I rarely visit the porn pool. So, I was stunned the other day to find no less than four separate threads all accusing women who haven't performed interracial scenes to be racists. Let's be clear though. Racism is about prejudice and discimination. If you prejudge the president based solely on his skin color, then you are acting in a racist manner. However, not all prejudgements are racist. This is especially the case when dealing with women. A woman has every right to prejudge who she prefers to have sex with. She is quite literally deciding who she will allow into her body. Such a decision requires a level of attraction and trust among other factors. These are things that having nothing at all do with race, since attractive and trustworthy people and their opposites exist within all ethnic groups. Denying the existence of this internal analysis that every woman must make is patently wrong. A third element of racism, one which doesn't get as much attention as prejudice and discrimination, is oppression. In its worst form, oppression is slavery. But, oppression extends also to non-physical entrapment. Belittling, berating and denigrating a person is as oppressive, if not more so, than striking them with a fist. So, when a man directs words of derision at a woman based upon her refusal to have sex, what is the act if not oppression? It is my solemn hope that these words will put an end to some of the nonsense that has been posted in recent days. Adult entertainment has much more pressing issues facing it today, including but not limited to AIDS, piracy, shrinking profits and government prosecution. The fact that beautiful, sexy, interesting and capable women are even willing to enter such a troubled industry is almost miraculous. We should be thankful not demanding of that gift.
Oh dear! You have opened up a whole lot shit on here now. You will be called a racist pretty soon enough. Jenna Jameson was called a racist the other day for not sleeping with black men even know she has slept with three black women during her career. Edited by - pokerman on 10/5/2009 2:41:56 PM

Nope, that's where you're wrong, every woman in porn MUST have sex with black dudes, because if she doesn't she's a white supremacist racist piece of redneck trash...at least that's what you will be hearing when the perfect storm has arrived. Like van Ryn has braced himself for the Lucic hit that put him through the glass...you should do the same. But man will I cheer for you...
Good for you for addressing this! Here's my opinion because I want to express it and in case anyone cares what a 22 year old white girl thinks: I am not attracted to black men. I work with black men and I take classes with them. In fact, I am taking an acting class and my scene partner is a black man. The ones that I talk to on a regular basis, I really enjoy them. They are nice and laid back. I have absolutely nothing against them and in fact, I enjoy their company. I had a black female friend for a while until she stabbed me in the back. This being said, I find it appalling the vitriol that is spat at women who don't want to perform with black men. As much as we want to call it racist or feel it's prejudiced, people generally have preferences based on their own ethnicity. It's how our species, our particular gene combinations, continue to thrive and grow. I think it's digusting the men who get on here and attack pornstars for not working with black men. There are physical differences between races. If a woman is not attracted to black men or finds them a turn off, in whatever way, she is entitled to that feeling. Period. There's nothing racist about that, at least not in the way that most people think. And if you do think it's prejudiced, then you are simply blinding yourself. Black men don't look like white or asian or indian men. If a woman isn't interested in working with a black man, that's her decision. There are black people who would never dream of coupling with a white person. It's based on personal preference. And honestly, as unpopular as this might make me, there are differences between races. I'm not saying it has anything to do with mental ability or so forth, but there are differences. It doesn't make one or the other better or more important. But a woman has a right to decide and not be blacklisted or constantly attacked. So get over it. As I said here months ago, concentrate on the performers who will work with black men and ignore the ones who won't. You, as well as the performer, are entilted to your preference.
I enjoy the first 3 responses lol. I honestly think you can rule out trust for alot of porn chicks as that is not the issue. Attraction, sure, but even that is a stretch at times. Alot of the attraction issues will, odds are, come from childhood/family environment anyways. And that is where the racism starts, which can(and alot of tiems does) gets carried over to adulthood. And for some mysterious reason, the female can't get out of the brainwashed mentality of racism. They can break away from so many other things from childhood, but race doesn't seem to be one of em. Heck they can break from religion easily, but race, oh no. This is the internet. Where you can (almost) anonymously call a female who won't to interracial a cunt, bitch, whore, you name it. It's not about oppression, its the fact that you(the average person) doesn't know who I am or where I am, so I'm free to do and say as I please no matter how damaging or hurtful my words may be. And, I'm sure you should know this but, your post won't end anything. lol.
Well yea of course there's differences in races. Scientists have shown that, just look at bone structure. I've got no problem with a chicks preference so long as she came to it herself and it wasn't rooted in racism or brainwashing by family.
If as a porn fan you want to dictate that a certain porn star have sex on camera with another person of color (mix and match, your choice), the solution to this is simple. It's called a private shoot. Come up with the dough, offer it to the performers and bring a camera. Porn is sexual performance for pay. If you pay for it, and they accept the terms of your contract, you can have whatever the fuck you want. Otherwise, your opinions on who a person does and doesn't choose to perform with are irrelevant.
I agree, people particularly fans feel that if you get to see someone naked let alone fucking that you somehow own her. I have nothing against IR scenes nor the girls who both CHOOSE to do it and CHOOSE NOT TO as well. The operative word here being CHOICE. If the industry starts forcing girls to do IR then they will also start to force anal, and gang bangs and DP and fisting and someone at some point will scream about a girl not letting others shit on her chest...the nerve lol Everyone has a choice, to be in the business and to decide what they feel comfortable with performing. That is why we have solo girls and girls who only do girls, each girl has her own set of rules. Who is anyone to question that and to berate someone for not making the choice that you want to see on screen? I want to see Scarlett Johanson in a hardcore anal extravaganza getting pounded while eating out Megan Fox but am I shouting from the rafters about how we will never see that happen. Nope I respect the decision. And to make this IR debate, that we have seen in SO MANY posts, come back to race trumping decision it just becomes absurd. To say that you will not work with a black person is Racist only when that doesn't interfere with your personal space. If a story came out of a porn star stomping off stage because her camera man is black, or the make-up girl is black etc that is insane and she deserves to be ridiculed because that is hardcore racist, but when "working" involves having sex with that person all of that goes out of the window and it becomes about personal choice. Whatever may or may not be a driving force in that choice is irrelevant, its hers to make PERIOD.
All fair enough except it isn't anything like rape. Why do people insist on overusing terms like rape and racists? The actual acts are evil, and should not be used lightly. Peer pressure, unfair press, maybe even blackmail (ha ha, get it) we can buy. But to compare it to rape, and say belittling is equivalent to assault is goofy. Actually, it's very similar to blacks and other minorities playing the race card when it isn't valid. Frankly, I find it a bit strange that a woman will engage in gang bangs, anal, fisting, money shots- you get the idea; but not do IR. As I have posted before, porn is all about escape and I find conventional boundaries to be quite tedious. And in case anyone missed the latter part of the last century, IR is fairly, ahem; common. Not doing interracial ranks right up there with only performing with other girls, not swallowing, and the dreaded couples scenes. Calling such women racists and berating them is a bit much I'd agree. But it is not akin to rape, and is a lousy analogy. Read a transcript from a real rape court case, Roman Polanski for instance. So a porn star gets called out for not fucking a black or Hispanic dude. If that's the worst thing that happens to them in the business, I think the girl will be ok. Oh, and they will most likely do IR eventually anyway. Since it's all about the bucks, and not her personal liberty, choice blah blah blah.

