I think so, could give you examples. One well-known girl from LA is a real good buddy of an well-known girl from LV, they both do a lot together and support each other by promoting each other constantly.
IDK, I am old, got time, spent real much money too on OF, especially bc of Covid, insteed of making vacations I spend the money there. I have subs with real well-known long-term stars. I do not mention names, I can puchase videos, who are only to find on the talent's site. IMHO they are all rich, got houses for over $ 600 and so on. Now on making money. One real famous performer told me in summer 2021 about getting 30K or more fans on OF. IDK if they pay the monthly fee. But if, just take her $5 and multiply it with 30K, each month, that is real much money, another famous lady got nearly the same. But I think both are in the TOP 20 of porn stars since about 10 years and made millions. One girl got also an exclusive contract with Brazzers, which means high paying for each shot. So maybe Mia Malkova was not wrong, but in the end, for me it doesn't matter. I am chatting on OF with the talent and be sure in all cases, except one, writing with the peformer herself, but of course, much money, my bias. And that's it. I totally agree, BTW, with nearly all comments on this topic here, pandemic, Covid was surely a game changer for OF and for the talent. Getting more indipendent from companies.
^Yes and magically this is another Australian woman. At this point I would say that Australia is the World Leader when it comes to making OF millionaires.
^ Oh, so outside of Australia unknown women aren't openly bragging about making tens of thousands plus a month on OF?
Something else I've wondered: How do media outlets find out about all these unknown women making tens of thousands a month on OF?
This is in addition to my complete bafflement over why any performer making millions from punter payments would openly brag about it. As for it being exaggerated or total BS, this isn't like some pyramid scheme hawker lying in private conversations about making huge money; this is being stated on public forums next to their name.
"The numbers reached astronomical heights in June with Gracie saying she had made half a million dollars in one month."
"A figure most of us can only dream of earning in a year, let alone a month, saw Gracie opt to upgrade her ride. Trading in her second-hand Mustang, Gracie outlaid $350,000 in cold hard cash for a brand new Mercedes Benz"
So are you saying things like these are actually paid ads from OF?
This one probably not, as it's not a pure puff piece, and the girl is not a nobody. I give her credit for at least showing the goods. So many of the other girls show nothing.
^ I don't think paying 350k for a car counts as a wise investment.
And again I ask, why would a performer, who makes their money from people paying a monthly subscription to view their content, openly brag about dropping 350,000 cash for a new Mercedes? This all sounds like some weird pyramid scheme to me.
If she's pointing that out in her OF feed, that would definitely be weird, but if strictly for the article, she could just be proud of her accomplishment and showing it off. She is a race car driver.
^ Ummm, not performers. Famous actors and musicians rarely talk about the money they earn; and in fact go to great lengths to try and hide it - as they know this will alienate them from their fan base.
If that is the case, please provide examples where a performer, someone who earns their money from people paying to see their art, have openly bragged like all these OF performers currently are.
I've been told that rappers do it, but not following that scene, I'm not really familiar with it.
^ As mentioned rappers, professional sports athletes, a future and now ex President (he is also an entertainer) talks up his wealth all the time.
Also, musicians (especially in the 70s and 80s) use to talk up their wealth all the time albeit a bit indirectly by being photographed in their mansions or in front of their luxury cars etc.
Point of note, money talks, wealth whispers. Wealthy people don't brag about their spending habits, quite the opposite. They don't pay $350K in cash for cars even though they can afford it. Same with houses, they finance and they have their people paying the bills for them. Why? Because they make a higher rate of return elsewhere.
And yes there are exceptions to the rule, so I don't need examples to contradict my overall theme.
The OF star who brags about how much they may or may not make on monthly subs is seeking attention. Some of those paying attention to articles such as this one could be, mmmm I don't know, the IRS, or a related agency. If I were a snubbed suitor of this woman and a tax collection agency employee, I might just say to my boss, "let's check this one out!"
Women seem obsessed with wanting to believe that their favourite female celebrities are just like them.
