Hate is a strong word, and I don't feel that strongly about most things in porn. But there are quite a few things I find annoying, some which may have already been mentioned.
1)Lack of variety (applies to both content and distribution of content)
a) Variety in distribution: I get it -- at some point, companies concluded that the subscription model is the most profitable, but it still annoys me that a lot of studios don't offer their scenes for purchase without a membership. I would very much like to be able to just browse through sites for scenes I want to watch, then pay to be able to stream/download it.
I would love to be able to pay to unlock streaming/download for a single scene on sites like Vixen, Brazzers, etc. It would be great if these sites allowed you to create an account without buying a membership, and then be able to choose to buy a membership, or to pay to unlock a scene. Along with unlocking a scene, you can then comment/review, and then if you've bought some scenes, they allow you access to their request forum so you can request performers you want to see. Saves from the hassle of having to sign up and and then cancel a subscription for that one scene I want to watch.
Then there's also the option of having a separate VOD site like Dogfart, or using Manyvids or other clips sites like FreakMob Media does.This also applies to performers who sell their own content. There are so many who exclusively use Onlyfans or Snapchat but don't have Modelhub or Manyvids or other clip sites.
b) Variety in content: This mostly applies because I prefer paying for scenes with black male performers. The lack of variety in types of scenes is annoying. For example, there aren't any popular blowjob sites which mostly feature black guys, without puke/rimming or are otherwise too rough for my taste. Also a lack of POV, FFM threesome (or reverse gangbangs), there's a lack of black male/black female porn, etc.
I would particularly enjoy content similar to Only Teen Blowjobs, Spank Monster or MHBHJs but that regularly/predominantly features black male performers with a wide variety of female performers (non-black, black, teen, MILF, thick, skinny, etc). Also something like Share My BF, BFFS, Teen Curves, Ass Parade. "IR" scenes just seem to be shot different. They seem to get close up on the penetration, when I would prefer sites like Teen Curves or Ass Parade which show off the girl's body.
I even wish there were just some Pornhub/Manyvids models like Bryci who regularly worked with black guys and produced high-quality videos.
2) Contracts I'm sure this has been discussed already. I just find it extremely annoying when a female performer (not so much with male) gets into an exclusive contract (especially "IR" contracts, which I honestly think is extremely dumb) I don't even see the appeal to studios to put female performers into long-term contracts. Seems to me like most of the reason why companies book different girls is to bring her fanbase to them, but if a girl stays at one company and doesn't get exposed to other fanbases, then it seems to defeat the purpose.
That being said, a contract for x number of a variety of scenes makes sense. A few BG with white, black, Latin, etc men. GG, anal, threesomes, whatever..
3) The "Good black" This is something I would say I actually hate. Not necessarily that there is a "good black" performer, whom models are willing to work with but not other black performers, but more so how performers treat sites. Specifically Blacked, many performers seem to only want to work with a black guy if Lansky calls. This is especially true for performers' "first IR". Also, performers who are only willing to work with black performers if it's a showcase or if a company is willing to pay a higher rate is annoying.
It is of course possible that she's changed her mind since 2017, such as not waiting for a showcase, but still she'll only likely accept a scene with a black guy if it's Lansky booking her (no doubt for a premium rate). And of course there are many other models who do the same thing.
Brazzers House 2 Finale Oct. 09, 2017. This scene makes me wonder who did the casting, because it is beyond me why they would cast two female performers who are in "IR" contracts with Blacked in a scene with black performers. Abella, Kelsi and Monique interact with all the men, but Skyla and Nicole don't interact with Ricky and Isiah. There are a few awkward moments when Isiah and/or Ricky stand around as they wait for either Abella, Kelsi or Monique.
^Oh, sure. Using Adult DVD Empire, Hot Movies and other similar sites is great for purchasing older scenes, especially from companies which no longer produce content (Like WCP, Evasive Angles, etc)
There are few things with that, though: 1) A lot of companies don't put their scenes out on DVDs, or if they do, it often takes a long time after the initial release, or still a lot of their scenes don't get released on DVD.
Take Brazzers for example, not a company big on DVDs -- they don't make a lot of scenes with black performers because their paying customers don't want that, but they also want to attract fans who watch scenes with black performers, but they obviously can't do that because most of their scenes are with white performers. Allowing customers to pay for a specific scene allows them to draw in those fans, and makes it worth it produce more of that content.
2) Buying a scene through a third party site doesn't really make a company value your input. Which is why I specifically mentioned being given access to a request forum, or being able to comment and review purchased scenes.
^ Legal Porno do the same thing. They rarely release their scenes as movies and you cannot purchase them through any other site but their own, which I won't pay for. [mod edit: comment removed. I have no idea. I really don't enjoy DVDs when it comes to porn. Last time i got one was just because i was meeting a pornstar and wanted it signed for "memoribilia purpose" lol. I like to have my porn at the convenience of a click. It used to be available on their website, but at some point they removed the entire series. I don't know if its because they got complaint or anything, but the scenes were never over the limit (miles away from a facial abuse scene for instance) and they had the performers at the end saying "yeah all was cool, i loved it etc etc" for most scenes if i remember correctly.
So now you can only watch them if you kept them on an HDD (and sadly thats all i can say here lol)