A small sampling of your recent posts. In your eyes, white women are "sluts," "racists" and "liars" and white men are "angry" and "mad." You need to look in the mirror my friend. The axe you clearly have to grind is exactly the one against which you are protesting. Edited by - tobias on 10/6/2009 8:05:29 PM Edited by - tobias on 10/7/2009 11:31:53 PM

If that's all it takes to qualify as oppressive treatment, then it is reciprocal. I imagine that it is more belittling, berating, and denigrating to be refused by a sex worker just because of your race. It's the equivalent of having a public park refuse you entry because of your race. The part that people fail to understand is that it doesn't matter who she's attracted to in her private life. This isn't her private life. It's her job. The only difference is that these women are allowed the ability to behave this way because they work in an industry which not only condones these attitudes, but advocates them. For this reason, the main problem lies with the industry more than the individual performers. I am convinced that if the industry itself didn't make so big a deal over this whole race issue, then hardly any of the women working in it would have a problem with it either. They only have a problem with it because they're allowed, and often encouraged, to have a problem with it. This has even been confirmed by several women who work in the industry, many of whom admit that they were discouraged from doing IR for various reasons, such as being told that it will hurt her career. Since this wouldn't be tolerated in any other industry, why should we tolerate it by making excuses for it just because it's porn? Plus, it's really odd that you decided to start yet another IR thread even though you acknowledge that there are already more than a few active threads on this issue. Why not just comment on one of the existing threads rather than add to the IR overkill already going on here?
You are right to a certain extent but do you at least acknowledge that there are racists in this country who will not sleep with a black man for racist reasons? If we were in the 60s, the percentage of women doing IR will certainly not be the same as the percentage doing it now in 2009. And you think that has nothing to do with changes in race relations over the years?
I would like to see what you think about these three pornstars: 1. Felix Vicious once said that she will never have sex with any black man in the whole wide world for 1 million dollars, biracials included too. 2. Milf Neesa who also works as an escort said that she will never have sex with blacks, MEXICANS or men from the middle east. She said she can do other latinos but no Mexicans...then she went on to say even other latinos(Puerto Ricans, Venezuelans,...) look down on mexicans. 3. I forgot the name of this pornstar but she was asked to worked with Ramon. In case you don't know him,Ramon is a latino guy that may have some black in him. When she met Ramon she told him she can only work with him if he guarentees her that he has no black in him. So she is ok with what he looks like but she just wanted to confirm he has no black IN his DNA. When she asked about it later on , she said it is the way she was raised. SO YOU REALLY THINK NONE OF THESE THREE PORNTARS IS RACIST OR PREJUDICE? By the way, there is a big difference between people choosing to date or marry withing their own race and a pornstar refusing to have sex with all men of a specific race.
Good points made in that post realtip. Especially the one about Private lives as opposed to Proffesional lives. And the one about starting another "IR" thread. I think some people like to hear themselves talk(read themselves type). Even if people don't want to say it is racism(Because that is extreme), no one can deny that it can be called discrimination which is pretty bad as well. *****The Dr. of Nasty*****

