^Well, in the case of Dogfart it's pretty clear that most of the people paying for that content were white men.

Can be used doesn't mean it is , also , wait a minute are you telling me there's an awful lot of people stroking their dicks together , QUITE OFTEN?
Man and I thought that we Europeans were open minded about sex.Never heard of this, Is there any team? a renown group of wankers infamous for their results?
The last sentence is quite amusing and very revealing , you imply that people disagree with you because you are black, so either we must agree and keep silent or else we're racist? Is that what you mean?
Or are you calling for help some other guys to back you up without questioning what you say?
How about people disagreeing with YOU and YOU alone?
Also disagreement doesn't mean denial , nobody here gives or deny any permission to speak especially when I do the very same about , low lives , thugs and whatnot , I'm doing this for years, the very same thing you do, less confronting though

That's the point, it IS used like that. Ignoring reality is unhealthy. Next you'll tell me the moon is made of cheese.
Is this supposed to be funny?
Just shows how much you really know about the reality around you. People from all walks of life watch porn in groups. There are couples that watch porn togther, there are friends (mates) who watch porn togther, strange but its true. There are sororities and fraternal organisations that watch porn together. One relatively high level person is a man by the name of Jeffrey Epstein, an American financier who worked for Bear Stearns and suspected pedo. I know for a fact, he would have hardcore porn playing in his house as he entertained guests.
What now? Please learn about reality, truth can be stranger than fiction
Read that sentence again, it doesn't state they disagree with me because i am black. I know English is not your first language but you are truly embarrassing yourself
I said, why is it that all the black people who have voiced an opinion, have had it dismissed out of hand? Typically by non-black people? In no way does that statement imply they disagree solely BECAUSE I am black. They obviously disagree with me primarily because of my opinions. But coupled with opinions, the pattern has emerged that black voices are being dismissed as if there is no possible reason for complaint.
Its not disagreement purely due to race, rather its an observation that they seem to be quick to DISMISS the opinions i and others have had to say out of hand. The correlate with race is secondary. This might be too much for you of course. You love to pretend not to understand simple things... ;)
Straw-man argument detected. Also an informal logical fallacy of a false dichotomy was detected. If I were you I would stand down immediately, you cannot debate this issue with me, I repeat, I order you to stand down.
What I mean is what I have expressed over the past 8 pages. You might want to do some reading. Dictionaries are available very cheap these days
HAHAHAHA if you haven't noticed, I've VANQUISHED every last person who has stepped up intellectually. Help is appreciated, it is most certainly not required.
Don't think too highly of yourself. I am dismantling you with ease while preparing my dinner LMAO
If you can give me an example of somebody who has disagreed with me ALONE in this thread, that would be most helpful. People who tend to disagree with me, also disagree with Jedi on some issue or another. You might want to do some reading buddy. Relying on people to fill you in is not going to be effective.
My advice would be to cease and desist immediately - I have examined you very closely. You are not qualified. You are simply not the one.

It has taken that shape and form on my many occasions in this very thread. you're right disagreement doesn't mean denial. But i'm not a fool. I can recognize denial when I see it. And it HAS featured in this thread, make no mistake about it.
I appreciate that. I do not mean to alienate any support I can get. But please do not expect me to try to follow in your footsteps, I couldn't be any less interested. I am not here to sugar coat anything, we've been doing that for centuries and its got black people absolutely nowhere. Do not take offence to that statement.
Lets make it clear that I DO NOT NEED ANYBODY'S PERMISSION TO SPEAK

