^Mind you that only works if the person then goes and releases the stolen content on another site where he/she had to sign up with his/her personal information. If the person only taped the videos for personal use then how would the model know about it?

I think most of the amateur pornstars like that their work is stream only. Most of the so-called pornstars on ManyVids and OnlyFans are young college students, single mothers, and housewives not actual pornstars. They're just looking to get some easy money and get out without most world knowing they did porn at all. Real pornstars are also producing studio work as well as doing Onlyfans and Manyvids

Their messaging system has been out for the entire day so far. Wonder how much business/money they and the creators lost today.

yeah but it seems like the scheduled messages that a lot of these creators have and mass messages that they frequently use aren't going through. it's been fairly quiet on both those fronts today.
but yeah if I were to message someone on there, I think it will go through fine, I haven't tried it yet.
Also, before I stopped using OF, I found that some girls simply slap a new title on an older video and sell it again as 'new' (obviously without preview).
Three times I fell for that crap before I finally pulled the plug and quit cold turkey.
Over the last year or so have checked out around 700 accounts from Onlyfans all in the top 500 based on likes or subscribers. From either buying a month, free trials, or multiple reviews for the same creator from different sources. Over time you can pretty much know by the price, the bio etc what type of account it is and generally spot what might be worth a look over experience with the platform.
Usually it is 4-7 dollars but loaded with PPV ranging from 5-20 dollars per video with the creator wall full of 5-15 second clips and a few longer clips.
The 10-15 dollar usually has more content on the wall with less often PPV and sometimes cheaper PPV wise. But caution and research as can get basically ripped off.
15 dollar and above usually all content, no ppv but again caution before purchase.
Out of the 700 or so 1% are worth a month to month sub. 2-3% a one off or occasional month sub to see content usually older as many accounts become less used and feels like it's going through the motions as basically the model has made very decent bank in a 2 year period. Not unusual to see at least 500k earned in a year before overheads taking into account.
The model of onlyfans is very plausible even now of making serious money if following this model. Which is 10-15 dollar a month, no ppv, 8-10 full length videos 15-20 minutes with 4-5 smaller videos of 2-3 minutes each month. Some pictures but not as essential. Live stream 2-3 times monthly. If done and content is good a year later will make serious money. Reduced first month subscription will help.
The three things I don't take into account is the social side, customs and PPV. The trouble with PPV is its a gamble most of the time what content it is so most don't pay. The 3-7 dollar range is what is seen as acceptable for taking a chance. The social side didn't interest me nor customs. This opinion is based only on video and picture content.
I only have been trying out free trials of maybe 200+ and it's very taxing and exhausting. The girls sound like robots. It's like a constant bombardment of ads to buy their video or such and such. It is honestly draining to be on there. It's not fun and very rarely is there worthwhile content. Now and then there is but really what's the point of going on onlyfans to buy videos why not just use manyvids for that? The idea of subscribing monthly is a big no no. Maybe if there is a special something on somebodies you could sign up once to see it but otherwise really I give it a huge thumbs down and don't see the longevity in it. I'd say it's better for celebrities or high profile people/influences to sign up and make a lot the first month then leave. Otherwise I don't see how many will make a real income from it. Maybe the top 1% but that's about it.
I support a girl for months now ... wasnt planed that long ... she seems to be sitting on unedited videos. I dont know why shes not releasing them. My fav site for that would be MV but they dont seem to be paying the creator enough to keep posting there, so thats why some (?) dont add new contend as they used to. Since Twitter became such a bitch by not allowing non-members to read all of the page one wants to keep informed thus having to pay or die
I'm generally not a fan of OF. Lots of girls end up exclusively doing OF and there are no more photoshoots or high quality scenes, it's like they went underground. Ava Addams was a performer I would look forward to each scene and photoshoot and now she just does onlyfans and I don't recall the last time she even had sex with someone else on her OF.
Yes, i know but i hate twitter since the day it came to life. It started as a platform as much needed as cancer. People were posting things that no one needs to know about. Too bad that even a former president was using it as a channel to release his bullshit

MOD: Let's not insult members here who like OnlyFans. This seems to be your second time with this issue on OnlyFans threads, so you can stay out of them now since you couldn't exercise self control your own.
Is it possible to buy or subscribe in a anonymous way? I was reading that prepaid cards are not accepted, and when you buy something it's clearly stated that you've used Onlyfans. I wanted to buy a couple of videos but these are big no for me if it's true.
I think so. Mackenzie jones for example only logs in once a month and posts a few pics to collect the $ she hasn't actually made new content for over a year now. So I assume you need to put something new every month as it seems that's what she's doing. She still takes in 100k+ a month which is incredible considering she's basically retired since early 2021
Somewhere along the way, people realized how painfully easy it is to repeatedly exploit porn fans and this is the result. It's like a comatose cash cow that you can beat indefinitely. That is OF.

