I think you should show the face only when nothing better is happening. If you want to see her face then pull back the camera for a wider shot which includes the face, and let the viewer choose which parts of the screen to look at. I don't want the director to decide for me that I'd rather see the face than see the sex. Because in such case the directors has lousy decision-making skill.