On female-oriented outlets, you'll see multi-millionaire female singers and actors being interviewed by other women, and they go all to these extreme lengths to claim that they are really just regular people. That they are self-conscious about their body, they get up in the middle of the night to tend to a baby, they go to the supermarket.
I've never heard a guy talking about a favourite multi-millionaire sports star, action star or rock star and say: "I wonder if he goes to the supermarket just like me?".
^Oh yeah, I always like the staged shot of the girl sitting in the stage set of a private jet surrounded by "name" brand bags like she just was shopping. What I really like though is when someone recognizes them online an calls them out with a real shot. Oh well.
Back to OF topic: has anyone subscribed to Denise Richards or Sami Sheen's OF and how was it?
When an OnlyFans star requires a tip before they will send you a video, how long do you typically need to wait after tipping them? I am receiving subsequent email solicitations from them to spend more money on other things, but still no video after four days. What do I do if I send them a reminder and they still don't respond?
Good for her. If someone is going to pay, let her make it. How much has John Stagliano or the countless men who no one pays to see made off the backs of the 100s of thousands of women who have done porn? Now that women can monetize their own bodies we have a problem with it? She has a very small window to make a ton of cash! Let her do it!
^^Do you mean John Stagliano the owner of Evil Angel. A studio he started nearly 3 decades before OF was even a thing? Are you telling me that you believe that John and every other porn producer are the only ones to make money off the back of the countless women who worked for them? Are you implying that OF isn't doing the same? You do know that porn producers pay performers and not the other way around. Agents and OF are the ones who charge performers. In the case of agents the rate varies but 10% to 15% is common while OF charges 20%. I would say that OF is a pretty expensive partner seeing as they keep 20 cents out of every dollar the performer makes.
I'm all for supporting our favorite models but I don't think joining their OF account is necessarily the way to go since ultimately only minuscule amount of them will make a decent salary from OF due to the staggering amount of competition. I also can't help but feel that C4S and Many Vids already offer performers the ability to upload their own videos so why would performers instead use a platform specifically designed to hide the content from possible customers?
P.S: You might want to take a look at this below 2021 Forbes article on the owner of OF. He doesn't come out looking all that nice.
Look, I'm not questioning the performers, but much like musicians and the streaming sites, drivers and Uber etc. isn't the reality that we need to take what performers on OF are saying about the platform with a grain of salt? OF is a private organisation; they can remove a performer at any time, for any reason. With that reality, are performers on OF really going to publicly say anything negative about it?
^ "various [people who do it] have spoken positively of this. They said it gives them independence and control ... work with who they wish or solo ... work from their territory, and do only what they wish to. They can portray themselves how they decide to and let their personalities and interests shine. They no longer have to work just for ... companies ... .They also have a lot of flexibility in terms of what they can do"
Ummm, isn't this what pyramid scheme sellers tell people when they are trying to recruit them?

What I noticed when I looked at a list of famous and successful OF models - 80% of the ladies are busty/curvy. When I compare that to professional porn, I(?) get the impression that 80% of the ladies are skinny and flat. I wonder if this is a false impression and if not, what the reasons are.
Ummm, I'm not having it. This is about sex workers' autonomy and safety, not pyramid schemes. I don't know how that's even comparable.
Some fans complain of being ripped off. Though I'm not justifying this, it can in some cases be up to interpretation. For example, they may consider a performer charging them just for chatting to be ripping them off. However, the performer may see this as compensating them for their time. Some fans take up a lot of time and ask many questions (some of which sexual). Thus, an argument can be made that they should compensate the performers as a courtesy without the performer having to ask them to.
Also, when a porn performer catches an STD/STI, it's all too often blown off as just a risk of the job. This is used to dismiss safety precautions or concerns about unusually risking sexual activities that the performer might not be informed of until they arrive on set. Performers have also been blamed for this, which is really a systemic issue. What if we were to respond this way to customers who complain of being ripped off, by saying "oh well, it's just a risk you take" and then blame them for it. Not to excuse ripping people off. Just saying that getting an STD/STI is arguably a more serious issue and less subjective.
