I just watched all of James Deen's scenes with Stoya they seem very intimate and into it. Of course stuff like that can be faked but if something so damaging had indeed occurred it would be tough to work with that person.
I sincerely doubt James deen is the only guy guilty of something like this if true though.

deen is by far the most recognized male performer for young women (in US at least). no one else performing is even close. and male performers are not as easily replaced as people here say. manuel can't do every shoot in the valley

Ashley probably did, look up Kink complaints by performers, it's been an on-going issue.
1} The companies continue to use the guys because they won't change anything until it hurts the money, it's partly on us to not support product we complain about.
2} The girls sell the video but look at how any out spoken starlets are landed on: Kristina, Remy, Stoya - in regards to DP. they tend to get black balled. Stoya has been off contract for a couple years, while i do get she is trying to develop he own web site, I'd wager no offers have come in due to her "Steal my Digital Playground videos" slant as a shot at them, due to them playing both sides of the tubesite game.
Want to change shit, hurt the money, until then there is no incentive for any company in any business sector to change what they are doing.

Exactly. Thank you.
There are some impressive acrobatics going on in an effort to discredit multiple women. The police report stuff seems like a safe place to wallow, I'm sure, but I see now people are venturing into analyzing porn scenes. I'm done here.

Again, I don't think this many women would follow suit and admit they were raped or assaulted by James deen if it wasn't true. These are serious allegations. Of course he shouldn't be condemned before we have "proof" but it certainly looks a lot worse now, similar to the bill Cosby thing.

And if one more person says "why doesn't she go to the police" I'm going to scream and bang my head against a wall.
The police are good for nothing.

We don´t have to discuss this shit anymore here. Deen should retire or get in prison because of what he did. Pretty strange that more and more female perfomers finally come up with their own topic related stories.

^^Well get ready to keep hearing it because so far there is no valid excuse why she hasn't gone to the police and instead did a random twitter post right before leaving social media for several weeks.
And again to the others, only one person so far has claimed rape not more.

yes, he should be arrested and jailed for the rest of his life because women never lie, esp stoya. They will never lie or exaggerate things. So there is no need of any evidence, just lock him up. That is how the system should work from now on. No need of cops, evidences and courts. report and punish crimes on twitter.

I totally accept the points about the disinsentives to reporting things to the police and the added difficulties associated with being a sex worker. I get it that the police response would be unenthusiastic and likely without great results.
However that does not negate the right that sexworkers have to police protection just as much as you or i and they have equal right to report things like this to the police and as equal right to expect the police to respond in a satisfactory manner.
It is only by women seizing rights that are owed them that these rights become manifest.
once apon a time most all rapes (female abuse issues) were treated in a shoddy dismissive way - it is only by effort and brave women demanding proper treatment that we are where we are today.
But maybe im looking at it too ideologically and should just accept its trivial porno rape twitter talk and if the girls are happy with that then why should i worry myself.

LOL He isn't going to retire or go to prison. Because Stoya just posted the tweets and disappeared. With a clear link to her site at the top. Deen is one of the first faces you see on the site too.
Deen makes a lot of people a lot of money and he is good at what he does. Without police intervention, he is going to keep working for sure. Probably will never be as popular as he was though.

Comparing this to Cytherea's rape is in bad taste. And that is not the topic here either. Please leave it at that.
It is starting to look like I am defending this guy or the rape but the gross level of over exaggeration is making me post again.
The judgement call was already made on him before the other victims came out of the stories. That is what worries me the most about the situation. No person should have as much over another person with a simple accusation.(People start attacking on why someone would lie about something as horrific as rape when I mention this)
The tables have actually turned with the backlash. Instead of the assumed backlash on the victim(and no one believing her because she is a sex worker), it looks like he is the one facing the criticism where people have already pegged him guilty. I see very little support for him anywhere.
Lets say he did not rape. How can he prove himself here that he did not rape ? If he is not convicted, they will say that "he got away with it" or that the police were incompetent.
And we do not have any details of the event either, the nature of the said violation or the aftermath. All you have two tweets and nothing more. People made up the rest of the story based on their own biases. What is happening now is the modern equivalent of witch burning or public lynching.
And finally such damage to the accused can only result is more (crazy) women accusing men of rape when there is bad situation for whatever reason. This will in turn affect the way people treat real rape victims The laws are there for a reason.

