer is on set with certain studios. I remember the story Sinn told about when she worked for a studio that the director was telling her how to go down on her scene partner. It wasnt the way she wanted to do it. Lets just say she never worked for that studio again. So its like some studios and directors can ruin a performer in how they are doing in their scenes. So when we see that same performer in another scene for another studio or if they are doing their own thing for their own platform and it look totally different we just have to remind ourselves of that.
Thats why for me Im starting to lean more towards certain studios but mainly self made performer content. That seems more like the real them than anything and the content seems to be way better and refreshing. Yes it might cost a bit more but its worth it. As I always say I want quality over quantity. Give me two great scenes that cost more over ten ok scenes that are cheaper.

Anyone recall a late-2000s star named Chayse Evans? Went down a rabbit hole recently, woman was an extremely ferocious gg performer. 3. To the extent that it's genuine, it suggests an alternative that is very problematic. One, many lesbian and bisexual women are attractive to masculine presenting women, who of course will clash badly with many male viewers' preferences. Two, porn is entertainment. It's not meant to be realistic, and in fact it's entertaining precisely because it has many unrealistic elements (of course it must have some realistic elements too). How many people want to watch a Superbowl played by realistic Americans, who are mostly overweight or obese? How many people want to watch a realistic TV show about cops, who will spend probably half of their time typing up reports?
4. I have not purchased any OF content, but this talk of OF being "this is how that particular female have sex in real life. Not to put on a show for the viewers" is extremely puzzling to me. Am I really to believe that having a camera in front of you and knowing that the recording will be watched by thousands of others will have no impact on one's actions? Am I really to believe that when these women have sex in their private lives, they regularly negotiate a payment beforehand? Are the videos not performances for sale?
One may prefer the sort of videos they see on OF for whatever reason as a matter of personal taste, and that's a perfectly valid opinion. For example, as discussed in this video, on an Adult Time production, there are 8 or more people besides the performers themselves, including director, producer, camera crew (1-3), sound engineer, lighting design, production manager, photographer, makeup artist. And this is not even including post-production personnel. They all contribute in some ways to what the final video looks like. If someone's idea of good porn is just two women recording themselves on their iphone and then posting it straight up to OF, that's fine. One may even justifiably call it more "authentic" as it cuts out all those other people. But at the end of day it's still a performance, it's still the equivalent of professional sports or TV shows, just with less budget.
Yeah I have to agree. In the past Twistys does have more of its own identity. Its best videos are "Girl Crush," where the women are made to look very glamorous, and just have sex without any preamble. This trend toward more quasi-normal looking clothing coupled with brief (crazy) stories makes it look more like a Brazzers video.
