The biggest hurdle of course would be financial. Not sure how the original iteration of Girlsway lined up their funding of course, but they clearly were able to have deep enough pockets to shell out for high production quality & big name performers to really make a splash. Having the resources of Vixen Media meant that they'd be able to come right out of the gates with the more popular performers and high-quality production (Of course that got wasted by them just carbon copying the overtly fake screaming nonsense).