Let me just say I have enjoyed reading the last few pages it has been quite entertaining.
LCF-Just from my personal experience sometimes people literally just watch porn. When I was in college my friends and I would just watch it porn movies nobody had their dick out or anything just watched. I can remember one particular time we had about 20 guys on my floor's common room watch Pirates.
I keep reading how it is all a fantasy and those who say that you're correct to some it is a fantasy, unfortunately for some of us those themes conveyed in such scenes are not fantasy but harsh real world stereotypes that many of us don't fit yet are always pushed on us and we have to deal with them. It is a wonder why that there are those out there that would be so opposed to such scenes. I watch porn as a bit of an escape just like I watch mainstream movies so that I can forget about all those things I have to deal with in real life. Far too often there is no escape you turn on a tv, read a paper, go to a news website and you see story portraying some black guy in some negative way. Just remember the whole thing with the governor of Maine and his whole drug dealers from out of state by the name of D-money, Shifty, and Smoothy coming in to sell their drugs and then leaving but before they do half the time they end up getting a young white girl pregnant. This is an elected official saying these things in a public setting to people. After a while that stuff just becomes mentally exhausting.
Another problem I tend to have with these scenes is that far too often they are have been seen as representing all of the IR scenes that are produced. I believe that it was MissPornUSA (and if I am wrong I apologize)who brought up in another thread how Carter Cruise decided against doing IR at first because she watched a few scenes and did not like the way they were shot and decided that all IR was like that. Same thing with Tiffany Tyler who posted a long explanation in regards to IR. Again this is the same thing that happens in real life the actions of a few somehow representative of the group as a whole. It seems this happens most often with Blacks more than anyone else.
Hard raceplay is something I will personally never accept in my porn or real life, but the same goes for degradation and humiliation of anyone in porn no matter their ethnicity or gender. Its not something that gets me excited in fact it does the complete opposite. Saying that though I know there are people that get off on watching that stuff and no matter my personal opinion and opposition if there is money to be made in it will get made.

^Tiffany Tyler wrote "I probably won't be performing in an IR scene because I don't like to perform certain necessary elements to the genre" in 2014, when there were already multiple directors shooting successful IR content that did not have the "the emphasis on degradation of the female" or feature Wesley Pipes ("the snarling guy depicted growling with a grill while wearing shades by the way"). It was incredibly naïve of her to think that IR fans only wanted her to shoot IR if it was for Dogfart, as if they would have erupted in fury if she shot for, say, Jules Jordan. I honestly don't know what she was on about.
Edited by - misspornUSA on 3/15/2016 11:09:23 PM
EDIT: As an IR fan, surely Tiffany had heard of Lex and Mandingo. Again, if she had attempted to shoot her first IR with one of them, did she really think that fans would complain if it wasn't on Dogfart? Really? She had every right to not shoot with black men, but her reasoning didn't hold water.

^^Anyway, I respect your opinion and understand your reasons for not enjoying this particular form of fetish roleplay or the other fetishes you mention near the end of your post. To be sure, I'm not calling for people who dislike raceplay to like it or watch it (I'm not saying that you were implying otherwise, but I want to be clear). I merely want a site to exist for those of us who are fans. Nothing more, nothing less. Those who aren't interested wouldn't have to become members. Pornstars who aren't interested wouldn't have to shoot for that site. Everyone who hates raceplay would be able to continue hating it.

1. I didn't assume, I said 'from what I can see' to express that.
2. If you read this thread I haven't taken a strong stance on either side. I don't think I disagree strongly with either side. I do feel comfortable criticizing mainstream rappers as I grew up listening to hip hop. Perhaps that gave you the impression I agree with Tasty and Jedi 100 percent. I don't but neither do I think their concerns are without any merit.

That is how I read it too but I tried to make it clear that I wasn't assuming the race of posters hence my use of qualifiers and I wasn't taking a strong stance against raceplay in general so I'm unsure who I 'disagree' with in this thread as I see both sides arguments as having some value.

Basically. On this board, I've had someone assume that I am black in one thread and someone assume that I'm not in another, and it was fairly annoying both times as my race had little to do with the point I was trying to make. And I'm including this discussion in that. Whether or not I'm black has no relation to the validity of my arguments. You want to attack my arguments because they're bad arguments, go ahead. But attacking them because "I obviously don't get it because I'm not the right race" isn't a valid argument.
And just so we're clear, I'm not really directing this at you BlackSix, since you haven't really done it like other posters in this thread have.

To get the kind of diversity most people seem to want the industry has to be restructured. Consumers have to break rank and support companies based on content not a race. Race is used to hold people hostage. If that happened there are people in the industry who can produce what people want to see. They can't do it without your support. It is hard to believe porn went from a something for everyone industry to this.

