The Afterhours print is quite good and this is definitely one of the better Phil Prince films. Apparently his editor put in the fart sounds because he thought it was funny. I wonder what Ron Jeremy would have to say about these films today. Annie Sprinkle is no fan. What would you all say is the best Phil Prince? I am assuming that Evil Motion was a company put together by Raven Riley and Liz Vicious. The 2257 custodian is Bill Rust, who appears to have been the custodian for Liz Vicious. I can't find who was Raven Riley's (both of their real sites appear to be long gone). He does not appear to have been the custodian for Wasteland.com at the time and is not now. I am not sure why Colin Rowntree used a pseudonym for the film. It is clearly him in the bts footage. It was definitely a cool and unique adult movie. I wish they had made more. I can only assume they didn't make much money on it. I remember back in the day when I bought my copy only ADE carried it and it was rather pricey. [Link]

It's an early Joe Sarno film that really foreshadows the type of soft and xxx features he would become known for. INGA stars the uber lovely Marie Liljedahl as the title character who enters about midway to disrupt the dysfunctional plans of her Aunt Greta, which echoes plot lines of later Sarno flicks like SLEEPY HEAD, MISTY, ABIGAIL LESLEY IS BACK IN TOWN, even THE TROUBLE WITH YOUNG STUFF . When the two main male characters start lining up for the young woman, she has her own sexual awakening and decides between one of the two for the finale. Sarno shoots the film in black and white similar to French New Wave flicks of the period. No major appearances of genitalia so I guess the movie would merit an NC17 by today's standards. This disc from Retro-Seduction Cinema is really terrific. I watched the uncut feature in Swedish with English subtitles plus there's a version dubbed in English. ROBIN'S NEST starts off with a terrific wedding night encounter between Arcadia Lake and Eric Edwards. When their characters separate, the flick then weaves a hit and miss xxx comedic tale that brings the characters back together for a rushed finale with darker action. This was the first porn movie I'd ever seen. Everything was big in Texas especially in late 70's early 80's especially in the porn industry and mainstream Dallas,Debbie Does Dallas, North Dallas 40,Urban Cowboy etc .... Back then it wasn't uncommon for an actor/actress to use an alias Tara Aire (Bobbi Jackson) Misty Regan (Misty Middleton) John Holmes ( Johnny Wadd) Gino Colbert ( Sam Schad). Before the HIV outbreak in 1985 actors in gay porn would perform in straight porn Gino Colbert who is the brother of Victoria "Tina Maria" Jackson who in 1984 won best actress award for her role in Firestorm and Eric Ryan (R.I.P.). I found it ironic that two of leads in this movie were West Coast based actresses Tara Aire and Misty Regan in an East Coast production. Tara Aire and Misty Regan fly into town for a reunion and stay with Tiffany Clark. The three of them would go on to play strip poker and the loser would have to strip and tell a sex story. One of my favorites was a very tender touching scene involving Tara Aire and a very nerdy Gino Colbert boy was he ever young here, Tara wanted to invite Gino to the school dance and Gino didn't know how to dance so Tara was teaching him how to dance. This would lead up to a love making session. During their dancing and love making session the Boz Scaggs song Look What You've Done To Me was playing a song that was played throughout the John Travolta/Debra Winger Film Urban Cowboy (1980). An incredibly hot scene Ron Jeremy is a sex ed teacher and his student is Tiffany Clark looking cute in pigtails and has a real nice ass. Ron shows Tiffany a sex film that he was preparing to show his class it's starts off as old film then it becomes more modern. This does lead up to Ron and Tiffany having sex as Ron is fucking Tiffany from behind he looks up at the sex film that's being played on the projector and smiles as John Holmes (R.I.P.) is fucking Mercedez Benz. Ron's acting is really good here and he pulls off the perfect Texas accent. Another good scene has Misty Regan and Tiffany Clark out jogging and teasing a couple guys Ron Hudd wearing a 33 Dallas jersey (Tony Dorsett) and John Christopher (R.I.P.) film director. Ron would go to have sex with both Misty and Tiffany while John chicken'd out. Another hot story involves Misty Regan as waitress and she has a thing for the cook David Christopher a New York performer that made the trip out West and had a great series that he was director of called Pussyman one the few highlights of 90's porn. David fucks Misty in the kitchen mean while another waitress Velveeta (non sex role) is complaining that she has customers waiting on their order so after David after he is done fucking Misty he shoots his load in their salad and gives it to Velveeta who serves it to her customers and the one female seamed to like the dressing. There's a hot lesbian scene between Samantha Fox who is a Revlon Sales Woman trying to sell her products to Tara. Samantha is demonstrating the products and then gets Tara to join in and Tara ends up buying all of Samantha products. While these stories were being told the perverted Mr Cobb Carter Stevens in a hilarious non sex role was spying on them a through a window . When I watched film back in 1981 the only people in the movie that I was familiar with were Samantha Fox,John Holmes and Ron Jeremy. What a great fun movie I can't believe it took me 35 years to watch it again. The next movie I plan on watching I'm staying with my Dallas theme and because of my love for Monique Alexander I just bought quite a few of her videos Debbie Loves Dallas AVN's Highest Rating AAAAA Ironic Slick and Flawless. It's also creepy, weird, and kind of blackly comedic, with a random (well, more than it already is) finale that swerves into action territory (complete with a police helicopter being shot down and exploding) before the twist ending. I think it currently only exists in the form of old VHS tapes and grey market DVDs (like the one I had to resort to) that are merely rips of those VHS tapes. This one has a great poster that was featured in Bougie's Graphic Thrills 2. The film is so cheap it actually uses that poster as part of the credits sequence! The craziest thing about this film is that it appears to have been actually shot in the Amazon with some real tribespeople. But even with the setting, local tribepeople as extras and a half-decent Cannibal Holocaust meets Tarzan storyline Tobalina drags this one down with his signature incoherent editing. A desulotory orgy scene is intercut throughout the film at random along with a completely unrelated-to-anything sex scene with a guy in a gorilla suit. It all sounds way more entertaining than it is but Tobalina does come close to being some kind of Ed Wood of porn (excepting the couple of pornos that Wood actually made) and I'm enough of a trash film fan to be compelled to watch more of his films. It feels like there has to be some eccentric gem buried somewhere in the turdpile of his filmography. [Link]

