And what does that line have to do with Deen? (I'm suggesting you're using a red herring, in case you're keeping track of all of the logical fallacies you're using)I don't necessarily believe it, but I don't disbelieve it either. I'd like a few more witnesses to weigh in before I jump to any conclusions like you've done.Has the American colloquialism of "pot meet kettle" made it to your part of the world yet?

^ I believe that line is the only line James might have crossed and this doesnt make him a rapist. I also believe almost every pornstar has crossed some sort of line(not consent line) in porn and with the kind of hardcore porn they shoot nowadays it is impossible to not ever cross some line. I don't necessarily believe it, but I don't disbelieve it either? LOL. sure, you dont.

don't you know. it's a rule in the feminist handbook. feminists either need to be man hating lesbians and/or if they are straight, they only fuck face to face and gentle. no more than 3 pumps per minute. furthermore, a feminist (female) isn't allowed to perform oral sex on any man, but the reverse is true. again, it's in the handbook. and lest anyone think I'm being serious....

Are you trying to suggest that you have a better understanding of the porn industry than industry veterans like Voodoo and Asphyxia Noir? If so: what makes you think that you possess a superior expertise on the issue?
^ As consumers of porn we're pretty familiar with the product that is produced. Mainstream porn has become a lot more tame since the early to mid 2000s gonzo heyday. There are fringe sites like Facial Abuse, but by in large the mainstream has become much less wild.

Of the industry? No. Porn as a business is largely mysterious to me. What I know about is the content that's available and that I like. I'm a lifelong fan of the very rough stuff, and that content is simply not on the upsurge. That's viewer/consumer knowledge. Being an industry insider is not necessary.

Being an industry insider is not necessary in order to understand what's going on inside the porn industry? Is that a very novel approach to humor that I've just missed? Edited by - IkeMan on 12/6/2015 3:57:12 PM

^^^Do you need to be a television industry insider to know what kinds of shows are on air? Do you need to be a film industry insider to know what kinds of films are being released? I actively seek out rougher content and have done so for years and years. As a heavy consumer of that kind of porn I have observed it's decline. That I observed that decline from outside the industry rather than from within does not alter the reliability of my observations. For example, a Brazzers insider undoubtedly would be more informed about the specific details of why Pornstars Punishment was shut down and its content completely erased than a Brazzers member would be, but the ability to recognize that Pornstars Punishment was shut down does not require insider knowledge. I prefer to trust Voodoo's inside knowledge over your subjective notions of an outsider. The guy started his adult profession in the late nineties when the big studios like Vivid were dominating the porn scene. Later he was witness to a changing business (around mid-2000 I'd guess), when more and more web and gonzo companies were popping up. He is referring now to the changes he witnessed over the cause of all these years - as someone who was in the business for almost 15 years!!! I'm aware of the relatively recent trend of SOME porn productions to be more soft, couples friendly and more highclass / arty. No one denies this. But as I just said, Voodoo speaks about the gradual change over the cause of 15 years!
^^ Mister Fahrenheit is correct though. One only has to look at the product being released over the last 10 years compared to the early 2000's. There is a reason LegalPorno has become the new darling of many hardcore porn fans despite the fact that their stuff appears to be run off an assembly line. Because most American studios have moved away from rougher circus act type stuff.
There is one thing below that raises questions and one thing below that I would like to comment on.
The date stamp on Steel Stallion's post says December 6. Sean Tompkins posted the "Industry Vet's" e-mail--after being forwarded it by several people--on December 4th
Some evidence, on the order of verified date and time stamped third-party generated photographs/footage of Amber being in place Y when she says she is in place X would go along way to substantiate the above allegations about her "lies," as would precise details as to how "we just found out all the Facebook stuff about her puppy getting attacked by a coyote was BS. Never happened." That being said, if it turns out to be true that Amber does not fully disclose exactly where she is in real time, there is a reason for that. Amber, like many female performers, had a stalker who was harassing her for some time. She kept her tweets protected for that very reason until last year. It is entirely understandable that Amber would throw "false flags" with regards to her real time actual location to take as many precautions as possible that her stalker does not find her and cause her harm. Amber's understandable throwing out of false flags about her real time location in order to ensure her security does not detract from the credibility she has built up over the past decade. I have been a fan of hers for that long and this incident is the very first time I have heard anyone say anything negative about her. Amber was around before the Measure B era, when it was not uncommon for performers to start flame wars with each other over nascent social media and the gossip sites over the most petty beefs imaginable. Not once, to the best of my recollection, did Amber engage in this during the pre-Measure B era or since. In fact, here is what a third party had to say about Amber's off-screen behavior from that era. This observation of how Amber handled a highly stressful situation is extremely difficult to reconcile with her being someone "who has a tenuous relationship with the truth." There is also the fact that Amber a) emphatically said on Twitter (as pointed out in my first post in this thread) that she was not raped or sexually assaulted by Deen and that she does not view him as a bad person b) said on Twitter (also as pointed out in my first post in this thread) that she feels "conflicted about this whole thing," and c) said that, as far as she is concerned, her Twitter disclosures are the last thing she will have to do with this situation. It has been alleged by some that the other women who made accusations against Deen are doing so to promote their sites/careers. Amber has filmed her very last adult film, Stormy Daniels/Wicked's Wanted and is now officially retired from the business and is engaged in a number of non-adult industry related professional engagements.
Dude, have you smoked the wrong stuff? Pornstars Punishment (which was banned after pressure from higher levels due to being to rapey) was popular as recently as 2013. In recent years anal has become the norm, rather than the exception in mainstream American porn. Double Penetration and even double anal / double vaginal scenes are now regularly shot, not to mention rough gangbangs, aggressive deepthroating and intensive blowbangs having become acceptable in mainstream porn! I don't even want to get into details with all this "rosebud" freakish shit, that you can see frequently now...

