I would not want to pay money to see women any older than about 38, unless they still have real breasts and still look good (would make exceptions for performers who seem to like pussy). Meant to reply to this a while ago. It can be good and bad, but the nice thing about it is that it leans a lot less cartoony and silly than the sites that regularly produce GG. A good bit of what I have seen from LustCinema/XConfessions looks closer to sex than to the routine standard porn behavior. The downside of it is that a good bit of the content can still be contrived and over-produced, even if it's not as silly and dumb as Adulttime/RealityKings tubesite-style content. LustCinema/XConsfessions can be just as much not-about-sex as anything - it is still scripted sex - but in a more artsy-fartsy way. The performers sometimes still act within the realm of the uncanny valley because they are still focused on theatre, but the site's stuff is overall less childish than average.
Basically, there's stuff to like, but sometimes the artsyness can be a turnoff, the same as any kind of overproduction.

Hard to say the sites don't cast 30-somethings.
Now, if I am going to be 100% honest, actual numbered age aside, I do think some of these performers are more attractive than some others, regardless of what their reported age is. That said, I don't think beauty factors in that much because there is a ton of variance between what one person finds attractive and what the next person finds attractive.
As far as quality of performances, there was a period in the early 2010s where looking like you enjoy sex with women might have mattered a little in GG, but that era is long gone already and is still pedal-to-the-metal speeding away rapidly. Serene Siren is objectively one of those performers who can appear to be sexually interested in the physical actions involved in GG porn. She is a good performer, but that doesn't matter.
Also, porn awards are nonsense in the same way casting qualifications are nonsense. I can point you to a "GG performers of the year" showcase that features a woman who did maybe one GG video that year and probably not many more than that since then. (What was that I just said about availability?) Porn awards are just the same as that video, arbitrary nonsense. Further, they don't matter as to whether you get cast on a site.
What is most likely happening is some kind of interpersonal thing. She might have made someone in charge at Slayed/Vixen annoyed. I believe the biggest factor in the studio porn industry is how well a lady kowtows to the right people. This is a review of the second scene of the Elegant Angel's Lesbian Performers of the Year 2024, between Freya Parker and Lauren Phillips. Overall a solid scene with very good elements but not great.
Once again we start with dancing and interview in very sexy lingerie. One thing is that they definitely spend the money on hair and makeup and costume in these movies. The conversation between them touch on a few interesting things.