I hate scenes with really bad scenarios / stories and scenes that try to be funny but end up not being so at all. I hate POV scenes especially badly filmed ones.

Porn is too coached these days. Is there some weird porno training camp these women go through when they make the plunge into the business? Obviously they coach them on how to open up for the camera and how to do certain positions and whatnot but it just feels like every new starlet is operating from the same script. I want porn to be messy, raunchy and frankly a little less professional. A scene shouldn't have a checklist of sexual acts either.
^I think you may be conflating two things. The women who start in porn don't choose what they are doing in a porn scene because that's the job of the producer and producers have long ago stopped being imaginative because the formula they found works for them and they can't afford to take chances.
^ Yeah but seeing as porn is a continuing thing, they have to make slight changes. As even scenes from the top studios get samey and uninventive. Studios like Hard X, Legal Porno, Blacked, Tushy, bring in quality performers always shot the same way in the same area of the set.
^What we call porn is really a hodgepodge of many, many different things so while porn itself continues. There are significant differences between the porn made today and the one from decades ago. That doesn't mean that some things aren't always there but you don't see feature films anymore. You don't see big budget porn movies. Porn would be so much better if they freakin invested just a little more in good camera men/women who know what they're doing.
Two examples:

Maybe I shouldn't paint with such a broad brush, but porn could really stand to use less dudes that are so clearly shitty to women. I don't know if it is something integral to making it as a male talent but porn history is replete with examples of male talent being awful to women on and off camera. Pick an era of porn and there are good chances that some of the most used male stars did some real shady stuff, and that's putting it lightly.
I hate that I have to go to gonzo to find more intense sex scenes. And even then, the people involved seem to be more focused in the visuals than in the sex itself. I don't like when companies pass off a scene as "new" when its cleary an old scene. Today I saw a scene for Hush Pass saying it was released today...with Kinzie Kenner in it before she had a boob job. Now Kinzie is great but come on, they aren't fooling me. The scene is probably over ten years old!

Another thing I don't like that I've seen lately is women wearing cat eats and having whiskers painted on their faces. I dont get, no sex appeal at to me. I think I saw it for an Evil Angel movie and maybe another company so I hope it will not become a new trend.

I don't mind Thanksgiving or Christmas (as long as no silly costume is kept on) but I don't like Halloween cuz of the masks that you mentioned as well. Another thing I hate is superhero porn parodies. I don't want to see say Lyra Lockhart in full a Cat woman suit having sex or when they put weird make up all over their faces like an Avatrar paraody.

A few years ago, Jojo Kiss had a scene for Brazzers that was a Thanksgiving theme. She basically just had sex in the middle of the Thanksgiving meal. I haven't seen any porn with performers dressed up as Pilgrims or even Indians...and I hope we never do see that.
