So, has Abigail Mac asked for the same for IR scenes as for 'vanilla' scenes? Or is she just being hypocritical?
And though it does come out weirdly, but IR is a fetish after all, just like anal, gangbang etc. some like it, some don't, the rates are based on the popularity. If one IR scene brings more views, attention than 2-3 'vanilla' scenes all together, then it makes total sense to ask for more... From the male performers perspective I don't think it's hard to understand that if a regular user looks up a Nicole Aniston IR scene, it's not Jason Luv or Pressure etc. that matters, but the female performer going for a unique moment in her carreer. Surely this goes for the black actresses as well, if they don't bring that much views they won't be paid that much. Basic economics...
It's all over #OscarsSoWhite, they mix entertainment with politics, even though the only God here is money... Racism is a real issue, no doubt there unfortunately, but here that would be if they'd treat the blacks worse than the whites.
Agree!! For me he is one of the best black performers. IDK there is something about his scenes that makes it better than others. Hopefully he can make a comeback and we will see him in more scenes!

Lol.. so some of these actresses like Abigail Mac, accept the higher rates, shoot for websites named "blacked", and once their opportunity to appear again on these sites become limited, the speak shit about them?
I'm not saying what she is trying to say is wrong, I'm simply calling her out on her hypocrisy.
it's kinda an oddity to me now after the george lloyd death to realize mores than ever-we're part of the human race, and not races. i'll enjoy watching a scene no matter the color of skin the performer has. imagine during these times if there was a porn site called white.com backlash galore. so in my opinion it's time to get rid of distinctions

The crazy thing is that the man who was responsible for the creating of this site isn't even associated with it anymore. Now the others have to deal with this, while he escapes.
Oh believe it man, I learn everyday more and more that tons of people, especially the people that are Twitter addicted, are like this. You're all pro movements and stuff until something that will actually affect you happens. Mostly stuff that happens behind the curtain and public eye.

Hey if post-racial porn is one of the things that come out of George Floyd's death that would be great. I actually appreciate the high society aesthetic that the Lansky stuff has brought to porn but a name change is warranted at this point. Lansky(who's gone off to the Juana biz) might actually agree.

I'm confused...are y'all saying that just the name of the site (Blacked.com) is racist, or are you also saying that the idea of a site dedicated to only "black men fucking white women" is racist, too?

And it's the female performers who take all the shit for it, but, sorry, I don't blame a female performer for trying to get all the money they can for their performances. I'm not condoning the practice, but I blame the porn biz - agents and producers - far more than I do female performers.
I'm a black man. I love raceplay. I love IR (BM on WF). People saying that porn needs to also be PC are my enemies. Nobody is forcing anyone to watch Blacked or IR. Nobody is forcing anyone to work for Blacked or do IR. Leave fans of the material in piece. I'm tired of people forcing their personal morality on content that I like in order to sanitize it. It's a form of kink. We're told over and over not to kink-shame but as soon as it's a kink that disagrees with leftist values or upsets the right people, it's a no-no. They're consenting adults engaging in roleplay. Nobody is being forced to watch it. Jesus Christ. It's so tiring.
While I have no problem with the label IR or Interracial because it's the only way to let the customers who want thatt to search a catalogue and especially those who only dig over that I'm very much with Ricky Johnson here , if you put a black man or woman in a movie you don't necessarily need it to be IR to do it nor that they can't work together.
I don't care ,like AT ALL , whatever ethnic group they are , there's a number of hot black women I'd really like to see more , I was one of those were asking for more black women on blacked sites then I got tired nobody was listening , I was doing the same with dogfart when I had membership, I even maintained an almost two years straight membership when they started their we fuck black girls line because I wanted to support the hiring of more black girls
[Tweet is no longer available] Abigail Mac has always had this stance
I don't understand the point here someone in the industry describe very well a problem she has been back up by fellow performers and some find the way to discredit her saying that she do it dor the buzz . Me I do believe in her sincerity maybe I'm naive but here what y'all missing the problem not the messenger
I don't see the problem with having a content specific porn site. KG's response is just ignorant to me. Ok if you're so against BLACKED because of its concept you could fight to have black performers in your scenes for other companies. I don't see her doing that.....You could have made your own content with black performers, just say what it is, you wanted more money to do IR. I think BLACkED has actually made an effort to not make racially stereotypical porn.
at their beginning they were doing it not anymore now it is stereotypical porn in a new era it's not like a Jason Luv or a Pressure can't fit in a dogfart movie cuckold stories etc

Some people don't care about a male performer harassing women on social media, sending dick pics to exclusively gay women who don't want them, or showing up on a set with an STD and insisting on performing. There's no point in debating about anything, including the whole IR/Floyd thing.