I'm reading all of these posters saying that they are not buying this accusation because Stoya didn't go to the police and I'm thinking to myself damn these folks must of all had nothing but fantastic experiences with law enforcement! It must be nice living in your world where justice applies to everybody. 'Cause in the real world it does not. In a perfect society Stoya and anybody in her situation should absolutely go to the police and file charges. In reality though I get how after she weighs the pros and cons of making a legal matter of it she may not see the point in fucking around with our legal system.

To be fair, Stoya's motivation to come forward was about people hailing Deen as a Feminist. She seems more concerned about that than anything else. Maybe she has no problem with having him on her site as long as people didn't think he was a feminist.

Stoya is my favorite girl! James Deen used to be my fav male performer and as a couple they were my favorite too! But since James started acting in a very strange way and does things like this i'm not his fan anymore... Good for Stoya saying that

First of all you can stop pretending that this is the 1950s. We've come a long way and this myth that she would be laughed out of the police station or something is complete fantasy. Recently we had another performer report her rape and the ones responsible have been convicted(Lola Taylor) and obviously War Machine is gonna go down soon as well. I think Cytherea's attackers have also been convicted but not sure.
Second, even if she was sure that there would be no conviction possbile which I doubt, going to the police is still much more serious and credible. Instead she posted 2 vague twitter comments and then leaves social media for weeks while having her alleged rapist on the front page and all over her own website.
If Stoya mentioned this to someone in private and somebody somehow taped her and posted it online, it would be very different. But as it stands right now she went about it the worst way possible and I simply don't believe her.

So far it looks like there are not many porn actresses who are taking James Deen's side. It's mostly praise for Stoya or not commenting about James Deen. On twitter, a couple of x-rated actresses (Trisha Parks and Dana DeArmond) have retweeted James Deen defending himself.

Full disclosure: I think our culture is in the grip of "accusers are always right" mania (unless they accuse Bill Clinton).
***
To be fair, Stoya has always given me more crazy vibes than Deen has. Which isn't to say that has any bearing on her accusations - it's just a response to the "Deen gives off a sociopathic vibe" comments early in the thread. I can honestly say that Stoya is one of the craziest-looking women I've ever seen.
That said, I've always loathed Deen. Oily little fellow with obvious delusions of his own attractiveness, owing to his banging thousands of women who are paid lots of money to fuck him. The accusations are perfectly believable (though of course unproven AFAIK).
The funniest thing to me about his "dominant" "on screen persona" is that most of the girls look like they could kick his ass in a real fight, lol. I crap bigger than James Deen.
"Any scene I ever watched with him, esp. with Bree Olson, I always turned the sound on mute."
I have to do that with all of Bree Olson's scenes. She's one of the loudest and most obnoxiously fake performers I've ever seen, who was also physically attractive enough to draw me in anyway.
"^Yea, although false rape claims do happen, they are so rare in comparison to real reported incidents of rape, that I question anyone whose first instinct is not to find out the truth but to actually side with the alleged rapist over the victim."
I wouldn't make too many claims as to ratio of fake to real. Tawana Brawley hoax, Duke Lacrosse Hoax, Haven Monahan hoax...we have some pretty high-profile examples of obviously false rape accusations to study. These women made obviously false accusations in a very public way, stuck to their guns for a long time, and were widely supported by the media and the establishment. It's not hard to imagine that cases with less scrutiny are even more vigorously prosecuted, and the falsely accused successfully railroaded into prison.

Because they don't realize they have any power. They think they are helpless. Because 3rd wave feminists keep reinforcing this hysterical narrative about "the patriarchy" and keep telling women that they have no power, they are helpless, and that it is pointless to speak up.
They keep perpetuating this myth about how we are in a "rape culture" and ironically, all they've done is normalize rape. They push debunked hate-statistics that make rape seem rampant to the point of being prevalent. They've drifted so far from reality they want people to believe that 9 out of 10 husbands rape their wives, and the 1 who doesn't rape is cuz he's a closet-homosexual.
That's what makes SJW's so sickening. They blow shit out of proportion so much, no rational folks can possibly care anymore.
But the fact is women do have power. They have tremendous power. Feminists just don't want you to believe that, because if you did, then suddenly their platform is irrelevant.

Wasn't a bloody and battered Christy Mack found naked outside by her neighbors? I'd like to think it's kind of hard for that dumb animal War Machine to get away with that. I've listened to him speak at length about his nature and background. He knows he's a dumb animal who belongs in prison. Check out his interview on Joe Rogan's free podcast on Youtube. It's pretty interesting. The guy is a savage. But when I say he's a dumb animal, I don't mean he's intellectually vapid. He's actually somewhat keen on reading, but he has a distinct lack of control over primal rage.
Tragically the gods seem fit to cast so many women in this cosmic play we call our lives to be attracted to that type of guy though. A key term which I'm surprised hasn't been batted about the table here yet is "enabling."
And now this story rekindles my interest in checking out the new Spike Lee flick, based on the old Greek Comedy Lysisatra.

