Gamma and Mindgeek GG sites try too hard to be childlike and stupid, and conversely, Wowgirls etcetera related brands are aiming for a classy look and feel, but they direct the performers to move extremely slowly to the point that it is comical. If you don't believe me, go back and rewatch the early days of Bus Stops, Lesbian Psychodramas, Women Seeking Women, Lesbian Triangles, Road Queen, Lesbian Bridal Stories, Pin Up Girls, Please Make Me Lesbian (the first 12 editions especially), Imperfect Angels, Bad Lesbian and Fashion House. You'll definitely find examples of content that you wouldn't want to rewatch again.
With that said, GFF overall has provided superior lesbian erotica these last 20 years and I personally feel it still does. In some aspects, you can make the case that GFF content has never been better than it is now. Can anyone single out another current lesbian content maker that compares to GFF in the following aspects?

If you look at GFF as a whole, the entire collection, the probable average of memorable, quality content that is worth rewatching is most likely around 1-2 scenes per feature. Take the recent GFF release Lesbian Crime Stories 7 as an example. For me, I would grade the first 2 scenes as a C+, the 3rd scene as a B- and the 4th scene as an A- ; overall a solid grade for a feature that had only 2 A-List actresses out of 8 actresses in it. The latest GFF edition, Lesbian Sex 27, really stands out though because all 8 actresses are A-Listers, providing IMO 4 quality, memorable and rewatchable A-grade scenes.
To sum up, I feel today's GFF content gets more negative criticism than it deserves. It's still my #1 favorite source of the best lesbian content made today and I sure hope GFF can keep it going for another 20 years and more (with the continual hope that both toys of any kind, along with excessively-tattooed actresses, are featured as little as possible).