Didn't we go from "don't blame the talent", but blame the "agents and producers"?
It's gratifying as hell that everyone is calling out Blacked as a racist company for the fetishization of black skin, using black men in their movies as props and focusing more on the white women as stars, and social media is having an absolute field day over it right now.
Better late than never. I've been saying it the whole time. Y'all should have listened to guys like Xander Corvus, who has been saying this exact same shit.
Even if Blacked would shut down, the demand for scenes of that sort (ok, let's ban the IR categorization) would still be there. They would possibly start up a new site called, let's say, Hung Up Studded where the male talent pretty much being 90% black men. Not much difference.

^ this issue is deeper than just the name of a site. It about how the talent are portrayed, the story lines, what rates the actresses charge, do actresses, agents ask for more for IR, do studios and producers offer more for IR, and many others reasons that I'm sure I wouldn't even be aware of as an outsider to the industry.

The problem with blacked was that they typecasted black males as well endowed alpha males and focused on while female models at the expense of black and other non-white women. If you simply post-racialize it to be big dicked alpha males of various phenotypes/ethnicities and the equivalent females then that would be fine. You can still go with the high society story lines and scenarios but have the sexual objects be of all ethnophenotypes. Rename it alphafux or something like that.

^ Why even bother with the alpha angle?
Is it really too much to ask that there is a site that focuses on asian/black/latin/white pairings without there being some recycled and contrived dom/sub element?

Yes, that was my opinion in a post right after that. So, yeah, as the creator of the site/studio, not just a director and producer, Greg Lansky is certainly responsible for the wrongs of it...from the name of it, to the "IR rates" system and how the scenes are scripted.

Hey, I'm with you, guys who do bad shit to other female performers (not to mention, women, in general) should be punished, if not banned, by the industry. With that being said, it doesn't surprise me at all that there are guys in this thread (ghost88, smiffy) who couldn't care less about those transgressions, simply because that guy is "their type" and someone they prefer to see in the scenes they watch.
I feel like it wouldn't be hard for VMG to fix this problem it is having by changing the name of the website and focusing on premises the more resemble what DarkX does, for example.
I'm confused are people up at arms about the IR category or having an IR site? Because it would be a bit hypocritical to be upset of an IR site when many performers were shooting for Blacked before. Hell Jules Jordan has a few series on IR and many other studios as well. I'm really curious to see what's going to come out of this.
Because they're trying too hard to be politically correct for a medium that's supposed to be about not being PC. Good intentions but a bit misguided in my opinion. I'm black. I want people to treat me respectfully, not try to pretend I'm not black or have a different culture or like different things. Label me black...because I am. If I'm in a relationship with a white girl it's fine to call it interracial because it is. There's nothing wrong with IR relationships or sex so why try to change the name or act like it's not a thing? I think it's funny that some of the black performers who don't like the term or the fetishization of IR are only working in the business because they are black men with big penises. If it weren't for this un-PC thing they are against they wouldn't even be in the business at all.
To me the efforts should go more toward treating black talent equally and respectfully. "IR" is a catagory/genre/fetish that a segment of the audience wants to see. Let them be able to easily find it and enjoy it. Accept it and stop treating it as if it is something to be ashamed of. There's far worse things in porn that need to change.
I agree with you. Look I'm against labeling people and all for equality. Having said that I always saw sites like Blacked as a great opportunity for many male black performers. It's very unfortunate that many companies don't hire black performers other than the same 3 performers. That's what I think has to change in the industry, more companies need to hire more black performers. I don't think I have ever seen Jason Luv in a brazzers scene. Hate to say but Blacked is actually good for black performers. At least that's what I think.
Clearly the solution is to rename Blacked to NEUTRAL.COM and have it feature all genres of porn. Vixen could carry on being predominantly white men fucking white women like 90% of all other porn sites though, because it's only IR porn that needs fixing apparently.
And just pay a flat rate for performers. How much do you want? Nah, too much. Come back when you're methed out, covered in tattoos and willing to accept what we're offering. We'll shoot Riley Reid for the 20th time instead. The subscribers won't mind.
And the flat rate should apply to every performer. That means 9-year industry veterans and performers returning from lengthy hiatuses get the same fee as the conveyor belt of 19-year-olds just joining the industry. They shouldn't be entitled to higher fees just because that's what they expect according to their own needs and personal circumstances.
The only way you should be able to earn additional money in this industry should be for increasingly degrading yourself, like having your butthole reamed to the point of prolapse, getting urinated on or throatfucked to puking, or being facialed by 10-15 men at the same time. Negotiating more money for having normal sex in a popular genre for one of the most popular sites? How crass!
And they definitely need more non-white women on the site. Don't cherry pick those who might fit the rest of your site's aesthetic, like Gianna Dior or Alina Lopez. It needs to be a pure numbers game. None of the subscribers would mind if they ditched some Mia Melano or Bree Daniels updates for Bridgette B or Victoria Cakes. Basically, the site should look like IndustryInvaders or Brazzers instead.
And finally, there are all too many black men earning money employed by this site. There need to be more scenes featuring white men in their place, fucking minority women. That wouldn't be a problematic development at all.
Oh, and credit to all the performers speaking out about this who were happy to land their own paydays and haven't had sex on camera with a black man for years.
I have nothing against "interracial" scenes, as such, although the label has always bothered me. There is nothing wrong with a well-endowed black man having sex on camera with a white woman. I am ambivalent about the use of the tag "interracial" (or "BBC" or whatever else) to promote those types of scenes, but I recognize that it does help people find content which satisfies their own tastes more easily. However, I am uncomfortable with any porn studio that is 100% dedicated to the interracial genre and 100% dedicated to marketing their content in a racial way. That's all I have to say about that. It should be self-evident why that is an inherently racist way to operate a business.

