Also, on the subject of Kayden Kross (and Kayden Kross alone, i.e. NOT Stoya), there is something we should remember.
It pains me to say this because Kayden Kross is a fellow libertarian and atheist. However she has a criminal conviction for fraud for which she served time and was on probation.

It would be interesting to see him do an in-person interview with someone who could ask some follow up questions. Preferably someone who doesn't start out with 'You've always been real nice to me. I was shocked when people said bad things about you.'

Lol and yet still, the feminists will have you believe that just about every single one of these women either having a sketchy past and motives or is all-around not trustworthy, is all just a complete coincidence and it's all just "CUZ THEY'RE VICTIMS". Or of course their favorite: the "just because" response.

That's an absolutely subjective assessment. Can you support your subjective notion with objective data?

You haven't supplied the actual data that proves your point! Google is also a public resource. Should I just point to Google (or any web search engine of your choice) to prove a claim I make, just because the information to support my claim might be hidden somewhere in the world wide web? That would be a totally novel approach to the principle of Citation. No, I want the actual data that supports your claim supplied by you. You can supply it in the form of a diagram or any other commonly accepted form of data visualization. Until now you haven't proven anything, you have just pointed to a publicly available resource and claimed that this resource holds information that supports your notion. But there is no proof of your actual assumption.

To be perfectly clear on this, each and every woman who has come forward is first and foremost an individual. As has been revealed by a variety of commenters, both on and off ADT, there is a range and variety of credibility among the women who have come forward. Not all of them are equally credible.

In the flurry of tweets made about this whole mess, the ones below from Lexi Belle and Amber Rayne can teach us a lot.
Here is a tweet from Lexi Belle from November 30
Lexi is saying what many others say--including Julia Ann, if I remember right.
Then here is a tweet from Lexi to Amber on December 2:
Amber's response
Something Amber tweeted just today:
What I get from the above tweets is that Amber and Lexi refuse to let this situation get in the way of their friendship. A friendship so strong is a very beautiful thing.

Wow like I said before I never liked the guy before but after reading that it's hard not to like the guy!
"Joanna Angel is one of the smartest and most creative people I have ever had the chance to know. She is a great person who deserves a great boyfriend. I don’t get to be forgiven by Joanna and that is not anyone’s problem but mine. My punishment is that one of the coolest people on the planet dislikes me and I don’t get to have her friendship. I have to deal with that. No one else."

in other words .. she is an awesome person who he wishes he had the pleasure of a friendship. AND SHES A DELUSIONAL LIAR. Yes, it makes perfect sense.
I also noticed he threw out the word "victim" in his statement. For there to be a victim there has to be a perpetrator.
Finally why not sue these women for defamation? Hard to imagine his career can ever recover from a bunch of liars and fame / money seekers.

Suing for defamation is a no-win for Deen. Even if he wins (which isn't guaranteed even if he isn't guilty of the crimes he's being accused of) his reputation is still likely to be very tarnished, plus I doubt the people he's suing are swimming in cash so I don't think there is much of a monetary reward in doing so.
In the movie "Contact" before she left they gave Jodie Foster's character a suicide pill. They explained there were a million reasons why it might be necessary but it's mainly for the reason's they can't think of.
The discovery process in the legal system is similar in that you might have to worry about a million things being dug up from your past, but it's mainly the reasons you can't think of that you should really be worried about.
Proceeding with legal action is a very risky thing to do regardless of his guilt or innocence.

Yup either he's more manipulative than anyone imagined or like me he just likes his privacy because these are the sort of answers, indirect ambiguous let the person asking them make up their own mind because I'm not answering them directly because I could care less what you think about me, that I give to people all the time that try to get nosy with me and ask personal questions that's none of their business!
Hard to think it's the latter in his case since he is a public figure and makes his living off the public opinion of him.

Kayden doesn't sound like a libertarian to me and a one day sentence is hardly doing time.