It starts off with a rape-revenge storyline, with Bree Anthony making one of her de rigueur appearances in the rape scene, seems to forget about that for a while, mixes in some decent sex scenes with very goofy and highly edited kung fu scenes and then ends completely nonsensically. C.J. Laing, Bobby Astyr and Jamie Gillis are in it too, which always helps. Director Bill Milling went on to make better films but as camp and a cultural artifact Vixens is reasonably entertaining and unlike anything else one is likely to see. Even though of course it's offensive that ROOTS of all things has been turned into a porn parody, Evasive Angles obviously did it for this very reason (the title says it all). I remember when this came out and I cringed, but I also thought, "this is what porn is all about." It's intentionally insulting and offensive, and enjoys highlighting the hypocrisies of mainstream product that is exploitative in its own way. With all that said, I didn't have terribly high hopes for this movie. I'm happy to report that it surprised me. Make up, hair, and costuming are impressive; locations are impressive; dialogue is amusing; performers stay in character during the sex; the sex scenes are nicely integrated, with moments that infer sex is happening as part of the plot but is not shown (this is, to me, a handy indicator for whether the filmmakers are giving even a tiny bit of a shit about feature making); the sex is not over-the-top quagging material--even when it's bordering on "this would not happen outside of a porn movie," it is also not completely ridiculous. The sex scenes are about 20mins long, which is refreshing in a modern feature, and most of the scenes are hot. I liked it. [Link]

Click to expand Great review, I've seen that one, the "sex scene with a guy in a gorilla suit" is actually pretty hot, the doggy that is, memories of those Perverted Stories DVDs :) Couple more I've yet to watch inspired by that: La Bete aka The Beast (1975) by a new discovery for me, Walerian Borowczyk, which is sure to be far far more beautiful and sensual. and Mai Lin vs. Serena (1982) from the turdpile lol, but sounds like more mainstream and with apparently a 20 dude in masks bukkake over them both in a tub to finish, and had a thing for Serena for a long, long time! I think it was due to him dealing with minuscule budgets in the past and being able to try to make real films with them he adapted well to the adult film world. Then again I've only seen two that he directed Necromania and The Young Marrieds. And two that he wrote or had a hand in writing Shot on Location and The Undergraduate but no apparent further participation. I'm not sure if Wood even made any other adult films. [Link]

Pretty sure I might have seen some Sady Baby or maybe was in the videos posted above but had some tranny sex in it too. I know at one point Shaun Costello accused them of putting out unlicensed copies of his films, but then he participated in Forced Entry, which would indicate that they were at least approved by him or somehow they had smoothed things over. As usual with Prince the storyline kinda evaporates at some point though. Didn't know about that release Flash, I assume the missing footage from REBECCA is the watersports? [Link]

Click to expand I thought I might have got you with that one :) Yeah Payne steals the show with his over the top deranged psycho, aswell as the evaporating story the soundtrack is lolworthy too, given the kookaburras, squealing pigs and oil pumps heard underlying the constant wind rushing and occasional thunderclap during the orgy, it felt more like an open field nearby an Australian nature reserve, abattoir and oil field than in a bdsm dungeon. I have no idea if they have any others planned. Other than hints on various social media channels they seem rather tight lipped about when and what releases are coming out. I couldn't even get a reply when I inquired as to when The Hottest Show in Town was coming out when I was reviewing Severin's release of The Sinful Dwarf. John Lyons could probably answer this question better for you since he seems to be connected with Vinegar Syndrome. [Link]

I should participate in this thread more often instead of just dumping my reviews and running. The Only House</i, sadly the softcore version only, was an utter mess that started with a very promising opening where a bunch of people are chasing this girl through a dilapidated house then catch her, bring her to a room in a procession, then ceremoniously gang rape her. Right after the long gang rape the movie completely falls apart and becomes an incoherent mess. The film is only notable due to the fact it appears to be the first XXX film that Edward D. Wood, Jr., made. Score</i was an absolutely beautiful film from Radley Metzger (Henry Paris) that explores bisexuality in a fantasy land. The plot is tight, with amazing visuals. The sex scenes are mostly softcore except for one hardcore scene with Casey Donovan and Gerald Grant. This is everything you would expect from Metzger and, as long as you don't mind a gay sex scene, well worth seeing. [Link]
