In anticipation of this new video, I will do a rewatch of the latest "classic" Mason movie that I can find (I take it you mean the Club 59 days). According to ADT, the last one is Girl Crush 3 (released on 2/13/2013). Unfortunately I do not have access to that. The one I do have access to is the one before that -- Dani (released on 5/23/2012). It's in fact the winner of 2013 AVN Best All-Girl Release. Remarkably, this is almost exactly 10 years old. As it is so old, I can't just assume everyone will be familiar with it. If anyone doesn't know, suffice to say during those 2-3 years (2010-2013), about 10 g/g movies came out of Elegant Angel under the "Club 59" imprint, primarily directed by Mason. They arguably look and feel like nothing that came before it, and nothing since. No, this is definitely not one of those "back in my day" conversations. This is just meant to be a Mason refresher.

For the uninitiated, below is a clumsily made collage of the five women involved. Starting from the bottom left and going clockwise, they are Veronica Avluv, Dani Daniels, Skin Diamond, Georgia Jones, and Holly Michaels.

Note that this movie had already been viewed on ADT by multiple reviewers. Also note that this is what I consider a "rewatch" not a "review" since my comments will be more about my overall impressions rather than specific opinions about specific parts of the scene. In addition, there's no plot/setup at all, so there's no line to match to a screenshot. So all of them will be a "photodump" of all the screenshots I find interesting. I will just be offering some general commentaries.

Due to the number of screenshots, I will split this post into four parts, one for each scene.

Scene 1. Dani Daniels, Georgia Jones

Overall the scene quality is certainly what kids today will call S-tier. It may be the most "vanilla" of all the scenes -- there's a "minimalist" air to everything (in movement, in sound), yet one can witness the pleasure in every desperate kiss and hard exhalation. This makes it perhaps the most unique scene in the movie.

There are quite a few very interesting things about this scene. I'm not saying they are what made the scene great (there's no one right way to have sex, and there is no one right way to film sex; in fact other scenes in this video will make this clear), but they do stand out to me as rather different from many more modern productions. In no particular order:

- No distinct foreplay phase. They go almost directly into oral sex. But then during "breaks" they will do all the sort of things that are typically considered foreplay.

- No penetrative sex. Sex consists almost entirely of oral and some rubbing (by finger or thigh). Even finger-penetration is absent.

- Very quiet. There are certainly vocalizations of gasps, moans. But overall it's very subdued, even during orgasms.

- No closeup of the vagina during oral sex. There is not even any "requirement" for a clear shot -- the camera doesn't seem to care much if the view is obstructed.

- Dani firmly rubs herself against Gerogia's thigh, but there's no attempt at tribbing (if tribbing is defined as genital-to-genital contact).

- The scene is not short, but also not that long: from the time kissing starts until it fades to black, it's about 35 minutes. As a reference, for the latest two GFF movies that I've reviewed, the equivalent time is about 40-45 minutes.

I would say this scene is just as good as the first one, which surprised me because Holly is certainly not as well known as Georgia Jones as a g/g performer. Most of the things I said about Scene 1 still hold true, with the following exceptions/modifications.

- Both do penetrate each others with two fingers vigorously, though relatively briefly.

- Face-sitting is a much bigger component, especially with Holly sitting on Dani's face. In fact, she vigorously rubs herself against Dani's mouth. But Dani would get her "revenge" later by holding onto Holly's thighs, "clamping" her mouth onto Holly's pussy and not let go. Interestingly, it seems to me, each scene is less "minimalist" and a bit "harder" than the previous one. If so, is this intended?

- On the initial screenshot with Skin's back to the viewer in front of two paintings: in the interview with Dani at the end of the previous scene, she mentioned that she was an amateur painter and an avid art lover.

- Dani is still trying to keep quiet, but Skin is a more vocal girl. They both finger each other hard and tribbing also plays a much more prominent role.

- Once again Dani proves masterful at having other girls sitting on her face. I've wondered before how you can get a good camera angle for that. She and Mason have shown that sometimes you should just stop worrying and learn to love the obscured angle, as long as the girl on the bottom is genuinely having a feast, and the girl on top is genuinely loving every second of it.

Let's talk opening for a moment: it's really interesting that they are all quite different. The 2nd and 3rd scene with Holly and Skin play out like the typical "porn" opening, with a long "tease" sequence where the women dress very sexily and pose with each other. The first scene with Georgia is quite different: Dani is dressed like a flasher (big sunglasses, trenchcoat, with nothing underneath) who walks into a hotel room, where the startling beautiful Georgia is in bed dressed in a relatively modest nightgown (not really lingerie) waiting for her. Upon reflection, it looks almost like a married couple deciding to rekindle the flame by playing out a mildly kinky fantasy -- again quite fitting with the most "naturalistic" scene of the whole movie.

Here it's again totally different. This one opens with an interview where both talk about their first time experience with a woman (another note on the interview: the interviewer is silent; we learn the question from the answers -- I find this to be a very appealing approach). It turns out for both it was with an older, more experienced woman. Then we jump into foreplay and sex, no tease at all.

- As appropriate (Veronica being older), unlike the previous three scenes, Dani takes a bit of backseat (at least at the beginning) at receiving pleasure.

- This is clearly the "hardest" scene of the four. There is some tribbing, but mostly it's Veronica using her fingers and tongue on Dani with no mercy. It looks like at least twice Dani has to take a pause because she was too sensitive. Also here she finally gets loud (who can blame her?) But Dani does try to give as good as she gets.

- Another characteristic of the scene, which in fact applies to the other three as well, is that it doesn't feel like there's a defined sequence of positions. I'm sure they talk about it in general terms before filming starts, but it just feels like they go through various positions at their own whim, very often ending up repeating the same positions whenever they feel like it.

- Once again, capturing the perfect angle is repeatedly sacrificed for capturing the moment of sexual excitement.

Well there you have it. Let's see if the new scene will look like any of the above (again note that the above four scenes are NOT all the same, with the sharpest contrast between the first and last scene).

Back in the day GFF used to have classics alot bc of who was regularly in their scenes. Then one day they decided to just start pouring in a ton of fresh faces at once and they still have tons of fresh faces regularly. For me I felt great with still have regulars sprinkled in with fresh faces. Lezfan, maybe arrogantly, I don't think it's a case of not having seen these new performers enough. I think I can tell if they are game by the third scene at max lol.

I think part of what happened is we have lost a lot of talent. Our bomb-ass twenty-somethings from the early 2010s who should be our bomb-ass 30-somethings leading the genre have all moved on. I am very glad for them really, but they are missed. WHERE IS GEORGIA??? lol