If you are referring to the Jezebel article that quoted Buzzfeed article, here is what that Buzzfeed article dated December 6 said:
This is erroneous by itself, since The Real Pornwikileaks reported on three of the four lawsuits, in May (seven months ago) and in August (four months ago). There was another TRPWL report on Kink.com's dispute with Cal/OSHA dated April 21 2015 These three lawsuits, contrary to Buzzfeed's claim had been reported--just not by Buzzfeed or Jezebel.
Also from the Buzzfeed article Jezebel cited:
These three lawsuits are described in the August and May TRPWL articles linked to above respectively. Cameron Bay/Adams and Rod Daily/Joshua Rodgers were at the epicenter of the 2013 moratorium after an alleged (at the time) on-set HIV transmission. It has never been proven that Cameron Bay/Adams contracted HIV from the Kink shoot. It has, however, been proven that her partner in that scene, Xander Corvus, was HIV negative after the scene and remains HIV negative.
As well, Cameron Bay/Adams has a criminal record, for, among other things, stalking Taryn Thomas
And about the fourth lawsuit mentioned by Buzzfeed and cited by Jezebel:
The Buzzfeed article itself has the following to say:

She presented herself as a libertarian at the turn of the decade. And yes, a one day sentence is not exactly a nickel or a dime. But the point is that she was convicted of fraud.

That article about Deen doing an interview tonight was, as it turns out, taking the piss/a prank.
That being said, The Real Porn Wikileaks (TRPWL as opposed to "pornwikileaks," the site run by the guy hiding out from extradition in Thailand) has been even-handed on this issue, running both the "Anonymous Veteran" letter in support of Deen and Brian Street Team's open letter condemning Deen. In this sense, TRPWL is far more balanced than CNN (too left) or Fox (too neocon.)
TRPWL is a staunch advocate for and defender of the industry. It has constantly exposed Michael Whinestain and Aids Healthcare Foundation whose avowed aim is the annihilation of the industry. It has also constantly exposed industry rejects/has-beens who now spend 24/7 attacking the industry.

This is so byzantine that I find it nearly impossible to suss out who is worth championing. I am loathe to defend someone like Deen because I don't think that many women are lying, just like the Cosby cases. However, it seems to me that at least some of these women were in situations or relationships with him in which they engaged in consensual sex that bordered on rape, and then became uncomfortable but didn't necessarily express that in a way that was understood. Angel says she at first thought it was amusing that Deen held her head under water, but then started to wonder if she was gonna drown. Probably shouldn't be putting yourself in a situation where a lack of understanding by the other person of your vital signs could result in your imminent death, huh?
This is not to say that I think Deen is a good guy. I think people who enjoy playing the role of a rapist like they do in the Kink scenes, are not entirely stable individuals. But, I also have a problem with people who muddy the waters in the way some of these women did. If you think someone went way too far, maybe you shouldn't work with them again, or continue to call them your friend. I think they are just as damaged as Mr. Deen.

Good grief, so your rebuttal is "well that's raw data therefore I could extrapolate it to say whatever I want". If that's the case I'd be more than happy to read your interpretation of those numbers. Furthermore, the point of those statistics is to highlight the canard being perpetuated that the mere accusation of rape/sexual assault will automatically result in the accused being steamrolled. History and the numbers I've provided clearly show that logic is at best faulty (at worst, a sign of serious paranoia). Moreover, compounding that with the reality that a huge chunk of sexual assault incidents go unreported within the criminal justice system would actually result in those false accusation numbers going down even further. If the situation was as he described, we would be awash in a sea of rape accusations and convictions at a perhaps astronomical rate. Not only is that categorically false, but every piece of social data available indicates that the exact opposite is true. So please, by all means continue to howl that the data is being manipulated against you. But until you can actually provide something to substantiate the above argument, I'm just going to continue to assume your argument falls in the line of long MRA clutter.

Not a problem. You did not do anything wrong. I was not offended by your post, and I apologize if I made you feel uncomfortable.
The thing is the situation can be confusing to someone seeing "The Real PornWikileaks" for the first time and conflating it with "pornwikileaks."
"Pornwikileaks" is a site run by someone who is hiding from extradition in Thailand. The sole purpose of ""pornwikileaks" is to dox performers, exposing their real names and addresses.
"The Real PornWikileaks" (TRPWL) came after "pornwikileaks," and is an unabashedly pro-industry site, just like ADT is, although we often disagree about what the best course of action is.
I hope this clears things up.