^I'm sure Simon can and will reply to your post but I would like to give it a go. I don't think the term performer should be applied to all models OF account because I'm not so sure that there is all that much performing inside. How many past/present porn performers OF account actually contain original porn content? How many OF models offer porn content? I don't know the answer but it wouldn't surprise me to hear that more than a few mostly only offer nude solo content. Now that can be considered porn but it would be the ultra vanilla kind and unlikely to be the kind that many porn fans were hoping when they first signed up.
Never having joined OF then I may be way off but from reading various comment from fans who joined OF and felt cheated. The recurring theme seems to be that they feel cheated when the model promised them something within a time limit and that time limit is significantly exceeded or they hoped to see the model do things inside her OF account that she has/had never done elsewhere. That last one if likely the biggest appeal for many porn fans and the reason why I think OF is more of a con than anything else but it's only immoral; and not illegal. Now if a fan complains that he/she has to pay to get to spend some time with a a model then that's on them because the models time is precious and if she is going to dedicated a certain amount to a fan then he/she should expect to have to form money for her to do so
I completely agree with you on the hazards porn performers face every time they have unprotected sex with a male performer on a porn set. Which is why I have always been a pro-condom advocate. Sadly I'm in the minority even among the industry but I still hope that one day it's mandatory because I am certain that more than a few models quit the industry because they kept getting an STI or got the kind that has no cure.
In this context, my focus is more on sex workers' autonomy and safety than counterbalancing the positives with negatives of working on OF.
It can be different from a fan's perspective and a performer's perspective. Fans don't necessarily know what goes on behind the scenes like performers do. Though I haven't worked for OF, I do camming, so I can connect with the comments some OF performers have said concerning being able to work for ourselves, create our own profiles how we decide to, and so on. Bringing up negatives doesn't erase this. However, I have also expressed negatives of camming, such pressure things for free without compensation (or just trying to take up a lot of our time), body shaming, slut-shaming, trolling, making the same demand repeatedly, and so on. Because viewers can be anonymous, that makes it easier to do this. However, I notice a lot less of this than when I started camming 20 years ago and much more respectful interactions overall. Also, it has become easier to permanently block people, though I've rarely had to do this recently.
Additionally, there's typically no base salary in camming and to my understanding, this is also the case with OF. This doesn't necessarily mean a bad overall income; but we only get paid for private shows, tips, selling photos, videos, or other items. Otherwise, we don't get paid in free chat. However, I'm not complaining because I realize this is how it goes when we work for ourselves and overall, I'm pleased with how I do. I don't work for the cam sites, but rather they provide a platform for me to cam.
Will never support girls who can't preview what they're selling with at least a screenshot, gif or video sample.
They either lack common sense or have dumb boyfriends/husbands who have zero business skills.
Pay $10 or $20 for something (usually a single vid) I don't know what it is? I don't blind buy anything ever.
Girls who have bundles for the same price unsurprisngly are more successful.
Bought one bundle for 15 bucks that had 17 videos of the genre I wanted. Running time for the videos ranged from 5 to 20 minutes each all in HD and not crappy lighting.
Chatting is useless since you're not actually talking to the performer but a proxy who is hired to help manage their account. I feel sorry for anyone who's lonely or desperate and genuinely thinks the performer is always reading their messages (which requires tipping to be a priority)
^ I think there is the big misconception about chatting with the performers in the DMs. Does alot of performers have services that will chat with the sub most if not all the time? Yes. But there are plenty of performers who answer their own DMs. How do I know? Bc I've experienced it.
Right off top Sinn Sage is someone who chat with her subs. You ask what are the signs? Well for starters you don't get quick response all the time. I'll send Sinn a message and it will take her days to read and respond. If she is super busy it will take her a week or so to read and respond. And she really take the time to really respond. Not a quick few words or emojis but actually have a lengthy response to have a real convo.
