^I don't think Stoya is gonna give more details because it would open up the possibility of digging herself a hole with her lies. By staying vague she insures that support from the knee-jerk reaction crowd who automatically support the woman in a case like this and immediately brand somebody a rapist with no trial/evidence.
^ And this is why you'll never get any other details. Because outside of videotaped evidence, there's always going to be people like this who won't believe anything she says regardless. It's not worth trying to convince most of these people in the first place.

^^ By staying vague? She was quite specific about what happened.
^ He wants a time and date so he can cross-reference it with his and her phone records so he can make sure they were both even in the same place that day before he'll even consider believing a part of her story.
Welcome to the 21st century where we no longer throw people at the stake based off of somebody's verbal claims. We actually have something called rights now where we determine if somebody is guilty of rape by processing it through a trial. It's ironic that this has to constantly be reminded to the liberal crowd who claim to be the most 'progressive'. Also Flacfan I was still hoping to see evidence of Stoya being hurt financially because of her lies please.
You talk about the knee-jerk reaction crowd that automatically believe Stoya because she's a woman, evidence be damned, and yet you automatically believe she's lying, evidence be damned. That's ironic to say the least.
^Go look at the very beginning of the thread where I posted too. I actually had a knee-jerk reaction as well and believed her at first which I now see was a mistake, but I did the right thing by becoming sceptical as soon as more and more information of the circumstances was coming out. So yeah I'm the opposite of the "just because" knee-jerk reaction crowd. I actually asked questions about her and her intentions/circumstances. I don't blindly believe someone and respond with the 'just because' card as every single unfavorable fact comes out. Just because this makes it look like she's lying or just because this or that does, doesn't mean her twitter posts don't permanently brand James Deen as a rapist who's life should be ruined! No thanks, that's not me.

^ Yet her career and brand should be? Again, why would she lie? And what's changed? I have heard of no performer changing her story that this guy is an abusive person, and in a different line of work he'd be fired and black balled with this type of "at work" behavior, and probably charged. The girls know if they pursue it, they themselves will be blacklisted. I ask again, Why would she lie? She has no motive, as it's a well proven attitude that the women are always blamed and that those in a relationship are even less credible. As to how she has been damaged, Really? you are going there? O.K.: Hmm let's see, tried to sell off her part of a growing website so it wouldn't hurt said site, her partners refused to do that. She stopped writing her wonderful columns. She has stopped working due to the damage the person inflicted on her, while he didn't miss a beat and kept shooting for his own website, and has now started being booked again outside it. The only thing she did was bring hurt to her life. The only thing I have ever heard, and he hasn't said much, is that "I didn't do it". I tend to believe the one who was most damaged and not the one who has a previous history of abuse that was covered up by the industry he works in. I can't post real feelings here again without violating the forum policy, so this will have to do.
^ -Plenty of girls 'pursued it' and weren't blackballed. The only one who has been blackballed is James Deen, plenty of of evidence of this has been posted, you have yet to post anything that proves your claims about Stoya's career. -She had plenty of motives based on what people around their relationship said. You'll believe anyone who trashes JD but somehow you're deaf ears on the ones who talked about Stoya trying to cause trouble in Deen's life any way she could and her mental problems etc. Based on that it is easy to believe that her main motive was to hurt him with false rape claims. What she got out of it? Attention, support, "revenge" etc.Sources please.Sources please. Stoya stopped working full-time long before posting the lies on twitter and has a sketchy history that indicates she is an enemy to her own well-being. How does that prove JD raped her?

Beyond the whole true or false discussion, when established, respectable and even legendary performers speak out, involving a case like this, the industry should feel ethically obliged to show allegiance towards them and blacklist Deen, until the claims against him have been legitimately declared false. The fact that the man in question still gets casted for major companies like Jules Jordan and Elegant Angel and even gets nominees and rewards (right?) is something I deen severely fucked up.

