For me alot of the names that were mentioned is who I agree with. For me, I think that Serene Siren & Lacy Lennon are on their own level right now. I think both are going to go down as a couple of the all-time great G/G performers when their time is done. If you forced me to rank one over the other at the moment, I'd have to give a slight edge to Lacy. Serene's background as a yogini and that incredibly flexibility really allows her to shine, but the thing I appreciate most about Lacy is her consistent passion and the fact that she rarely gets sucked into that over-the-top screaming during her scenes which is sadly very common and can really take you out of the performance.

I believe Gamma just technically owns the website. It has been a Gamma website for a while. I mean, I don't think VOD sales go to Gamma or that Gamma owns the content. ^I think it costs a ton to start a site, so a performer would have to get an existing company to trust them with directing. GFF has previously let Serene Siren direct and I think Lacy Lennon gets to kinda-sorta direct for them currently.