Another one is April O'Neil. If you sub to her she will say on her page to treat the DMs like you are sending an email. You send an a message and wait for her to reply bc she is one person. Again Ive experienced it. I sent her a message about wanting to get content. I knew she was busy with Exxotica and it took her nearly two weeks but she finally read and got back with me with the content I wanted.
I personally feel like most performers wouldn't have services if the subs just be patient. The lack of patience from subs overwhelms the performers and they feel like they have to get service to answer DMs quickly. If you want to talk to the real performer you have to find out which ones really run their own account. Then just be patient. Understand it might take days if not weeks for that performer to respond back even if you tip. Now tipping and being a regular supporter helps you in terms of that performer getting back with you quicker and more often. Plus being respectful and understanding goes a long way too. But in general the performer is one person and there are hundreds upon thousands of messages. Again find the performers who run their own account, tip them, and just be patient if you really want to get to talk to the real performers. I enjoy talking to Sinn. I've talked with Alina Lopez and she was super sweet to chat with that one time. Abi is also awesome to chat with. I feel like if I have problems I can go to Abi and Sinn and talk to them and they help me. Like those are my go to when I want to chat but usually I don't chat much in general outside of Sinn and Abi. Usually if I hit the DMs it's to ask for content or compliment the performer on something I liked from them.
It's understandable if its happens once or maybe 2 times if it takes several weeks to get an answer, but it absolutely should not be normalize. Especially when I see them being online every single day and this multiple times a day. Some performers use the excuse to not have 'time' or didn't which lack professionalism, you want to make money you have to take the time to get into your days and engage, not just one word answers That's for sex work is real work
^ Some performers can seem shady but again not all of them are shady. It's edge understandable if it takes a performer weeks sometimes to respond. Again if you want to talk to the real performer then that performer has hundreds if not thousands of other messages to answer, customs to film, regular content to film, all the other things they do to help run their OF the best way for them and their fans plus they still have a normal life. Not to mention if they are shooting mainstream they have that schedule as well.
So we can't expect performers to answer us within the day or even days. It could take weeks but we have to be patient, understanding, and respectful. We know it's the real person we are talking too as well and it's worth the wait. I'd rather wait weeks to chat with Sinn than get a quick reply from someone pretending to be the performer I subbed too. Then complain about how it's not the person I thought I was talking too. Now a sexting session is different. That has to be arranged and stuff by the sub and the performer. But just a regular chat in the DMs it's understandable if the performer don't get back with you quick. And it don't matter if it seems like she is always online. They still have a lot going on while some if not a lot of subs are just hanging around waiting for a reply back.
Thats your standards and that's fine Understand this it's a business and not a little playground to answer whenever you want/feel like There is no excuse to not answer dm's or uploading when money is involved. Either you're all in or don't do it at all, few Understand that and operate in such manners, no engagement makes you lose fans over time, because you don't feel like doing anything. I bet that most big tippers get an answer real quick and get more engagement from their creators
There was one guy who didn't received his custom video that should have been delivered to him and he had to wait literally a whole year to finally get it and the video wasn't even done well, that's your majority of the creators out there, doing bare minimum work and just doing it all lazy I have ordered a lot of customs so I know how common and frustrating it can be, communication took forever, certain paid requests were strictly ignored, it doesn't matter if its a pornstar, camgirl or amateurs As a creator you have think long and hard if you really want to put the work in Not half or just getting by type of effort
If Only Fans is anything like the live camming sites, it's important to understand many of the performers or models are not major pornstars and might not have the resources to hire somebody to reply to DMs. Some might not have a partner to do this either. Some may prefer to respond themselves. Some people on here have brought up "big name" performers or models speaking about how they're making so much money. Yet, many are not such big names, might not earn enough on OF to make a living, and may work other full-time jobs. This affects the amount of time available to reply to DMs and how fast they can do this.
I can see how somebody who is getting masses of DMs a day may need extra time to respond, especially if they're doing this themselves. They may be able to just designate a limited amount of time a day to respond to DMs and may still be on messages from a couple of weeks ago.
