They are made up of a coalition of parties - the FSC, VICA, Manwin. They are staffed by; The senior campaign staff includes Sue Burnside, campaign manager. Burnside is the founder and CEO of Burnside and Associates a Los Angeles-based political consulting firm specializing in grassroots field operations, turnout programs, ground-based vote-by-mail programs and coalition building. The FSC said 15 percent of Burnside & Associates' races have been decided by less than one percent of the total votes cast and their direct mail programs have a 95 percent win record. In 2008 Burnside & Associates achieved a perfect 100 percent win record for both their political and corporate clients, according to the FSC. In 2009, Burnside & Associates was proud to announce a 100 percent win record for their corporate clients and in 2010, they scored a 90 percent win rate for their clients. Burnside kicked off last year with Rep. Janice Hahn's historic first open primary Congressional election in California and ended it with solid wins for their political, corporate and municipal clients. Also included in their long list of clients are the DNC in Oregon, New Mexico and California, Linda Sanchez for Congress, AARP, HRC-Protect Our Constitution-Hawaii & California Project, America Votes, JetBlue and more. The campaign’s communications director is James Lee of The Lee Strategy Group, Inc. (LSG). The voters need to know the facts and know the real agenda of AHF. All this should be used by the committee to get the word out and inform people. I hope all these articles and vids will be sent to every news station, newspaper, and news website in the county. Try and get these so called journalists to do a story on this for tv or a newspaper. I cant force that... AHF told me they read my blog as well... So hopefully it will get more exposure in the coming month and will be used as a reference/research source for local media/news but they will probably go to FSC/No on Govt Waste to get their side. "Under Measure B, it would require adult film producers to provide, and to insure their employees actually use, "appropriate ... equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns... face shields or masks and eye protection... mouthpieces... pocket masks, or other ventilation devices" where "reasonably anticipated skin, eye [or] mucous membrane... contact with potentially infectious materials" such as "semen, vaginal secretions... saliva... [or] any other body fluid" might occur. You know, like kissing..." Would this mean things like condoms for blowjobs? Female Condoms for cunnilingus? Goggles for facial popshots? Heck could a popshot land on any part of exposed skin at all? These would basically be OSHA guidelines for a lab am I right? Has weinstein talked about this? It would seem this is the avenue you may want to take or question if this is indeed true. Or if it is true an effective ad may be to have a billboard showing a man and woman embracing while donning the full protective regalia. Either way, regardless of one's position on the measure, I do hope the underlying facts are presented to voters, whatever they may be. [Link]

Though Cal-OSHA has proposed revised regs that only reference gloves and eye protective gear (in addition to condoms and dental dams). Not sure if that means googles or not. And yes condoms would be required for BJs under the old Cal-OSHA regs but not the proposed new ones - if certain testing requirements are met. Or I should say that what is really interesting is the fact that they can ban basically anything. It just depends on how they package and sell the ban. They're not calling it "censorship". They'll call it "workplace safety" and they know all the little drones of the world will fall right in line regardless of what they say they believe regarding censorship, free speech and sexual freedom. Everything has a backdoor (no pun intended). If anything, the human mind is much easier to hack than any kind of computer software. You start with the really stupid people (of which there are many), push all the right buttons and their bleating will eventually drown out the "debate". How can you go in someone's house or other private property and tell them if they are having sexy with a video camera with an intent to distribute then they have to wear a condom? What if someone is fucking and records it with their iphone? If they put it on the internet, have they then broken the law? Also it seems impossible to inforce. Keep it on a closed set on private property and say you shot in San Deigo. You think police will really spend their time looking for porn shoots?
