That "xarr" character is claiming to have suspended BiBi's original account; hopefully BiBi will get it and her army of followers back without having to rebuild it. I assume that - under a different name - Xarr is begging Mike South to keep their name off of his list. I think they just do it for the lolz; Xarr has a number of sock puppet accounts, and also seems to be behind the fake Bristol Palin account, too.

tl;dr some hater got BiBi's twitter account temporarily suspended; they have a long history of being an internet douche.