^^ After Kayden initially denied Stoyas wish for her to sign the sale of her stake in Trnchcoat, Stoya and Trenchcoat Part Ways. She had not stopped working some time before the encounter. She was quite active on Trenchcoat as a director and performer, growing that site. Just because it wasn't at a major studio you frequent doesn't mean she wasn't working, a lot. Sketchy history? You are using a 1950's rape defense in 2017? What's next her line of work makes it ok for him to violate the D/S communities most sacred guideline? Edited by - FlacFan on 7/9/2017 1:58:52 PM
^You post a tweet from Stoya where she merely says that she parted ways with trenchcoatx(Btw this is the site where she was selling videos of James Deen even after her rape claims) this is not in line with your claims. How does this prove that this website was losing sales because of Stoya's involvement, which would supposedly be because of her claims against JD? How do you know that the site was hurting after that? It sounds like you just made that up in your mind and ran with it. There is a myriad of reasons why she could decide to part ways. I find it extremely unlikely that potential subscribers to trenchcoat would boycott it because of two tweets, if anything it is far more likely that the opposite would have happened. From what I've seen 9 out of 10 people online were/are on Stoya's side. The vast majority branded Deen as a rapist very very quickly and were totally on her side. You're just completely fixated on Stoya being a victim no matter what so you come up with baseless claims like this.

No troll, I'm completely fixated on an assholes pattern of abuse that finally extended into his home environment. Also, do you really think she would lie about leaving a company she founded? For what purpose? No, you are the one fixated on defending a {Redacted}. Edited by - FlacFan on 7/9/2017 3:24:14 PM

Please keep in mind that after Stoya revealed Jame's criminal behavior, many other woman who were afraid to come out in past, had corroborated Stoya, in that James was abusive. Do you just assume that they were all lying? Some of whom had given extremely detailed accounts, including dates and multiple participants of the encounter. The list is long and sad: Stoya Kelly Stafford Tori Lux Ashley Fires Amber Rayne Kora Peters Joanna Angel Nicki Blue Holly Jee and an unnamed woman who went by T.M.
Even Rocco gives us some logicaal insight as to why James can be abusive in his personal life http://www.thedailybeast.com/accuser-james-deen-had-help-raping-me http://www.thedailybeast.com/rocco-siffredi-on-the-james-deen-rape-allegations-if-he-has-a-black-soul-im-not-sure The company Kink had cut ties with James as they had known that one of their directors had helped James rape a girl.
^There's a world of difference between assault and rape. JD did admit to assaulting/humiliating people early in his career and apologized, although he did make it clear that some of the stories were heavily exaggerated. If James really was a rapist trying to deny everything he would have done so, he could have denied everything since this only fuels the knee-jerk reaction crowd but he didn't. As far as I know only Stoya has claimed rape and that's a very different thing. Btw, this year Rocco was also accused of rape by a female celebrity(another thing blown out of proportion) I'm wondering if you're aware of that.Just quoting this before you decide to edit it. There's no talking to you. Edited by - 2bollocks on 7/9/2017 4:36:54 PM

The only reason I edited it in the 1st place was to redact harsh language at a performer that is against forum rules. I stand by every word.

1. Assuming you're talking about Trump, where and when did he brag about sexually assaulting women? If you're referring to the bus tape, the transcript says, "when you're famous women "LET" you grab them by the pussy." Not really assault, but Trump haters tend to ignore the "LET" part of the dialogue. 2. Social media accusations of sexual misconduct don't really hold a lot of water if police reports aren't filed. I'm not defending Deen, but there'd be a lot more credibility if a police report exists. Edited by - rosco fuji on 7/9/2017 10:11:42 PM
^ But why would she put herself though a police report on what is basically a spousal abuse case where you, I, and most people with a decent knowledge of the law know that nothing would ever come out of it? There would be no physical evidence beyond the fact that they had sex (and considering the use of safe words, it may have been rough sex, so any signs of violence wouldn't mean much either). It would have been a he-said, she-said case between two sex workers, which very few prosecutors in the country would want to pick up (that is, if it gets beyond being dismissed by the police officers first). The only reason for her to file a police report is if she planned on going public, which, considering she waited a year until she said anything about it (and honestly, waiting something like 8-9 months before she said anything bad about him in public), she wasn't planning on doing until she did it. The existence of a police report doesn't make this any more or less likely to have happened. We have about as much evidence that this specific incident did happen as we do that it didn't. Most people that have formed a resolute opinion on this have done it on the basis of what they think about the two people involved, not on what little facts we do have.