As a live cammer, most of the people who communicate with me do so while I'm camming. However, I sometimes get DMs when I'm offline, but I'm no major star and the amount of DMs is at a level that I can just respond on my own- usually by the next day. However, if somebody is DM-ing me so much that it interferes with me responding to other people or getting other things done, I'll stop responding to that person. If the behavior doesn't stop, I'll block them. From my experience, when people behave in such ways on cam sites, they aren't typically paying customers and are just taking up our time and taking our time away from other people.
I want to caution any fans using or planning to use OnlyFans based on my experience as a consumer. I sent tips to two different creators for content that was promised in their posts. I never received the content from either one. I contacted Support who asked me to send screenshots of the posts that I tipped. Well, guess what. The posts have disappeared into thin air. I suspect these creators created their posts, collected tips and then deleted the posts, leaving us tippers with no evidence of our transactions. The OnlyFans FAQ mentions that a tip is a "voluntary contribution" and no guarantee that you will receive the promised content. I'm going to wait to see how OnlyFans responds, but I'm getting ready to dispute the charges with my credit card bank.

Its definitely a business but it cant be a two way street. We cant complain about performers having services and getting to their subs quickly but its not them we really talking too then turn around and complain when the real performer who runs their own account cant get to their subs fast enough bc they have so many DMs to answer, customs to shoot, content to make, and still manage to live their normal everyday life. So if we want to find that performer who runs their own account then we have to understand that there are many of us but one of them so it might take them some time to get back with us in the DMs or take awhile to get our customs done.
Now you are talking about certain performers who are shady at best in getting customs done. One of the biggest pet peeves of mine is lumping a few shady performers in with every performer on onlyfans especially when it comes to customs. Ive had experience three times with customs and each time was great. Twice with Abigail Mac and once with Whitney Wright. The first time with Abi I had no idea what I wanted and she talked me through it and she literally took my custom order early that day and I got the custom later that night. It was perfect. The second time I went to her I had an idea of what I wanted bc it was my birthday. She did everything I wanted and delivered it as soon as the clock struck my birthday. Even wished me happy birthday on twitter too at that time. So again everything was perfect. With Whitney it took some time bc I had to order a costume for the custom. I first had to wait till my funds came in to send to Whitney after we was discussing my custom. Then I had to order the costume from Amazon which it took some time for it to get to Whitney. Then she was in the process of moving which I already knew at the time. So it took months but she kept me update along the way so I always knew step by step what was going on. She never gave me the run around or nothing. Then she finally did the custom which were cosplay pic sets and they were fantastic.
I honestly feel like most people complain about horrible custom experiences just pick the wrong performers. You have to scout performers and understand which ones do the best jobs. You cant just randomly pick someone in hopes everything work out. Sadly that wont be the case bc there are performers who are shady. There are performers who really dont like doing customs but do them anyway bc its easy money. There are performers who do have horrible and I mean horrible services that make the custom experience terrible. So even if its your fav performer you still have to factor in those things. Again Ive been fortunate enough to have great experiences with customs and Ive also heard of other performers who are great at doing customs. Nobody is perfect even the best ones go through things in life that have them behind on customs but at least they communicate regularly with their subs until their customs are done. Again it just comes down to us being patient and understanding which I feel like many people arent. They think bc they sub for $5 or even for free they can be entitled. You still have to be respectful. And most importantly, I cant stress this enough, find the good performers to sub too. Its not hard if you talk to others who have experience with subbing to different performers. Obviously my experiences and preferences will be different than yours. My idea of who I think is good might be different than yours but it will give you a general idea of the performer and if that performer has tendencies of being shady, bad, etc... so you can decide to stay far away from their onlyfans.
^^ Sounds like a shady performer to me. I wonder who that performer is? We all have bad experiences on onlyfans. Ive had some bad experiences too. It doesnt mean the experience as a whole on onlyfans is bad. Again one of my biggest pet peeves is when someone say they had a bad experience with one or a few performers on onlyfans and then say onlyfans as a whole is bad. If you find that one great performer on onlyfans its definitely worth staying. And its not hard to find that one great performer. There are plenty of them. Trust me I know. And you are talking to someone who was so hesitant for so long to even join onlyfans. When I finally did and start finding great performers to sub too I love it.