IR has not become too PC imo..making good content is not something anyone can do. Dogfart IR is still great but they seem to be running out of Black women and a Black on Black site would be nice. Other companies basically do the same thing when it comes to IR.. ghettogaggers could be considered unique but they are also running out of women it seems.

^ Isn't that Moe Johnson? Another perfect example of mainstream performer who is versatile, and as much as certain malcontents want to criticize and label, he is still an individual. Just like Shane Diesel or Rico Strong. They cannot be pigeonholed. They can engage in degrading material now and then, or they could do it all the time if they want. That doesn't give anyone of us the right to use denigrating terms to identify them as. Tasty would do well to learn that.

This is that trifling shit, and you're right to point it out.
As if there's no emphasis on degradation or sleaze in mainstream porn. There's all kinds of immoral cheating scenarios. All kinds of exploitative angles, e.g. Bangbus, exploitedteens, etc.
As if a guy snarling or wearing shades is too unseemly for porn? This is hilariously petty. As for grills, who gives a damn? It's garish, but there's countless people out there who are into garish fashion. That dehumanizes them?
When did anyone ever see Lex or Mandingo or pretty much any black male performer flash grills under the direction of porn shot callers as opposed to their own volition? When Wes Pipes or Maxx Black flashed their grills, it was because they wanted to. That was how they wanted to present themselves. What could be more oppressive than telling them they can't? That's the real discrimination.
But it's the same old story of nothing's ever good enough. If the studios say no black guy can present himself that way, then they are being oppressive and discriminatory, trying to whitewash. If the studios allow these guys to dress and behave how they want to, then you got dudes like Tasty saying they are coons and it's some kind of systemic conspiracy to portray all black men as debased. There' no winning with the outrage brigade.
In the end, this grievance is based on people seeing what they want to see, only in this case, what they want to see is problems where there aren't any, and in order to do that they must ignore the inconvenient truths about self-agency and self-empowerment.
She wants to blame porn and "the industry" for the way Wesley presents himself? WTF is this? So now she's saying he is not good enough.
Again the question comes back to what I asked at the beginning of this. Why can't these dudes just be themselves? Why is that not good enough? Isn't it far more offensive to tell them they can't be how they want to be?
If absolutely every last black male performer in the industry condemned any raceplay themes, then you could have a case. But because there's not just one or two exceptions, but countless examples that defy that monolithic perspective, there's no place to impose regulation, and to do so would be in conflict with their wishes, to restrict the rights of so many people because of the narrow-minded opinions and feelings of a few.
The answer to speech which offends you is never to restrict speech for all, especially when it's the easiest thing in the world to just avoid it. There are plenty of companies out there that could better cater to your sensitivity in porn. Leave those other ones alone. Don't like the way one brand handles a theme? Then don't support them. Vote with your wallet, or jog on.
But it's bullshit for a performer to say they refuse to do IR because of how the industry portrays it. There's no industry wide protocol for this. There's a huge variety in brands and the sensitivity with which they approach content. Plenty of companies don't even have the performers even acknowledge "black" or "white" in the scene. They just engage as any other homogeneous pair. For the vast majority of companies, if they really want a girl in their movie, and they want her to do IR, but she doesn't want to explicitly play up any racial angles with the language or sensitive themes, then it's in their best interest to accommodate her, just as it is to accommodate the guy and make sure the treatment doesn't offend him.
Everyone is unique, but this isn't rocket science. You can handle it like you would any other sensitive theme. Make sure the talent is cool with it, then proceed. If it helps, give them some creative freedom of their own. That's why I pointed out the example of Alexander Devoe in his collaborations with Rico and Prince.
Some fucking blithering idiot could look at their product, e.g. Dynamic Booty, and say "oh no, that's so degrading, stereotypical and racist!" and call for that to be prohibited. But then you realize the creative talent behind that was black guys doing shit no different that plenty of white dudes in porn, with similar kidnapping themes. It's no different! So why should the black guys be prohibited? Talk about double standards? Why can't they just do edgy and provocative flicks now and then?
We can only speculate as to the inspiration for those movies, but IMO we have no reason to suspect it is anything besides wanting to try something different. Why did Devoe and Rico and co. want to do those scenes? Why did Shane and Boz and Richard Mann have so much fun with raceplay in the HushHush porn? Maybe because almost everything else that they were hired for was so tame and inhibited and boring? Maybe because the industry was actually quite the opposite of how the perpetually aggrieved outrage brigade wants to paint it as. Maybe because the mainstream industry was watered down and tame and lame.
So when left to their own devices and given more creative control, these black performers said "fuck it, why not do a freak show now and then?" White boys been doing their own freaky shit since porn began.
Shane has done hundreds of IR scenes. Maybe thousands. And I would wager less than 10% of them let him or any other performer use "the N word". Cuz 90% or more of those companies are too timid and conservative to take the least risk for the sake of independent creative expression.
So how is that for irony? A prominent black performer may want to use the N word in his scene, but because of these supposedly systemically institutionalized racist white porn moguls, the bigoted gatekeepers who only want to oppress everyone, he can't express himself as he wishes. For reasons unknown, but somehow to do with white supremacy I'm sure...
I simply feel it shows less respect to black performers when you tell them they can't do something. We don't achieve parity that way.