^ I agree with you on the label of IR, especially as it relates to tagging scenes for easy reference and lookup on a site catalog. It's the easiest way to categorize a popular genre for the viewer to include or exclude for their particular search.
With regard to the inherent racism in how they operate I'm a little cloudy though, if you have a moment I would genuinely like to know your thoughts on that.

This is a systemic issue, so people are up in arms about the system, not some specific site or performer or producer. The entire system, how it runs, and how it influences society is what is being questioned.
The concept of "interracial" porn acknowledges, and trades on, the racial aspect of the content. It is an inherently racist way of thinking. Blacked found a way to "fancify" that genre and present it in a less stereotypical way. Remember, before they came along, interracial porn heavily referenced the "gangsta" image as part of its stylistic vocabulary. There were exceptions of course, but it was a big part of the genre. Blacked has always been good about presenting black men in a positive light, but the fact remains that they are still trading on the idea of race play itself, which is an inextricably racist way to market their content. It's embedded in the very name of the site, as well as the scene descriptions which emphasize the taboo nature of interracial sex and the general use of black men as props in their marketing imagery.
They didn't invent the problem. It's systemic and embedded in the concept of "interracial" porn as a separate category. Again, there is nothing wrong with black men having sex with white women, there is nothing wrong with you if you enjoy that as an aesthetic preference, and there is nothing wrong with running a website that features it heavily. The problem lies in how it is marketed and sold to customers.
It's a complicated issue and it's wrapped up in the way black people have been marginalized by society since before the founding of this country. I think "race blindness" is the ultimate end goal we should strive to achieve, but we have learned through experience that it cannot be simply willed into existence. Creating a race-blind society will take a lot of work.

^ I always looked at it as stereotyping and not necessarily full on racist simply because the black males are always in the dominant role. It's also why I greatly prefer the scenes with Joss and the cleaner cut guys over the current crop because the 'thug' look takes me out of the immersion most of the time. Thanks for your opinion, it's always good to see a well-reasoned reply on here.
Just a matter of time before the sites will have to be shut down. Greg already left (because of debt via over paying female talents, over spending on this and that) but also, i believe, because he knew the covid19 stuff would kill the industry. Now Blacked has to pull old ass Louie scenes out the crates because theyre running out of updates. Like mentioned before, females can just make the porn income via onlyfans, and covid19 added fuel to that fire. so how long will u all be sticking around? u guys with your nice shinny "Boss" tags in the websites comment sections?
anyone can claim black online. so i dont know why u mentioned that youre "a black man". also, this bbc fetish ...of IR porn in general, is mostly fueled by Non Black people. this has been discussed and proven for many years. Black men and women have been hypersexualized by Non whites for many many decades. lets be honest here. fear that black men want to rape all the non black women they see, or that black women are over sexed, which is why they have so many kids without fathers. the attack is against black men and women. but this is nothing new.
as for the consumers of IR porn, the reason some non Black men like to see Non Black women get 'Blacked" is because some of these men have self esteem issues- within their relationships. say youre a white man...married to your hot white wife. but shes the one who gets all the attention, she's considered the head of the household etc. This may make u jealous. when u feel like u cant compete head on, you have to go the other route and degrade your spouse. Having your hot white wife fuck someone who u consider inferior, dirty, foul etc (i.e. Black Men) would lessen her value, hence making you feel like youre now on a even playing field. this is similar to a Black Man being a fan of that old site called Ghetto gaggers. u as a Black Man feel bitterness toward the Black Women in your life, so seeing a racist white man ghetto gags black women makes your heart feel warm.
if we were to examine those who watch porn regularly, i bet youd find that a lot of them have mental/social issues....lol