Dude, Wrestlers like Toni Storm have earned 20k in a couple of hours on Onlyfans and all she posted was some lingerie and bikini pics. She didn't have to post nudes. Toni Storm’s Eye-Watering OnlyFans Earnings Revealed
^ On the regular OF thread pat362 responded to this with the below.
"My opinion for why they do it [is] because they get paid by OF to spew what I consider to be (in most cases) B.S. Let's be honest. If you make millions on OF as so many women claim then I would think that the last thing you would want to do is advertise it because that will just increase competition to a platform that is already super saturated and ultimately may cost you your ability to make those so called millions."
We also have this problem. This girl stated that she 'rented' her OF out to somebody else to run and then they just stole it and started scamming her customers. She deleted the tweet where she stated that(I guess she got backlash for admitting she didn't run her OF) it's just crazy
most pornstars don't talk about their income, though a lot of that is because of "other" lines of work they do like 1:1s etc but they have been quite guarded about their scene/shoot income per month by usually referring to the standard scales for a scene (e.g. $2K for B/G anal) etc
but funnily enough, as soon as Covid hit, a lot of girls could only earn through their OnlyFans and suddenly we get girls like Mia Malkova saying they earn something like a quarter million a month, and I think that's where this began - the impact of Covid on their usual income stream, making them put so much effort into self-promotion through OF and suddenly they're enjoying the fruits of their labour, and I suspect a lot are now questioning why they didn't do more to promote their OnlyFans or ManyVids pages sooner
^^ You think a performer publicly bragging about how much money they make on OF is promoting their OF page? Also, these figures might be what they make initially, but that doesn't mean they are making that every month.
As per my examples, it's not just in porn where this is happening. What is this obsession with anyone who is on OF openly bragging about how much money they've made? Surely they can't think that will encourage people to join thier site. Pre-OF big earning peformers would usually try and hide how much money they make, because they (or their publicists) knew that would alienate them from their paying fanbase.
(On a related point, I follow a few female oriented outlets. Women have this obsession with wanting to know that their favourite female actor, musician, model,... is just like them. That they go to the supermarket, they get up in the middle of the night to tend their child, they have clothing malfunctions, etc. It's all very weird. I mean, I've never heard a guy talking about his favourite multi-millionaire action star, rock star or sportsperson and say "I wonder if he goes to the supermarket, just like me?)
I remembered the famous comment from Linda Evangelista. I assume it was actually made in jest. But even then, models aren't performers. The public don't pay to see them perform or purchase their work. I know Jay Leno openly talks about his car collection. Similarly, Jerry Seinfeld is a performer who owns his success.
"The statement echoed around the fashion world and backlash quickly ensued. Though she continued to work, the quotation seemed to followed her everywhere. Through the years, it has often been twisted and heard differently like a game of telephone. Some popular versions include, "I don't get out of bed for less than $10,000 a day" and "I never get out of bed for less than $10,000 a day."
In hindsight, Evangelista once admitted, "I feel like those words are going to be engraved on my tombstone. It was brought up every single time I did an interview. I apologized for it; I acknowledged it; I said it was true; I said it was a joke."
I'm just going to use your post but my commens are more in general.
1-Performers don't share their income because it's none of our business anymore than we share our income with strangers.
2-Performers don't mention their rate because it's in their interest not to do that since they can get more if a producer really wants to hire them and if they are represented by an agency then that is the agencies job to discuss rates.
2-I wouldn't refer to Sara as a pornstar because she isn't and has never been. The fact that she has an OF just proves that anyone can have one. I'm not even sure she gets naked on her OF but even if it was free, I wouldn't go look at it because the few images of her are so disturbing that I think ever single surgeon she has seen should lose his/her license for malpractice.
4-Can we put a moratorium on all those current/ex porn performers or unknown women who claim that they make gigantic amounts of money from their OF account because for the most part it's either an exaggeration or total B.S. Mia claiming to make 250,000$ a month from OF is really hard to swallow. Especially when you consider that she is currently offering the first month for free but it would still only be 10$ to join. I'm not even sure Mia earned that amount in a year when she was a performer let alone per month.
5-Covid made OF what it is today but in an era when people aren't willing to fork over 20$ to join a site that has thousands of videos. I doubt they will for it over for dozens of likely mediore videos that are shot on smartphones. I don't think the future is all that bright for OF as more and more porn fans stopped joining their favorites OF account because their porn budget is finite and there are simply too many performers with an OF account.
^ OF sounds like some sort of pyramid scheme. People claim to make all this money from it, like they are trying to entice other people to join it (and then they get a commision on each person they get to join.)
Re. people making public false claims about how much they make on OF, ummm... when they submit their tax return, isn't the tax department going to be wanting to have a word with them?