This is the bitter pill we must swallow. Race is not separate from attraction. It is a component thrown into the mix, often consciously. So it is possible that to certain performers, being black is so unattractive that it can never rise above the UGLIEST person of ANY OTHER RACE. As a black person, it is truly difficult to fathom this, but we are asked to respect that decision. I mean, it is baffling why if given only the choice of sex with Max Hardcore, or Taye Diggs, a starlet would choose Max Hardcore. But I suppose it is her choice. Since we are black, we are kind of blind to how others view us externally. Maybe having black skin and kinky/curly hair really does make us ugly. Even blacks with more "european" features like narrow noses and delicate faces can't make the cut because they are .. well black. WE just can't see what that means to other people who are NOT black. It is very frustrating.
You are totally whacked....sometimes, Fugly is just Fugly.

I agree. But what I am saying is that maybe blackness is weighted in that decision SO heavily, that other positives like body type, facial features, intangibles, ... can never raise the score enough. It's like you see a girl who has a pretty face, smells great, awesome voice, etc. But she is really overweight. For many (not all), the overweight bit will overshadow any other positive. Nothing exists to cancel it out. Thing is though ... she can always lose weight to improve her score. We, on the other hand, are stuck with our skin color. Screw that. I love my skin color. If someone wants to rate someone by the color of their skin then they can just go get a life and live it because their the ones with the issues. On topic: I don't care for any performer being pressured to do anything they aren't comfortable with. My reason? Because the scenes usually turn out to have terrible performances because the performers DON'T really want to do it. Edited by - digital devil on 10/5/2009 10:40:58 PM
Any arguments about attraction should end now. Here's why: Do you really think all the girls who fuck Dick Nasty or Dirty Harry are attracted to them? How about The Minion? There are girls on that site who fucked his fat hairy ugly ass (and some even licked it too) but haven't even done a handjob scene with a black guy. There are posts all over ADT of porn girls talking about how they did a scene recently with a guy they weren't attracted to. And some of you are claiming it has to do with attraction? Seriously? It may be true that there are some women in porn who aren't all that into black guys. But that's not what this is about. All this doesn't say that any of these girls are racist (I mean a given girl may or may not be racist, but this in and of itself says nothing about them). It does say that there is more going on here than simply a case of lack of attraction.
YEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! I had to quote this post because its so awesome. That's exactly what I am saying KB. Attraction my ass. LMAO! I just didn't have the drive to bother writing it in here. *****The Dr. of Nasty*****
Very good point killbillvol69 and I am sure that is true in a lot of cases but what about the female performers that don't do IR who haven't are wouldn't sleep with those guys you just mentioned? But i think you made a good point about a lot of the female performers but not all the performers.
But see that is what I am getting at, kb. Maybe it is time for us to consider that even the most repulsive of non-black men is more "attractive" to these girls than a "10" black guy. And in this case, "attractive" means they meet some minimum standard that allows these girls to permit sex for money. It seems incredible, yet this is what we are being led to believe. Do they really think we are that ugly? Or is there simply so much shame/fear about being with black men that has been burned into their psyche's since childhood. I do not understand it, personally.
Hmm. You'd think so, wouldn't you? Maybe not Taye Diggs, but there are handsome black dudes in porn (Lex, Tyler Knight, Tee Reel, Sean Michaels...), yet there are lots of girls who have worked with Max (many of them more than once), but not any black guys. It isn't about attraction folks.
I just want to know where all the protests for another IR thread are? Usually they show up in force when the pro IR debate crowd dares to post something.
Now it's only a matter of time before somebody gets shot in the ass with an arrow.

But how many of these scenes end up being hot and how many are obvious go through the motions? Are you looking for any IR scene with starlet XYZ that won't do IR or do you want a hot scene with the same performer? If you want the latter than attraction is going to have something to do with it.
Opinions on racism in porn is split along racial lines on this board and that is self explanatory. Blacks are saying it's there and whites are saying there is none.
Let's not forget that those same girls refused to worked with Jake Steed who is biracial but looks more white than black. If Jake had lied about his ethnicity and claimed he was latino, they wouldn't have had problems working with him. Lots of girls have worked with Ramon but they still say they havent done IR yet, including Rachel Roxx. Max hardcore is at least better looking and in better looking than Ron Jeremy.