How recently though? It sounds like Deen's increasingly out of control spiral ramped up recently. Just because every performer he worked with didn't necessarily bear the brunt of his tasmanian devil dicked whirlwind, doesn't mean he hadn't been developing a bad reputation over the years.
It could be overblown. It could be pile on. But it seems like a lot of women have knives out for him. So why is that? Bitterness? Jealousy? I doubt that. That sounds more like the motives of women taking down other women.
And I mentioned earlier there's the obvious "ex-lover's scorn" factor, but they weren't all his lovers.

Come on. If any of us had better things to do in our lives, then why is anyone of us here? Besides, if he made fun of all three, doesn't that make him an equal opportunity offender? It's better than throwing in with a camp when none of us personally knows any of these parties.

Rape is a crime of violence regardless of what profession you are in. The only power we have as fans is to not buy products that he is in or produced by his production companies. It looks like Evil Angel is not receiving new stuff from him and he is producing his own stuff without the Evil Angel logo. Why support a douchebag? All girls should put him on their "No List"! He is now on my do not watch list. What a scumbag.

Yes.Co-signed both post.
Still that isn't even acknowledging this Stoya/Deen case is special. Look at it through non porn fans eyes. You have two pornstars that are known for rough sex(as far as the gen pop is concerned) AND they had a romantic involvement. Proving rape in the court of law would be a nightmare....even for Johnny Cochran, LoL.
I'm not saying Deen should be tarred and feathered but the amount of people defending him whole heartedly is astonishing. So even if he isn't a rapist, his conduct with numerous starlets should be more than enough for most of us to give him the"" "side eye".
It's a "apples to oranges" case. But remember when the news of Marcus antics hit the street. The rage was swift and absolute. And he didn't hurt anyone although he easily could've.

^You honestly find it 'astonishing' that there are many(they seem like the minority) people who would rather wait and see if JD can be convicted in a court of law before they go as far as permanently branding him as a raging rapist which is what, top 3 worst crimes you can commit, all based on two short twitter messages with sketchy aspects surrounding them? I thought we live in a democracy.

I'm not talking about the court of law. More so popular opinion. Even without conviction, there seems to be plenty of "evidence", for lack a better word of him being a dick. Every Woodsmen is on some girls no list for a myriad of reasons, most we never hear about. But Tori Lux, Stoya & Ashley Fires felt strong enough to let it be known. Inspite of all that, he still seems to get the benefit of the doubt.
I feel that if it was another performer, different status in the biz, different race, whatever have you. The mood of the conversation would be more "where there smoke there's fire" mood.
Does that make sense?

Aren't there a number of other male stars who could be accused of this? I gotta say some of Rocco's scene are pretty disturbing. The girl will say "no no" and he'll just keep on going while she's obviously not enjoying it. I can't think of any other names but it happens a significant amount.

No it doesn't. You used the term evidence. So far zero evidence of any kind has been brought forward. I know that to some people the words of a beautiful woman solely count as evidence but to me they don't when trying to determine when somebody is something as severe as a rapist. When people accept someone to be a rapist that easily they are actually trivializing rape. I think it needs to be taken more seriously than a twitter post.

Dropped by Kink

For the Kink.com community, as well as the larger BDSM community, consent and respect are sacrosanct. Effective immediately, Kink.com will cease all ties with James Deen, both as a performer and a producer.
Our performers deserve not only safe sets, but the ability to work without fear of assault. Rape or sexual assault, with or without a safe-word, off-set or on, should never be accepted as a hazard of adult production. While many of the allegations against Deen are new, the pattern is alarming. Over the coming weeks and months, we will review our Model Bill of Rights to strengthen rights of performers off-set, and work with the larger industry to help performers to have been assaulted to more easily come forward.

To me, the problem is the "women will never lie about rape" mania that is being propagated along with the accusations. I can see so many successful guys getting fucked over with such a precedent. Deen is a fairly successful and a rich guy. Imagine how easy it is to get a settlement from him now if you ever worked with him if accusations are the only evidence required. Or how easy it is to destroy him if you have a grudge against him(in this case, an ex).
Now imagine one other actresses coming out and saying Manuel raped them..