Are you nuts ? are you actually saying that society should be a reflection of the court of law ? wow. And once again, I stretch that all of these woman who made allegations against him, all seem to bear a righteous grudge, have had personal relationships with him in various forms and are seemingly devoid of some political agenda or a quick get rich scheme. Is it just a bunch of hysteria then ? that seems unlikely and I find it a bit immoral to think in that line of fashion without a clear incentive.

Are you trolling? I seriously can't tell. Besides the fact that your suggestion that "the industry should feel ethically obliged to show allegiance towards them and blacklist Deen, until the claims against him have been legitimately declared false" sets the presumption of innocence on its head, how are these claims to be "legitimately declared false" when neither Stoya nor any of the others have seen fit to assert their claims in any form which could lead to them being formally and properly investigated? Is Deen supposed to remain under a cloud indefinitely on the basis of nothing more than unsubstantiated Twitter comments and quotes given to gossip websites?

Damn... you're kind of reaching aren't you ? it's basically just a slightly cynical way of saying: that will never happen due to absence of factual evidence, which of course is well established, yet when you share a relationship with an entity in any shape or form, is it really that much to ask to uphold some mutual solidarity ? a refusal to enact that, represents moral decay, plain and simple. Furthermore, there's a huge difference between "remaining under a cloud indefinitely" and "getting on with your life with a few adjustments". It's quite abhorring by the way that potential life experiences are blatantly disregarded as "unsubstantiated twitter comments and "quotes given to gossip websites"

Bunch of sick fucks out here, defending a potential rapist. It's embarrassing I even have to say the following: when someone tells you that they have been victimized, you automatically give them the benefit of the "unknowing" until you find a distinct indication of deceit within either their character or story. Newsflash: crimes happen all the time without a trace of verifiable evidence being left behind, if that's your excuse to turn a blind eye and cum glaze the bubble you live in, then you are a minion of evil.

James Deen is a guy that have so much supply that I have severe troubles to take this thread seriously any fucking more. If you have a thousand vodkas and gin bottles to spend energy on, you just don't rob a liqueur store. And if you do, you have been listening way too much on Guns 'N' Roses, getting the song Nightrain under your skin, smoking dope and chewing strange mushroom by the side of the road. I see no James Deen by the side of that road.
___________________________________________________________ The overwhelming, admittedly circumstantial evidence, is that he is a serial abuser, and he finally took it home with him, but due to the type of industry he works in, it's ignored and/or accepted. Based on the danish TV documentary following Dencie K's late moves in L.A., things slipped off track just as Kink was introduced. If this story has a bandit, it's Kink, not Deen.

Denice K had a big roll in 2005, 2006, 2007, and then little by little she disappeared. She was part of a documentary that followed her steps in 2012 back in L.A. As she was hired to do some work or acts for Kink things just fell apart. She had to fly to San Fran and shit. I don't like it. She should stick to L.A. Implied: Kink does some negative impact. I don't wanna see what they do. Neither do I wanna discuss it. I just don't give a fuck about Kinks. And if things come out from there negative, neither should no one else.

... give a fuck. Even Ben English played a role that made him look like a maniac over there. And I happened to believe he only did that by his looks. So Kink does have the ability to make people in general look bad, that's all I have to say. To me it's a bad system set to shake thinggs up. And when it's all shook up, you just can't throw that rape card back in the stakes. It's a cheap trick worthy of nothing in my book. Edited by - Dragon Sign on 7/10/2017 11:54:29 AM

All those guys gone to war, losing legas and arms and brains, they never complain even though they knew what they signed up for. This Stoya thing is a little vendetta and that is nothing compared to the system, quite frankly if she lost her legs and arms and brains, I could chip in a little more of a sympathy. But I don't think so.
Farrah from Teen Mom made the same accusation. Besides he ripped off his fake name from a 1950s actor.

Hold your untamed horses a bit, when I hear things like that, it only compounds the gravity of hatred. If I know the old class a little bit, I believe I do, Elvis Aaron Presley's generation, may or may not with his very exception, for sure I know Dennis Hopper and his likes, I may have to mention Marlon Brando, big character, then there's not a long distance furher on to James Dean, thought through rolemodel, they'd be pretty astonished taking 1986 born L.A. boy's movies under further consideration. You just can't be a wild one denying those living artifacts.
