Should start by saying I am not a Legal Porno fan and do not consume their content, but I'm not on a crusade against them either. That said, a broader point remains...with these controversial companies (and it is controversial as evidenced by the sometimes contentious dialogue on this board and elsewhere about it), fans always point to some performer's positive statements to discount the notion that anything fucked up is going on. Detractors do the same: use negative testimonies from performers to portray it as a horrible company, ignoring performers who worked for them willingly and insist they enjoyed it. This is fallacious. One performer's statements, negative or positive, are indicative of her own experiences and can't be dismissed or canceled out by anyone else. I don't know if Legal Porno is a generally unethical company or not but any company that has this kind of chatter around it gives me serious pause as a porn consumer. I don't like their kind of content anyway because it does absolutely nothing for me, but that's down to personal taste. If the performer quoted above says she loved the experience I take it at face value until she says otherwise. I don't know so I'm not going to project my own assumptions onto her. But her comments aren't the final word. I hope it is a decent company since a lot of people seem to like what they're doing but the acts they specialise in and the extreme sexual acrobatics that performers push their bodies to engage in lend themselves to some amount of negative feedback and controversy and that's been the case for every company that has made extreme sex its speciality. I haven't seen any negative statements from performers regarding LP, any links? Most of the negative statements here seem to be regarding the quality of their content and their roots in piracy. Regardless, someone saying good things about them wouldn't disprove someone who said negative things. Now that Trump signed the "Enough is Enough" anti-porn pledge, I think his stance on porn is clear.