PSP's last scene was released in the summer of 2012.
Voodoo wrote of the "violent" porn of "a few sociopathic directors" who have created a "new genre of treating women like garbage" for which there is no consumer demand. Why is the popularity of anal evidence of what he described?
What I asked about anal is applicable to DPs, and you can look at the DAP and DVP threads to see that those acts are not "regularly" shot in the US.
Rough gangbangs, etc. are now shot more regularly than before? These are part of a new genre?
Why do you assume that if a rosebud shows up in a scene that that scene fits Voodoo's description of violent porn? Is a rosebud inherently violent? Edited by - misspornUSA on 12/6/2015 5:32:34 PM

^ DP, DAs, DVs, extreme anal sex including rosebudding are obviously an escalation compared to the average Vivid porn from 1999! The rosebudding stuff for example can actually damage a woman's body permanently - and you are trying to suggest it doesn't constitute a violent sex act? [o\|] http://www.vice.com/read/a-rosebud-by-any-other-name-would-smell-like-shit If you don't possess the basic mental capability and common sense to comprehend this, then I guess you shouldn't partake in a discussion based on reasoning! Funny enough: I constantly supply credible sources to support my arguments, while you are constantly stating unfounded and subjective notions, based on your uninformed and twisted interpretation of the world surrounding you!

^The issue is whether porn has become uniquely rough in "the last few years" or not, not whether it's harder than the porn of the nineties. A lot of time has passed between 1999 and late 2015. Tell me, when Roxy Raye, for example, rosebuds in a solo scene as she has many times, that immediately becomes a violent scene in which she is being treated like garbage?

This is really mis-information. Anal has been the norm for a long time, and Double Anal being "regularly shot" is not true if you are speaking of the USA. If you are looking at Legal Porno, obviously it is very busy; but most of the talk on this message forum is the USA based porn performers and productions. We can't take one company in Europe and use that as a blanket for saying what the entire industry is doing. Anal has "been the norm" since at least 2000. From 2000 to 2007 there were more DP's and DAP's shot than in any era in porn. You would be hard pressed to find more than a small percentage of US titles from the busy companies that were pumping out 10+ titles a month, that didn't have at least basic anal sex in them somewhere in the DVD. Double Anal is being made in American porn today, but it is no way even close to the volume of that time frame of 00 - 07. Do you read the DAP thread? It is an ongoing thread of new scenes and 95%+ of the posts this year are Legal Porno. The US companies make far less DAP porn than in the past. In part because it is just too expensive in relation to what a producer can hope to make in legitimate sales. Piracy was a big deal back then too, but no where near what it is today. Girls who want to do double anal shoots today in the USA maybe are only getting a couple of them in an entire year; there are only a few exceptions to that. Back in that 2000 - 2007 era the girls could, if they wanted to, get as many double anal scenes as they wanted, no problem. Just ask Sandra Romain, or Audrey Hollander, or Jayna Oso , or Bridgette Kerkove, or Kelly Wells.... for example. Think of what Legal Porno is doing now. Back then you had at least a half a dozen companies pumping out 10+ double anal scenes a month throughout their various lines. So, I think your comments are misleading on where porn is today vs the past. I will agree with other points that mention we are getting too far into rosebuds and prolapse stuff. I don't particularly like to see it happening because of the likely long term effects to these ladies years later when they have to have surgery or carry tampons to keep in their assholes to prevent leaking. That is a topic for another place Thanks. Edited by - Canadian_Cindy on 12/6/2015 6:08:03 PM