No. TRPWL is a legit news site. Sure, they get goofy now and then, but they do have the industry's best interests at heart, hence their ongoing exposures of the industry's avowed enemies, Whinestain/AHF, Shelley Lubben and Gail Dines (and all of Dines' minions like Sarkeesian and Donny Pauling) from without and disgruntled ex-industry members from within.

That fact is, you did not even understand what I said and kept attacking about some other irrelevant topic...
1) I don't have the data.
2)Statistics give you patterns. It does not give you probability off an individual event.
For example, if 2 out of the 100 rapes reported are false accusationss(made up number), it does not mean that the likelihood of any rape accusation to be true is 0.98 or 98%.
3) You can further improve your observations on these reports by focusing on a specific group, based on age, gender, location, income level, education and employment.
A very basic example would be Region A(low population area, say 10,000 population) has very high rape convictions rates, Region B(high populations area -say 10 million) has very low rape conviction rate.
If I average them over the country, you might get a number much closer to region B numbers. Any laws that are made depending on the national average figure might simply be unfair/illogical in Region A. Inequalities are uneven over a large set of population and cannot be described with simple models.
4) Rape laws and counter measure do have an effect. You cannot honestly say Stoya was the underdog that risked being blacklisted when she made the allegations. People were falling over themselves to shout that they believe in Stoya. Deen was immediately dropped by several companies before the other women came into the picture. I do not think this would have happened if there was so much stigma. Had this been a few years back , maybe she wouldn't have believed it.
5) Of all the people in the industry, I do not think Stoya was ever victimized/stigmatized for being a sex worker. She is the top 1%. She writes columns in major magazines. She has mainstream exposure and friends that contribute to major publications. She and Deen were the IT couple of the porn industry. She made the most advantage of her sexuality and defined her successful career through it. This lets more credence to the theory that once she realized that he is moving in with his LTR, she saw that there was no going back and lashed out to damage him as much as possible.

"At this point I am just waiting for everyone who has ever disliked me ever from my entire life to come out with some extreme story or interpretation of how horrible I am." -JD
This usually happens and is pretty predictable human nature. There have even been studies done on this. When people like you they tend to overlook flaws whereas when they don't they'll notice and nitpick at any little flaw they can find with you.

Biased laws always create an incentive. Man or woman. Look at social security and disability and the number of people abusing them. Google up "Dowry Prohibition act" and how it was misused when the original intention was very noble. These laws have a context when they are created. Then the situations that were responsible for the law creation change or simply cease to exist as time goes on. There are still places in America where biased laws will still be necessary and where it wll give advantage to the woman in the situation.
This is not a simple revenge plot. The medium she chose was not an accident. Mentioning her website she owns in the Tweets is not an accident. Pinning the tweets considering the huge traffic to her profile, Releasing Deen's scene the same day, Kayden who co-owns the site publicizing the campaignmaking it viral, making it the bg picture, retweeting people who brought a membership to the site
I am sure you are aware if Cytherea's rape that happened a few months back. Apologies for using it as an example but imagine if she used the incident to drum up publicity, makes a movie of recreating the rape under the guise of rape awareness and cashes out through controversy. Then, it does not become about the rape or rape victims. It becomes about a person cashing and exploiting her personal tragedy.

I am not sure if you are genuinely asking the question.
I believe the state can still take up the case even if no one explicitly threatened legal action and if they believe they have a serious case.

Biased laws in the context they favor one section of the population more than the other for the same action. Could be anything. Domestic Violence would be one. Rape allegation would also be another.
Here is one instance where the law is heavily biased.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfc3XIZ4Fo8
Sometimes the bias might be necessary. But the context the biased law was created might no longer exist leaving the people who benefit from it also exploit it.

You seem to be really focused on the laws and how they are biased.
I'll ask again. How do those biased laws pertain to this situation where no one is even threatening legal action.
Are you under the impression that the state is going to take the case even if no one files charges?
I get that the laws can be biased. I'm asking how those biased laws effect this case. This case.
Does this look familiar:
It should. You wrote it. It's funny that you can distinguish the difference between broad circumstances and individual events when it is convenient to your agenda, but completely ignore the concept when it is contrary.

That's weird, because I asked you about biased laws and you responded with some disciplinary rules from a private college. Were Deen and Stoya enrolled at Amherst when the alleged events happened? That would certainly be a new twist on the story.