^All of that really goes to the heart of what I'm saying: Porn should have at least one site in which women and men who want to participate in hard raceplay can do so for interested consumers. So first you mentioned Moe Johnson. I love Holly Michaels' scene with Moe for Blacks on Blondes, and part of my reason for that is Holly's repeated, enthusiastic, effective use of the word "nigger." Yet if those two performers shot together again, even for the same site, what are the chances I would hear that word? I say if they're both comfortable with it, they should have one website on which they can say "nigger" as part of a scene. Again, people who aren't interested in that or other elements of hard raceplay or who are against that kind of raceplay wouldn't have to shoot for that site or subscribe to it, but the viewers and talent who don't share those negative opinions should have a space online too. I'm grateful for the Clips 4 Sale stuff and the free amateur content, and I love Shane Diesel's work for New Sensations, but can we also get Shane on a hard raceplay site that is producing content with higher production values than the amateur stuff?

^^I don't want to dwell too much on Tiffany but I'm just going to point this out since I should have initially: She's yet another example of a critic of raceplay applying a double standard without giving any explanation or justification for doing so. She writes of Dogfart: "I know some of the male performers personally hired by that company and I have often wondered if they find it offensive from their perspective that they are consistently asked to play to such a cliche negative stereotype." Great, and what about the clichéd, stereotyped characters that are portrayed by pretty much every woman in mainstream porn? Are those stereotypes positive? Neutral? Are those stereotypes negative but okay anyway? I just want to know how she and other pornstars in the past and present who have made similar comments are making these moral distinctions between stereotypes in porn. Unfortunately, they never say.

Tastys arguement that the negative depiction of black people in porn is one small cog in the larger machine of white supremacy may be at some level be valid. There may even be some theoretical value in opposing it - society is an equilibrium of lots of small cogs resenting both white and black people in both good and bad ways.
While there may be some theoretical virtue in opposing the perpetuation of negative stereotypical depictions of black people the dilema is that so long as the reality on the ground is that black people do themselves conform to these negative stereotypes then you can hardly rebuke popular culture from mimiking this reality on screen - whether it be the use of the word nigger or representing black people as drug dealers like in the wire tv programme.
If black people themselves universally rejected the word nigger it would be virtually impossible for it to be used in any kind of acceptable way in mainstream porn.
Same way that if serial killers wernt predominantly white in real life the movies wouldnt always cast the serial killer as a white guy.
Personally as someone who has no investment in black culture beyond watching Wil Smith in the fresh prince of bel air i feel that the positive cogs working to promote a positive image of black people outshine the negative ones - i certainly have the impresion that black people are as good as anyone else - but my impresion isnt the one that matters i guess , the one that matters is the young black people growing up and how they are influenced.

