^Many of the acts you mention went from being included only in niche porn to traditionally mainstream porn because the mainstream sector saw how popular these acts are in the niche sector. I think it's rare for porn producers to believe or care that male viewers (the market for most porn) even notice if the woman is aroused or has an orgasm. Our complaints will have no effect. In an economy where the buyer is not likely to spend except for a movie with that 'extra something' that the run of the mill stuff does not have, you would think that the makers would take heed and give us a product that reflects our preferences. Yet, generally, the gist of makers' responses I have seen varies from 'it has to be that way because it's always been that way (i.e. it's less trouble) to the old standby, 'if you don't like it, don't buy it,' i.e. fuck off, moron, I do alright. I think that producers are unlikely to respond to their customers' preferences is ultimately my biggest turn off. My ever increasing faith that that new DVD, though it looks like it might be good, will likely be the same old same old, has caused me to spend less and less, though I continue to search for something of better quality.
