But I have also a feeling that brazzers don't whant this case to go to a court case and Nikki have a couple of options either just let the contract run it's course and she can say she will not do any more scenes with brazzers but I really don't think brazzers care as they over 80 scenes featuring here and it's not like they're in hurry to release anymore scenes of here. And it's a different thing blasting a company over twitter then a fellow pornstar. So if brazzers doesn't whant to be in the lawsuit it may be diffecult to patch thingsup between nikki and brazzers, and she can't shoot with anybody else as long as she is under contract with them. And the only major studio left which doesn't have a bunch of scenes with here is the blacked/tushy sites and I guess that would be here next move to get a contract with that site after here brazzers contract runs out. One thing I've always wondered is whether a pornstar, male or female, could get a fair day in court. The general public is likely predisposed to harbor all kinds of erroneous beliefs and stereotypes about pornstars. The guys are predatory scumbags, the girls are greedy whores, that sort of thing. And is their body of work as performers fair game to be introduced into evidence? Can an average juror tell the difference between performance and reality? We often have ardent porn fans who sign up to this forum who seemingly cannot. How would Tony T.'s history of rough scenes color a jury's perceptions? What about any rougher scenes of Nikki's? Then there will be character witnesses on both sides, testifying on their experiences both positive and negative with Benz and Tony T. Seems like it would be a mess for all involved. Of course this assumes that it ever gets to trial. I bet Brazzers and Benz will settle before it gets that far. Mind you, a settlement wouldn't be an admission of wrong doing on their part. When I read it yesterday, it did seem like the author was under the impression that Ramon was still a party; now there's no reference to Ramon except that he was a performer in one of the scenes. With regard to the jury demand, it's routine. If you don't say you want a jury trial at the outset, you waive it. [Link]

Click to expand juries don't like porn women most of the time, but TOny T has so much rough footage out there they won't like him either. Yes, it would be a mess of trying to make the other person look like the most depraved and vile human on earth. Certainly they will settlement if this suit actually has legs and/or if Tony has the footage and she is not saying stop.... And, without her even filing a police report, she doesn't have much to stand on . The question will always be "if you were raped and came forward publicly, why no contact with law enforcement?". Not reporting to police works if you are not coming forward at all (most go unreported), but she came public immediately and then didn't do anything with the police so it smells bad for her too. Tony likely has a case because he lost his job over it, and probably the calls from other companies have dried up a lot too. I felt the same way with Stoya. If you are courageous enough to come forward about it, make a damn police report otherwise it is hard to take it with credibility. Twitter is not the place to accuse people without an investigation or gathering of evidence and then walk away while the accused suffers huge losses.