Woah. This thread went wildly off topic for quite a few pages here. My intention for this discussion was never for it to involve politics or world issues, etc (although as I read over my OP, I see how it could have been interpreted that way). I didn't think stating my race was relevant to the topic at hand and have often times second guessed myself on whether I wanted to or not on more than one occasion here lest my opinion not being taken seriously, like my input involving such matters somehow weighs more heavily if I underline the fact that I am a black man. It's utterly absurd. Race should not be a factor with regards to opening a dialogue, regardless of just what it entails.
To be honest, I thought I remained intentionally ambiguous in my first post, but apparently some read into it more than I would have liked. That's my fault. I wasn't being specific when I mentioned race-play, nor do I recall making mention of 'hard' race-play in my initial post. Make no mistake, race-play is alive and well. BLACKED, one of my favorite sites, uses plenty of race-play, or at the very least, highlights race in virtually every scene.
Let me reiterate, I don't only like race-play and just want to see nothing but race-play in my porn. Some of the best scenes I've seen had no race-play in them. It isn't about that. It's about everything being too similar. I would prefer more diversity. Not every fast food restaurant should be McDonalds. I like McDonalds, but I like Taco Bell sometimes, too. Or Jack In The Box, etc. Mix it up.
Maybe I speak for myself here, but porn is just fantasy for me. I don't equate it to politics or world issues. There's no bigger picture here for me. I watch porn to get off, that's it. It doesn't influence my thoughts or actions on anything. Maybe it does for others, maybe it doesn't. I don't know. I mean, I don't want to bring anyone's ego down since I know a lot of industry people post here, but people I know IRL, close friends, etc don't take porn half as serious as some here would have you believe. Most people, IMO, are pretty casual when it comes to porn and it's not a major part of their life or anything. I think some individuals are making mountains out of molehills here and are vastly overestimating quite a few things.
I'm not sure why people feel the need to psychoanalyze others and fit a whole group of people into a little perfect box. It doesn't work that way. Everyone is different and has different, varying motivations for everything they feel, think or any actions they take. Not to be insulting, but I would think this understanding and tolerance comes with age, but perhaps some think differently and I am in the wrong here. Either way, it's something to consider.
I don't condone racism, sexism, oppression, etc in the real world. In fact, I'm quite opposed to it. It's not really a question of how I feel about certain issues IRL, though. Like I said, there's no connection between real life and porn for me (at least as it pertains to actual role-play during scenes/movies). If something turns me on, it turns me on and I'm not going to fight it or ignore it because someone somewhere else in the world finds it offensive and thinks it should cease to exist. I'm sure I find something they like to be offensive as well.
At the end of the day, everyone likes different things. I like non-race-play porn as well. I am very happy for BLACKED and other companies like them. I wish them continued success. At the same time, I also enjoy mild to hard race-play and am sad to see it decrease so heavily. Hopefully in the future it can reemerge as I like variety. That's it.

Yes, I've criticized her evaluation of IR a number of times on this forum in the past, mostly recently (I think) in the Blacked thread back in September. As I pointed out then, it seems to me that Brandi was feigning ignorance.

Re: race play, some may find Mollena Williams's site interesting. It's not porn--she is a kinkster and writes a lot of interesting stuff. She also told an incredibly intense story on RISK! called "Slave" about the risks involved in raceplay.

^Mollena is someone whom I've had the opportunity to hear speak on several occasions. Thanks for suggesting that site.

No offense but why so quick to critique and judge what a performer is or isn't comfortable shooting? Isn't it up to them to decide what and why they are comfortable doing in front of a camera, whether it seems well thought out to others or not? When it comes to sex what we like, dislike and are comfortable with are rarely rational.
Also, posters here often assume performers have a deeper knowledge of the industry than they often do. Many never watched porn before they entered the industry and still don't.

^In response to your first paragraph: Are you sure that you interpreted me accurately?
In response to your second paragraph: Watching porn has nothing to do with it if you're regularly interacting with people in the industry and have an internet connection through which you can look up many different sites that shoot IR. I pointed out on the Blacked thread that Brandi worked with Julia Ann multiple times. She couldn't have asked her for more info on IR?
You can believe that for some reason Brandi couldn't have talked to anyone else in the industry about IR, or that everyone she talked to was only aware of the kind of IR that she wrote about. You could also believe that every trailer she watched and review she read online fit the description that she gave of IR in DiamondJackman's link. You can also speculate that Brandi, a grown, mature woman, didn't spend any real time exploring the genre and doesn't really know much at all about IR, yet chose to write about it anyway. You can believe one or the other of those things, but I don't believe any of them.
EDIT: Remember this?