Some of the OF workers use timed posts, pre-set to disappear after a certain amount of hours/days/whatever. Some use it for their cross-promotional posts so they won't become too excessssive over time. Others use it to recycle content and limit the availability of back catalog archive. Others use it for limited time offers.
^ Thanks for the explanation of why posts might disappear. However, I would think that the post should remain visible to those of us who tipped it. And when looking at the tips I've sent, I think there should be a link back to the post. The way it is now, it simply shows who you tipped and nothing else.
If the creator remains unresponsive and OnlyFans says I have no other recourse, then I will reveal that creator's identity.
To anyone planning to tip for content, I strongly suggest you take a screenshot of the post after tipping. It might be your only opportunity.
This whole thing with tipping, the lack of trackability and having to put one's faith in the creator's integrity doesn't give me a warm feeling. At least with ManyVids, I have links to my purchased content that work immediately. And I can always go back and review all of my purchases at any time.
I've only interacted with two creators so far, and both appear to be deadbeats. I understand there may be good creators out there with great integrity, but unless there's a trustworthy rating system, I'm probably not going to try again.
^ There is never going to be a rating system. You just have to ask around to people who have experience. There are plenty people who are for onlyfans and have experience with certain performers onlyfans that will tell you if they are good or not. And not every performer onlyfans will be for everyone. You might hear that one person say how bad some performer onlyfans is and then hear like 10 people say how great that same performer onlyfans is. At the end of the day it comes down to you trying it out for yourself. Go sub to the ones with free trials that way you have nothing to loss. If you like it great. If you dont then you move on. Ive subbed plenty of times to performers that have free trials. And as they continue to have free trials Ill continue to sub even to the ones I really like.
^^ I agree with the reasons performers pull their post. You have to ask too. I remember I wanted content from Abi. She had the content at $15 and as soon as I was able I was going to get it. She pulled the content off and put the same content for $30 but she had the vid, the pic set and the bts. I simply messaged her and asked for just the vid and she said $20. I guess the bts came with the vid regardless so I got that too along with the vid so it wasnt bad. Point is, you have to just communicate as well and the right performers wont try to take advantage of you in that moment. Some performers will pull the content without telling you and then charge you an arm and a leg for it. But other performers will tell you there is specific time limit the content will be up so take advantage of it now. So you have to be mindful of all those things before jumping into something and then feeling like you got screwed. And again I say just communicate especially in a respectful manner and most of the time things will clear themselves out. In other instances, you just sub to the shady performer and thats tough on you bc now you more than likely are going to get screwed and yes I know the feeling and it sucks.
^ My only issue with OnlyFans is the tipping system. I just don't like it. I simply want to buy the creator's content and be done with it. I have no desire to interact with them on a personal level. I just want it to be a transaction where I buy their video and I now have access to it. The tipping system now makes me wait for who knows how long and I'm forced to send reminder messages. That's my whole issue with OnlyFans. If I could tip and get the content immediately, I would be a happy camper and singing the praises for OnlyFans. But now, solely because of this tipping system, my feelings for a performer have gone from positive to very negative. Quite frankly, I don't know if I'll ever be able to buy this performer's content again, from anywhere. That's the real shame here.
I have no issues with the subscription system. I don't mind paying a subscription fee as long as the performer posts on a semi-regular basis. I notice quite a bit of your response to me concerned subscriptions, but I have no issue whatsoever with OnlyFans on this topic.
[edit] I also wanted to add that I have no issue with the quality of the posted content. Your response seems to be addressing the very things that I don't have an issue with.

^ Again it comes down to the performers that you sub too. I'm going to tell you about an experience I had that was bad so check your DMs. I try not to mention any names publicly. But for the most part outside of that one and another one which was really a misunderstanding every time I tip for content I get it that same day or the next day with no issues at all.