Roxy Raye, due to some anatomical anormalities (in regards to her rectum), specializes in these kind of scenes and of course a solo-rosebud scene can not be interpreted as a violent act, since no other party is involved in the act! Can you please try to stay away from these cheap distraction attempts? It is obvious that I was talking about scenes, like the ones mentioned in the article that I linked, where a male performer is penetrating a female anally until her rectum is loose. If you don't want to debate this issue properly, then just stay away from it!

I have just made a post debunking two if your comments. I can source my comments about the number of dps and double anals using IAFD. what source do you have that says that DAP is on the rise in USA porn and is now the norm, versus 10 years ago when it was coming out like candy dozens of times a month? PS - Number of Dps, Double Anals, or even prolapsing does not offer any measure of porn violence. While they are extreme acts to the normal sex life , none of them are violent in the context of a rape discussion. Rape is not about the "act" itself; it is about someone being forced to do things against their will. A person can be a rapist by simply rubbing his cock on someone's cheek when they say no. It has nothing to do with your perceived extremeness of the sex act. Thanks Edited by - Canadian_Cindy on 12/6/2015 6:13:17 PM

Not true!
I'm waiting for it! Do what you promise and supply the actual data. Your subjective notion about what the data might look like has no value at all!
That's your interpretation!
You are welcome. I'm always glad if I can help out with my superior reasoning abilities, while supplying sources that support my statements - unlike some rather unprofessional debaters here, who are not able to differentiate between their subjective notions and actual reality.

^ Well other than the fact that the statement you're defending is talking about violent sex acts in porn, and so far everything you've referenced in defense of that statement is an extreme sex act, you've done a great job. If you could just be bothered to demonstrate that the two terms can be used interchangeably (too bad they can't) you'd have made a pretty solid defense of Voodoo's comments. (ignoring the previous logical fallacy I already pointed out previously of course) But just declaring yourself the winner without having successfully defended the statement you're attempting to defend is an interesting strategy. I'm skeptical that it will work though.

Just because you assert that there is a logical fallacy, doesn't in fact mean that there actually is a logical fallacy. Asserting something doesn't prove the assertion. I have no strategy and I'm not Voodoo's spokesperson - he knows the insides of the porn business better than I do and better than you do. You hold no authority at all and you have not supplied anything that supports your statements. That's exactly the difference between you and me.

^^^^I've got to ask you again IkeMan: Do you need inside knowledge to know what content is available and being produced? This question matters, because you haven't demonstrated why it matters that Voodoo is an insider when he is not speaking about BTS matters that he would be uniquely privy to. Has porn really taken a rougher turn in the last few years? Who are the sociopathic directors to whom Voodoo is referring? Do you have names? Khan Tusion? Max Hardcore? The Extreme Associates crew? Ditto! " He was on her no list," and yet she still went through with the scene and worked with the guy? Anyways, sounds like just another one of your typical threads here where people ask about any scenes where girls use their "safeword" p.s. Personally I've always avoided scenes with this guy just because he always seemed to smug for my taste and all the girl's seemed to really like and be into him like he was some mainstream actor. Guess I was a bit jealous of the guy just like I was jealous of Charlie Sheen but guess there's always good reason not to be envious of others. Kinda ironic since I was just watching a BTS of one of my favorite pornstars and they asked her if there was any performer she wanted to perform with and right away they say "James Dean" because he's hot, hunky, and sexually attracts them so girls definitely digged him pre-rape allegations anyways. Anyways guess won't have to worry about having to avoid any more of his scenes seeing how easily he's already been blacklisted. Guys, I'm not a pizza, I can't please everyone !!! He described this porn as a "new genre." Actually Max Hardcore used to do something like this all the time and I'm sure they still do i.e. do a BTS with girl after seen having them say they weren't coerced or whatever into doing anything against their will, etc.. during the scene and guess what he still went to prison!!! He even has some of the female porn actresses he worked with show up in court and testify in his defense if I remember! It will always be his word against her and the law, not to mention public opinion, generally favors the female gender if I'm not mistaken Edited by - daviangel on 12/6/2015 7:30:28 PM