It's not about whether they feel uncomfortable. I'm very against trying to make a performer shoot something she's not comfortable with shooting. It's about the fact that that specific line of reasoning is bullshit, and has been bullshit for years now. To use Brandi as an example, there was a point a couple years ago where she posed for an on-set picture with Prince, and many people assumed that it was because they had shot a scene together. The truth is that they were both on set the same day to shoot two separate scenes (Brandi's scene/Prince's scene). Now, the fact that they were on set long enough to be in two scenes (and more to the point, Prince was actually dressed in his wardrobe for his scene, which means Brandi had to have been on set to watch/hear at least some of it) means that she knew how the scene was set up, and that it wasn't set up in the way that she states that IR scenes that she doesn't like are set up. Which means she knew at least one company (a company that she's worked with for years, shot her first scene mainstream porn scene with, and still to this day has a good relationship with the owners and producers of even though she can't/doesn't shoot with them anymore) didn't shoot IR in the way she was talking about, that she could have shot it with.
Unlike some people who venture into this discussion in general (about women who do or don't do IR), I don't really care whether they do or not. It's your career to handle however you see fit, and I don't have a problem with that. The only thing I don't like is being given excuses that don't make sense. If you're waiting for someone to offer up a showcase, or an offer/number that no one has offered up yet? Just say that, and I'll have much more respect for your answer than if you come with that particular line of reasoning (the perpetuating racial stereotypes line).

^i feel the same. If they don't want to do it, fine. But don't spew bullshit like that. Give us the real reason. I would even prefer they just not acknowledge it.

I agree with that. Just don't try to force feed us that bullshit, don't fork tongue, don't talk out the side of your mouth. [mod edit: comment removed. See the ADT forum etiquette, 3rd paragraph.] I'd still fuck the shit out of her though.

She has some legit points in there. I agree that the industry is not racist, which is also why I disagree with her summary here:
"What you will never see me do however is what you see in the vast majority of the interracial video productions in the market today. I’m not going to be referred to as a “white bitch”. I’m not going to be told to “suck that nigger cock” I’m not going to involve myself in anything or with anyone that I don’t find personally arousing. Period."
Vast majority? That's ridiculous. Out of the last 100 IR scenes I've caught, not one of them used the N-word, and I don't recall any "white bitch" epithets thrown around.
Granted, that Q&A Brandi posted was dated Dec. 2013, but even by that point the industry had become almost completely devoid of such things. Even when explicit raceplay was at its most ubiquitous point, it wasn't even 1/4 of the IR that was out there. Nowhere near "vast majority" even when HushHush was at its most popular point which would have been like 8 years ago. It's not even 10% of the genre nowadays, and I don't think it was ever much higher than that.

Brandi Love, Rachel Starr, and Alexis Texas - the holy trinity. I've read messages of at-the-time current directors and producers who scoff at girls like these three because they have to create ridiculous sub-genres like "veggie IR" and labeling mixed guys, like Karlo Karrera and Alex Jones, black for one scene and not black in another to a point where the male actors just drop any black tags altogether. Brandi's post was bull then, and still is bull now. Her family is good with her shooting porn but she better not cross paths with a black guy or else, basically enabling the Jim Crow/Donald Trump lifestyle. I cant wait for the old guard of dodgers to get out the industry, that includes being agents like Shy Love. Back then, it used to be white girls were the only ones refusing IR, now, even though more white girls are open-minded there are more Latina and even Black girls that are on the so called "business-plan" route but I dont see how they benefit from it when they are already brown skin/full of melanin.

I would think it is not as common anymore I was in college in the late 90's early 00's and high speed internet and online porn was in its infancy. DVD was becoming the dominate media and the players were like $300-$400 and being broke college students most guys did not have one, then add to that asking a guy to borrow porn was a weird thing to ask and asking for it back was even weirder.
Going back to what the OP asked though about IR porn becoming too PC, I would say that it really has not at all. In fact you could argue that IR porn is more politically incorrect than other genres of mainstream porn.
Several reasons.
1. The term Interracial (porn version) in and of itself is politically incorrect. As it only applies to scenes where one of the performers is black and the other/others are not.
2.From Gunslinger's original post " newer sites like BLACKED, DarkX, TeensLoveBlackCocks and BlackIsBetter." Notice something about all of them, a specific emphasis on the race of the performer at least the male performer. Add in the the movies, just recently Blacked Out, Black Cock Passion, My New Black Stepdaddy, etc. If the genre were becoming more PC then you would see less of an emphasis on titles such as these and more neutral sounding titles.
3. The scene themselves if there is some dialogue the fact that one of the performer is black is more than likely to come up at some point. Again if political correctness was you would have scenes where ethnicity would not be brought up at all. The scenes would be such that the ethnicity would be avoided.
The thing that many of us have been arguing about in this thread is not if IR has become too PC, I would say that what has been argued about is if IR porn has become too conservative. As with most things the more mainstream that they become the more moderate they become and the extremes are pushed further and further away. They need to appeal to a wider audience and being placed in the middle of the spectrum gives them that opportunity.
Ultra Conservative(no mention of race just a normal bg, normal themes, just sex between 2 people)
.
.
. (personally I would say it is here today)
Moderate(mentioning race in a de-emphasized way but it still being part of the scene)
.
.
.
Ultra-Liberal(No holds barred everything goes language, characters, etc)
Where would you put IR today on this? For my personal tastes I don't mind it being more on the more conservative side, I know several posters want there to be a little ultra liberal IR porn offered in a non clips4sale website.
As for the whole thing about the performers using the I don't like the way it is shot. I tend to believe that an industry vet making that claim is less believable than some girl that is fresh out of high school from some small town in middle america. As an industry vet you would have been around long enough and worked with enough directors to know their shooting styles as opposed to the rookie girls that are naive and will go along with what they are being feed.
Like other have said, if you don not want to film an IR scene then don't do it, just stop with all the BS behind it. It insults the intelligence of the fans of the genre and it makes the performer look quite ignorant and downright dumb.

I'll look into this. Frankly it is probably not up my alley, but I think it's important to just let people be with their fantasy. Even if it seems dangerous or provocative, as long as it remains fantasy. This is pretty much a litmus test for reaching the age of reason. I think the academic consensus is the age of reason is around 6 or 7. So if we can credit kids with knowing right from wrong, and discerning fantasy from reality, then why can't we grant the same for adults who should damn well know better? I think the right we give some people to get behind the wheel of an auto and jeopardize our own lives on highways is far more dangerous than letting people engage in their own fantasies.
And another point I want to emphasize is how this concept of race-play seems to attract those with a propensity for authoritarianism to arbitrate which fantasies are allowed by which people. I'm sure you two are savvy enough to infer what I'm talking about. But what's worth sharing is the fact that no group or gender or race can lay a monopolistic claim to any type of deviant fantasy or perversion, and there's no monolithic motivation or inspiration that can be attributed to any demographic. People within the same demographic may be into the same fetish for different reasons. People of different demos could share the same fetish for the same reason. And people of differing demos could be into the same fetish for different reasons. There's always at least three different ways these fetishes and demos could overlap. It's always useful to envision this sort of thing as a Venn diagram. Even more interestingly, different demos can be opposed to the same fetish for the same or even opposite reasons (which are still typically the same but in reverse "X fetish is at my expense").
At the risk of delving into platitudes, it is never better to assume first, especially when the assumption implies some kind of belligerent outrage. Unless we're talking about immediate physical threats. But I guess that caveat ruins a potentially profound maxim. Anyway this is why we must stress the importance of distinguishing fantasy.
Same. I honestly would go further to say it's better if a performer may simply say they are personally turned off by it, rather than search for some kind of phony platform to stand on. I know some people are turned off by other races. I think that's perfectly acceptable and may be nothing more than biological impulse. I mean, it's no skin off our teeth, but I think we could all concede that we've heard from many black women who say non-black men simply turn them off. I don't consider this hateful.
